10.0 Excellent
Pros: The location was excellent and near a shopping mall. The check in was easy, The buffet and bar gave us excellent service and the food was very good. The staff from the moment we arrived, the concierge, the front desk, the bar and buffet employees were so friendly and helpful with all our needs. The staff spoke English, which was helpful. Overall a beautiful hotel. Keep up the awesome service.
Cons: The spa was quite a walk from the main hotel and the staff didn't speak much English. They also did not accept credit cards so we had to walk to the front desk to pay for the service.
8.3 Excellent
Pros: The concierge staff are very good; they helped us a great deal and breakfast is very good at this hotel.
Cons: The local map provided by the Hotel needs improvement. The underground train map is completely inaccurate.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: The hotel is ideally located next to a tourist and shopping area. What stands this hotel apart, besides its luxurious facilities, are its friendly, attentive staff. Breakfast options were diverse and plentiful
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Breakfast provided a terrific choice; standard buffet approach.
Cons: Minor issue in that I requested additional shampoo and shower gel but this was not delivered to the room.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Everything! The fantastic checkin staff upgraded us to a beautiful luxurious suite. The breakfast was fantatstic with a vast selection of western and eastern delicacies.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Outstanding property. 5 star amenities and lodging with wonderful staff for 3 star prices.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Great staff, great rooms
9.5 Excellent
Pros: Huge buffet spread. Comfortable bed and clean room.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Angel and Bella were excellent, the entire team were excellent, staff have a really good attitude Really gave 110%. Thank you for the wonderful stay. The breakfast was excellent, pool was excellent and gym too. I have staid in many 5 stars, but the attention and care were a step up. The activities are excellent too, I learned some Chinese, Calligraphy and Art too. I believe this is the best hotel. I recommend non English speakers to stay in this hotel too, as a lot of staff can speak English.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: The service was excellent! We got incredibly personalized attention. Angel went above and beyond! She provided activities (Chinese lessons, "magic" painting, and Chinese tea class), delighting both me and the children. She even worked late to accommodate our schedule! I was truly impressed by the experience - the hotel itself is lovely, and our stay was a highlight of our trip, due in large part to staff, like Angel!
Gran Meliá Xian - Xi'an - Bedroom
3
9.6 Excellent (2,944 reviews)
Overview Reviews
Gran Meliá Xian, a spectacular Spanish luxury hotel with comprehensive facilities and services. Exceptionally located in Qu jiang New District, besides Tang Paradise and opposite Nanhu Lake. 10mins walking distance from Big Wild Goose Pagoda, a UNESCO world heritage site. The hotel blends Chinese’s cultural and historical heritage with a decor rich in contrasts. It combines traditional luxury with the surprising avant-garde flair of Gran Meliá Hotels and Resorts. Learn more about Xian one of the oldest cities which was the capital of China for more than 2,000 years.
8.3 Excellent
Pros: spacious room, good level spa, good breckfast, good design of the hotel, helpful staff
Cons: non professional service in lobby bar - destroyed dessert but served anyway (with my complain),
8.3 Excellent
Pros: The location is great and the views are simply stunning. You can't go wrong with any of the selected views in the list of rooms. All of the usual suspects are nearby: Starbucks, Pizza Hut, ect. as well as some premium restaurants near the hotel. The location is good enough where you can choose between a premium meal experience, or a humble meal and filling. It is a bit far from the metro, if that matters. It's a good 5 - 10 minute walk to the nearest station. Honestly, Xi'an is small enough that you can get around by taxi easily. You can save 50 - 100 RMB by taking the metro from this location directly to the Xi'an North Railway station without changing lines. In fact, it's faster and I suggest that if you are not encumbered. The piano bar in the hotel is quite nice, although a little empty at times. The service was excellent and the "Red Hands" room service was accommodating and friendly. The laundry service was prompt and quick. You will get a premium experience here. The room was really clean and the maid service does a great job each and every day. Fantastic job guys.
Cons: The WIFI was laughably bad even if you are only accessing Baidu. I couldn't do anything and had to rely on my cell phone for internet service for my PC. If you are traveling for business and absolutely need the internet, look elsewhere. A very surprising thing was the inconsistency of the shower's water temperature levels. At times, the water would suddenly jump to scalding hot as I was using it. If this was a budget hotel, I could forgive it. However, I payed a premium price for this room and I was very disappointed with a detail like this being overlooked especially with most everything being so good.
