Car rental at Windhoek Eros Airport

Just Ok

Pros: We experienced a flat tire on the first day. There was good communication with the customer service rep and the delivery driver to deliver the replacement tire the following day.

Cons: At the time of pickup, the pickup location differed from the original reservation. The only way I knew was that I called in advance to confirm. They made no effort to inform me of the different location of our car, so it’s a good thing I called first. Upon drop off they did not have a final receipt of charges, which I felt was very unprofessional. Additionally, we experienced a flat tire on the first day of rental and I was unable to reach anyone from the emergency or office numbers that were given. Finally contacted the main Airport number and they were able to assist.
