Cons (-) I was back at 4 PM from a shopping outing and the room was not done yet...It is not that the hotel was full so...
Cons (-) I understand that hotels are under construction from time to time, but the hotel needed more signs -- bigger signs -- to direct customers. They had a lot of parents moving in college students - take a lesson from the Universities in Burlington on signs and where to place them.
Pros (+) staff seemed genuinely friendly. not that irritating "trained friendliness" which seems so phony and makes you feel silly