9.5 Excellent
Pros: The spacious and clean room
Cons: The cold corridor from reception to A block hotel rooms The TV operating software makes watching TV a big effort. It's at least spending 30 seconds before watching a tv program
9.3 Excellent
Pros: The hotel is so beautiful and clean. There are lots of restaurants near by ,the metro is only about a 5 minute walk .
Cons: Food in club lounge tended to be s little cold but other than that perfect
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Everything! The hotel, the confort, the fitness center and, of course, people of the hotel (specially Paloma :)).
10.0 Excellent
Pros: There was nothing that I did not like about this hotel. - loved this hotel. It is a beautiful property. English speaking staff staff, and excellent customer service. Especially the restaurant Tian manager is a great service. -I also very enjoyed their breakfast and buffet. Lots of choices. All very good!
9.5 Excellent
Pros: We stayed for 4 nights in March and loved practically everything about the hotel. The overall design of the hotel, its elegant decoration, and its sheer size is meant to impress, and it does. We liked the location - situated a bit off the busy center but in a quiet, upscale part of town with a beautiful park and gardens all around, and yet, still easy to access by Metro. The restaurant serves very good food, and the breakfast is excellent. The small cakes and pastries at breakfast are like those in a fine Parisian pastry shop -- the best I've had for any breakfast buffet in any 5-star hotel (and I've been to many all over). The staff service is good, and there is always someone at the reception who speaks good English. Paloma, who heads the Guest Experience team, is simply wonderful and very welcoming. The personal attention she gave us, we appreciated very much. The hotel is large and sprawling, and the rooms spacious and tastefully decorated, with a firm bed and comfortable pillows. On our last morning, as we had to leave early to get to the railway station, they packed us breakfast bags to go, including hot coffee. For the price we paid, this Melia exceeded our expectations. The quality of the Melia service far exceeded that of a very upscale hotel in Beijing for which we paid almost 3 times the price for an exclusive club room. I had stayed in other hotels of the Melia chain before, but this was the most beautiful, and had the best service I've experienced. If I were to return to Xi'an, I would not hesitate to stay here again.
Cons: The quality of the bathroom amenities (shampoo, soap, etc) could be improved (maybe more "natural", or boutique brand?). No clear signs or indications of facilities or layout map of the hotel, e.g. swimming pool. As the hotel is huge, with several wings, and beside a mall, without any sign and lack of lighting in some large halls we passed, made it so much more confusing. We wanted to try out the pool on our last evening, but despite going all around, we failed to find it.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: this hotel has an awesome location close to shops and loads of restaurants. the breakfast was amazing and the selection was overwhelming. this hotel was the best of all the hotels we stayed in during our visit to china
9.3 Excellent
Pros: + The location is great (although not central) as it is close to some of the nicer areas in Xi'an. + The hotel is very clean and well-maintained. + Rooms are very comfortable.
Cons: - Several staff members did not speak English well and it was a challenge conveying some issues that we faced.
9.3 Excellent
Pros: Comfortable and spacious room, pleasant location (not in the centre, but in a very nice part of Xian)
Vienna Hotel Xi'an Railway Station - Xi'an - Building
4
9.6 Excellent (1,468 reviews)
Overview Reviews
With a stay at Vienna Hotel Xi'an Railway Station in Xi'an (Xi’an City Center), you'll be within a 5-minute drive of Xi'an Bell Tower and Xi'an City Walls. Featured amenities include a 24-hour front desk and luggage storage. Self parking (subject to charges) is available onsite.
7.5 Good
Pros: Near the subway.
Cons: Rooms and furniture where quite used, but good part is that it was clean and with no unwanted insects.
9.3 Excellent
Pros: I'm surprised that other travellers rated this hotel only 5.8. We nearly missed it because of bad score. It's a good hotel at good location (close to the train station and the Wall), staff is friendly and helpful (they could spead English!!!). The room is warm and comfortable. They let us use their public space (which is spacious at each floor) before our departure time.
Cons: I myself feel satisfied with this hotel. It exceeds my expectation.
5.7 Okay
Pros: Location is pretty good if you want to be next to the train station. But remember it's the old train station, the Fast G and K trains don't go there, that one is close to the airport.
Cons: It's an average hotel, nothing special, nothing too comfortable but nothing wrong with anything.
7.5 Good
Pros: Very near to metro station.

