Pros (+) Clean, nice hotel
Cons (-) There were other guests smoking but the staff coulsnt figure out where it was coming from. We didnt hwt enough towels and when I called about 9pm the response was: I will see what I can do, and no towels were provided untilI calles again in the morning

Pros (+) Liked the very friendly and helpful staff, the clean room, comfortable bed, temp controls, frig, water.
Cons (-) Was very disappointed in the shower head. The water pressure was low. I have short hair. I get in and out of a shower and get on my way in 10 mins. or less. Took way more time to get rinsed due to the shower head. Such little water coming out. And the head had absolutely no way to create a single focused stream. It had separated sprays only with some coming out straight and some fanning out. Just ...
