Pros: Nice location, convenient to restaurants and freeway access.
Cons: What they call a suite was really just a large room with 2 TVs. Without a wall between these 2 spaces, I can't watch TV while my partner sleeps or works. The free internet speed that night was maddeningly slow that night: useless.
Pros: Friendly, accessible, and clean. Breakfast was very good.
Pros: The friendly and accommodating staff.
Pros: With very little notice they were ready for us. Located by freeway for easy exit. The breakfast was plentiful and warm.
Pros: stayed here many times now. Great staff, clean hotel
Pros: Clean and new
Pros: It was pet friendly and clean. Breakfast smelled good, but we left too early to partake. Breakfast starts at 6:00. I would prefer 5. It's a newer hotel. Going to eat at night was easy. There were lots of choices within walking distance.
Cons: I was disappointed with the parking lot. It was big, but I pull an enclosed trailer for my motorcycle and none of the spots were pull through spaces, the lot was split with a concrete island. I had to park in the dirt lot next door, which wasn't terrible.
Pros: Very clean, everything is new
Cons: pillows could be better, but this is minor :)
Pros: The high quality of the rooms and public areas including the pool. The breakfast was excellent
Holiday Inn is usually thought of as a clean, respectable, safe and mostly courteous establishment. This one lived up to expectations. It was clean, neat, breakfasts were nice and abundant, parking was satisfactory as was location. Pretty much a nice average stay.
Pros: Nice breakfasts, room clean and neat, towels large and fluffy
Cons: It was pretty much what you would expect a Holiday Inn to be. Respectable and safe.
We would stay again. Room was nice and bed very comfortable.
Pros: The beds were very comfortable, breakfast very good, staff friendly, nice decor.
Pros: Our first stay through was wonderful. Staff was nice. The breakfast is pretty standard hotel breakfast. Rooms were mid-level but I thought the beds were comfortable. Overall - for a Super 8 we were pleasantly surprised... Then ... Our 2nd stay happened.....
Cons: On our second stay - we were called "To make sure we were still coming" at 330 pm on the day of our arrival and to inquire about what time we would be arriving. I thought it was odd, but I shrugged it off as a courtesy call. The front desk lady was super nice, but when we walked into our room the door SLAMMED behind us. Loudly. at 10pm. Ok... Then we notice the window was wide open. This is California. It was like 90 that day. Again, thought it was weird, but shrugged it off. Closed the window. Turned on the AC. Then the odor started through the night waking both adults up to the stench. It smelled as if some drunk person had pissed all over the room. It was awful. My mother was even gagging it was so strong.
Let me describe the bathroom to you. Clean but - meh. The sink was on the wall crooked and was ordered too large for the space so they just installed it over the door frame. Ok. Basically there is no way this bathroom was recently redone or fixed up.
So... Queue back to the smell. On checkout I spoke to the front desk about the STRONG odor. The horrible stench. He goes "Yeah I know. We just repainted out bathtub 2 days ago and that's the smell of the chemical"
My response was, "The chemical smells strongly of human urine?" in disbelief.
So not only did we have to stay in a urine soaked room, but we received NO apology for the smell he said he knew about, nor any sort of compensation.
Book at the Best Western next door. You'd be less likely to be lied to there.
Pros: The staff was pleasant and helpful. The location to the event I was attending was good.
Cons: The bedspread was dirty, the sheets did not seem to fit the bed, they kept slipping off the mattress. There was no cover on the ironing board, the bath towels were not much bigger than the hand towels. We left our room on a saturday morning, came back after 4pm and our room hadn't been cleaned!!! No fresh towels, trash overflowing, bed not made. I will NEVER stay at this or any other Baymont Inn
Pros: Good staff, quite, easy freeway access
Cons: Pillows and towels were horrible, I have seen better in a motel 6
Pros: Room was great, well worth the price, Breakfast was so-so.
Cons: Front desk person did not know how to program TV remote. Coffee was empty but she was "getting ready to make some" but not until she finished talking to a friend. Check out took to long because she had no idea what to do.
Cons: It was remote, with almost no one else staying there. It appeared no one else had stayed in my room for a long time. A staff member returned at 1:30 am with 2 cars of people right outside my room and stayed a long time.
Pros: Friendly staff and quite location
Pros: It was the quietest hotel that I have ever stayed at. The crickets were the noisiest neighbors
Cons: The price of course jumped from the advertised price by about $15 upon check in due to extra fees. The decor is ancient and probably has Not been updated since 74. The pool was a green mosquito heaven.
We've got what we paid for.
Pros: Very quiet place; away from freeway.
Cons: No pool and the building is old; needs some remodeling.
Would not recommend this place
Cons: The sparkling pool in the ad turned out to be a scum covered swamp with mosquitos. The restaurant appeared to have been closed for years.
Pros: Nice staff. Very quiet. Low price.
Cons: Place could use renovation.
Cons: The pool was not usable
Pros: Small, family owned feel. Quiet, off-the-beaten path location. Affordable.
Pros: The front desk management was extremely helpful and nice. The room was cute and cozy, clean and fairly spacious. The pool outside looked great although we never had a chance to use it. It's quiet and private, comfortable and relaxing. Would stay again!
Cons: Internet was a bit iffy for us in the room, but she welcomed us to use it in the lobby/office area.
Typical 1960's motel with minimal upgrades since. Located on former Route 99W, about a mile from I-5. It's a place to stay if more modern accommodations are not available, if you are watching your budget, or if you are a nostalgia freak.
Pros: Quaint, old-time charm of motels in the 1960s.
Cons: While free wi-fi was available as advertised, it was not usable without a password. The desk clerk didn't have the password and couldn't find it.