9.5 Excellent
Pros: Room was excellent very spacious, hotel staff all very friendly and helpful helped make our stay perfect
Cons: Pool was a little cold but that is being picky
10.0 Excellent
Pros: We had two standard rooms for night of June 24. We combined the stay at Angsana Hot-spring Hotel with visit to Terracotta Army. My parents, my 8 year old boy and myself thoroughly enjoyed our time at both hot springs and hotel swimming pools. The room is large, clean and modern. Hot springs are wonderful with various springs, sauna rooms, jacuzzis and hot stone treatment. Service staff are attentive and proactive in meeting our needs! Dinner at hotel Chinese restaurant and breakfast are both very good. We will certainly come back.
8.8 Excellent
Pros: Loved the Hotel itself, beautiful grounds and the breakfast buffet was amazing.
Cons: It is about 50 minutes away from the city and hard to find a Didi or taxi to bring us back at night.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: The staff were extremely friendly and helpful. The room was lovely and clean and everything you could possibly need was provided. The hotel, spa and general area was clean and safe. We liked that families were well catered for in a different part of the restaurant.
Cons: The hotel bar, the Breeze bar was very ‘disco’ like with strobe lighting which was possibly for mainland tastes and we preferred a more quieter environment.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: The best experience was how the staff hep us with everything we needed at this time
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Nice room, modern design and facilities. Helpful staff, many speak English. Easy access to an excellent hot springs on site, which may cost extra (168 yuan/person/day) if not included in reservation package. Totally worth it to pay for it. Easy access by taxi to Terra Cotta warriors. Good value for the price paid, just be ready to pay for use of services, restaurants, etc throughout the hotel, which is typical of a western style resort/spa facility. All in-house services include charge of additional 16% in total in services fees.
Cons: The back of the room faced a large courtyard which was very nice, however, noise transmits very easily across the courtyard; our stay included a Friday night and there were some loud individuals drinking that we could hear late into the night. Also, we happened to have a stay preceding Halloween, which apparently included some big party that the hotel was throwing and having rehearsals for beforehand. This was a very loud affair, including blasting bass that disrupted both our massage as well as our time at the outdoor hot springs.
5.5 Okay
Pros: Nothing Maybe George at the concierge was the only helpful person.
Cons: Very poor service experience. Nothing arranged, ordered was ever respected. We have lost one complete afternoon/evening of visiting Xi’an city due to staff incompetence. No help from management either when problems arrived. No any compensation offered neither. Probably the worst ever hotel experience in all Asia...
8.3 Excellent
Pros: The buffet breakfast spread was extensive. The concierge manager was very helpful and gave us a lot of useful information and recommendations.
Cons: The hotspring is 300 m away so you need to either walk or take a buggie ride wearing a bath robe. There is no subway nearby (currently under construction) and the taxis do not run by metre so you need to either take the transport from the hotel or negotiate rates with drivers - both options are expensive by China's standards.
8.8 Excellent
Pros: Breakfast was great. Location was Okay.
Cons: Language was the only issue I faced rest every thing was fine.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: The service and the cleanliness were mind blowing. This is one of the best accommodation I have ever booked in the last 10 years of my travel. Specially, the concierge service by George Wang, was exceptional. He just took extra care of you.
Cons: There is not even a single thing I can think of. Location might be an issue as there is not much in walking distance. But Terracota warriors is just 10-15mins drive.

