Pros (+) Kristin was very pleasant and extremely helpful! The bed was comfortable.
Cons (-) Kristin at the front desk was very pleasant and extremely helpful. Josh didn't seem to want to be there, let alone help anyone. He should not work with people or animals! Staff at Sunday's breakfast appeared to be put out, at best. Trash overflowing. Carpet in room was dirty.
Pros (+) Handicapped room was great tho we are used to a king size bed. The acceptance of dogs was so sweet. Staff always ready to help out!
Cons (-) Just feel with dogs there and handicapped people some automatic doors would sure help.
