Okay

Nice clean room, great breakfast. Pool heater was broken, no one informed us of this, the pool was the ONLY reason I booked this hotel. When I complained to the front desk all I was offered was an apology.

The owner was nice. It was very dirty. Our door when locked would push open. Dust on the fixtures- . The overall value was not there - from now on I will NOT go to a hotel from a service like yours again or without extensive research!

Cleanliness was lacking, hair in bathroom. There was a weird smell throughout the whole hotel that made everything I took stink. The owners turned the lobby into their family living room, never stay again

THE ROOM WAS CLEAN AND FRESHLY PAINTED,NEW CARPETING Our refrigerator did not work,we were told twice they would bring a new one and never did.We had a light out,the iron didn't work and the hairdryer bracket was loose.

Location Room was dirty, things were hanging out of the wall, 'continental Breakfast' was toast and orange juice. Freezer was unplugged and de thawed all over the floor. Room had 2 doors, 1 going to hall and other outside. Outside was unable to be secured. Crappy!

The townhouse (corporate housing) was beautiful and a GREAT deal for the money! Kitchen, laundry, two bedrooms, living room, backyard with a BBQ. It was a home. Can't beat that! Loved it! :) We didn't realize she charges by the person and my reservation said there was only 2 people and we had 3. It all worked out but make sure you check that when you book. It's not fair to her when there's more than expected because of cleaning another room.

The Front Desk Woman was nice, however, had zero sense of urgency. Great location for where I was visiting. It smelled like bleach and cigarette smoke throughout the entire hotel. Uneven floors in the room. Fridge was broken. Needed better lighting; very-dark in the room. I've also never had a hotel keep the front door locked, and have to let me in; regardless of the time of check in.