You get bottler service 24/7 and everyone at the property is very helpful and they try their best to understand and satisfy your needs. The rooms are extremely comfortable and the bedding is out of this world. The breakfast is AMAZING. (For Chinese standards even at 5 star hotels)
Cons: We didn’t like the location as its far from the points of interests that we were visiting. Also the bathroom installations were great but the shower area looked like it hadn’t been well cleaned in a while.
10.0 Excellent

9.5 Excellent
Pros: The hotel staff, especially Ms. He Rui Man, who worked at the front desk, were friendly, well informed, and exceptionally helpful with every request, sometimes anticipating what I would need before I thought to ask. I asked for her Chinese name so that I could write a comment and express my favorable review. In addition, the hotel facilities, themselves, are of the highest quality. Housekeeping was excellent. A jammed window was fixed within minutes. This was an exceptional experience. The food served at the breakfast and evening buffet, was wonderful. I could not be more pleased.
Cons: My only concern was the cost. It seems they only provided expensive, high value items on their menu. Light meals or snacks did not seem to be available.

Pros: The location of the hotel is quite strategic with amenities and public transport around the corner. The front desk staffs were very helpful on all our requests. The size of the room is good with comfortable bed.
Cons: N/A
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Everything was just perfect
Cons: No place to eat after 9pm
9.5 Excellent
Pros: The location was great! The breakfast was OK, but it would have been better if more western dishes were provided as this is an international hotel. One day, we had to leave hotel at 6 am to go to Hua Shan before it gets crowded, and the hotel staff arranged to pick up the breakfast at 5 am, which gave us enough time to have the breakfast in the hotel room.
Cons: None.
9.3 Excellent
Pros: Close to underground station. very convenient location
7.5 Good
Pros: I really like the location! It only took us 30 mins to get to the airport (10am flight). Shopping Mall Incity is just next to the hotel and there are lots of local restaurants cross the street. Metro is also cross the street, so convenient!
Cons: There are three counters at Front Desk! I could never figure it out which counter to provide what service! Staff seemed to be busy all the time. Every time I approached the counter, it always seemed like someone’s 1st day working in the hotel. That person was not able to help me with a simple request. My key card did not work for two consecutive days! Pretty ignoring!
9.3 Excellent
Pros: Staff, comfort and breakfast.
8.0 Excellent
Pros: The location of the hotel, the generous breakfast and dinner buffets, the middle management when we lodged a complain related to the malfunction of the air conditioning system and the cleanliness of the room (we found tons of tissue paper under the bed...) whose reaction proved efficient and professional (our room was upgraded until the end of our stay and a dinner was offered to us). The spa.
Cons: The air conditioning system was out of service every night as from midnight even though the outside temperature was over 30°C every day during our stay. Consequently, the first morning, we woke up with 27°C in the room, which is hardly acceptable in a high-end hotel. We were told that this was due to the city environmental policy and not to the hotel policy. We haven't checked this information. The front desk employees weren't very warm nor naturally helpful. The soundproofing of the room is not optimal.
6.3 Good
Pros: Hotel a distance from city centre but metro is nearby Housekeeping staff were friendly n helpful
Cons: Checking out experience on morning of 26 May 2019 was bad Hotel needs to change queue system for guests checking out n not let guests who queued earlier in a slower queue to end up spending more time to check out it defeats the purpose of queueing I wish to express my dissatisfaction over the service of Grace counter staff and manager Phoeby who knew I arrived earlier than guests in a faster queue and when staff member of the faster queue wanted to serve me first they did allow her to do so Grace did not even make eye contact with me Grace m Phoebe need to receive further training I want to commend the other staff who manned the faster queue for her professionalism
9.3 Excellent
Pros: Useful location close to metro station and good shopping centre. Nice room with impressive on/off glass screen between bathroom and main room. Good breakfast.

