Cons:
Hertz in Wilson did not change the battery on their lock box. All their keys where not available! We took the only car available, a turn in from night before. It was NOT full size. Even if they could open the lock box they did not have a full size car in Wilson. The person working the Hertz business repeatedly said “I work in a body shop”. We felt fortunate to get anything. I arrived 3 hours late and was considered a no show so the car I reserved was given to another client. I was able to rent a vehicle 1.5 hours later as a returned. My suggestion is to reach out to the customer prior to deeming one as a no-show.Easirent
