Pros. You get what you pay for and it was one of the lowest cost.
Cons. Dirty, run down, chipping paint every where, customer service ok but not great. Really disappointed as I’ve stayed at other HoJos and they have been nice. Unfortunate that this location has been allowed to become so run down.

Cons. 1) no hot water for showers, we took cold showers. 2) heater didn't work 3) hair dryer stopped working after 30 seconds 4) clothes iron leaked water everywhere 5) breakfast ran out of everything

Cons. Upon arrival, I see a sign for a $39.99 a night rate, much less than what I paid and they would not adjust. There were a lot of people at this hotel hosting a tailgating style party in the parking lot. It was a very noisy place. The beds were not comfortable at all. The tub didn't work. The breakfast was not as described. I will not be returning.

You know this is an inexpensive hotel so don't expect to go there and find what you will find at a hotel that charges $150+ a night. Overall the place is very nice for the price. I've stayed in other places around the area and this one wins.
