Pros (+) When we arrived we were running late and the front desk did everything possible to expedite our check in. The rooms were very clean and the beds were comfy. They should have more coffee packets....3 coffee pods and only two coffee packets. Had to find a housekeeper to get another one. Good thing she was near by. All in all it was a good stay. All the rooms have been refurbished.
Cons (-) Couldn't make room to room calls. Front desk didn't even know how to do it! The shower was very hard to get to a decent temperature.