10.0 Excellent
Pros: Hyatt Regency XiAn is an extremely beautiful palace hotel worth every money I paid there! If you do not stay at this hotel, you have yourself to blame and you will have missed a great experience sorry to you in advance. I moved here after a dissapointing low quality stay at Hilton XiAn. The difference between the two hotels is like heaven (Hyatt) and hell (Hilton). At Hyatt, it was a soulful most pleasurable unforgettable stay while at Hilton XiAn, it was not worth it, believe me. Hyatt Regency is the kind of place you stay and think, life is worth living and travel can be rewarding and wonderful. I love everything about this hotel and I will become a member since I have also stayed at the Hyatt Regency in Mumbai India also. Hyatt Regency XiAn was worth the short drive from the city. The view was great with the lake besides the Hyatt and the staff are so helpful, friendly and professional. Assistant Manager Mr. Razer Zhang walked around with me explaining Chinese food whenever I did not know which foods were there. He ensured I was comfortable in every way and helped me to order a taxi. The concirge were really really kind. The receptionists and the chefs too. If you ever wondered how a palace looks like, if you ever wanted to experience what architecture is, if you ever wanted to feed your soul with goodness, go stay at the Hyatt Regency XiAn. I have never written such a long review for any of the properties I have stayed in across the world, but the Hyatt Regency at Xian is worth it. In every way! Great breakfast and lunch too. And the staff speak excellent English from Miss Mandy, Miss Kelly, Mr. Razer, Miss. Flora, Miss. Nicole, Miss. Yura and the rest. All of you at the Hyatt Regency are the best the world has to offer and you make China shine! Thank you Hyatt Regency XiAn.
Cons: Honestly everything was perfect at Hyatt Regency Xian.

10.0 Excellent
Pros: Super friendly staff, very delicious meals and breakfast offer, the room was more than I expected (I got an upgrade to a suite, which was wonderful! - next time I'm staying there I will book the suite again.), also the staff at the breakfast buffet is more than wonderful. Thank you very much

Room was very comfortable, but lights switches were too complicated. The bathroom light kept switching back on again after it had been switched off.

I like the views from the window, and the hotel is located in the business district with easy access to the city centre. The staffs in the holtel are very friendly and nice, I enjoy my stay in the hotel.
Cons: The breakfast is not that good, there is very limited choice to have. And the children's area is also very small.

10.0 Excellent
Pros: Everything was really good, but the breakfast buffet in particular was outstanding. A wide variety of Asian and western breakfast options, with lots of vegetarian items, that had something for just about everyone.
Cons: The gym is fine, although basic and in need of some maintenance. Maybe something low-maintenance like free-weights would add some variety.
8.3 Excellent
Pros: Well located and it’s walking distance to drum and bell towers, city wall, pagoda, Muslims quater and many eateries. Free bottle water.
Cons: Breakfast is not good. Limited choices for westerners. Only sunny sideup eggs and they are soaked in oil. Two types of cereal and they are sweetened. Croissants are oily and not flaky. Sausages not good.

Cons: Breakfast was just ok. There is not a wide selection of western food bred selection was quite poor.

The free minibar and snacks in your room were a bonus! The hotel's restaurant food was delicious. Breakfast was a mixed buffet with a good variety.

10.0 Excellent
Pros: Location- superb location within walking distance to major attractions in Xian such as bell/drum tower, muslim quarter food street, south gate of Xian city wall, and shopping centres. Room was clean and bed was very comfortable, all snacks and mineral water within room are all free of charge, they even had plenty of bottles of mineral water placed at corridor of each floor for guests to take as they pleased, free of charge!! Which speaks a lot because so far most other hotels only gives 2 bottles of mineral water per day usually, however at Eastern House Boutique Hotel, they give you free flow snacks, free flow unlimited mineral water bottles, and guess what, free flow fruits!!! They even placed fruits at the concierge area for guests to take as they pleased. This is a very generous hotel indeed. Staff - all very friendly and nice, helpful as well. Special thanks to Mr Guo Jian Wei who always greets us at breakfast table, and always offers his service to help get us soya milk and whatever else that we need, he is always all smiles and brings a smile to our faces at the start of each day. Ms Liu Xiao is also all smiles and always helps presses the elevator button for us. A hotel's reputation is always dependent on many factors especially staff factor. I would say that the staffs at Eastern House Boutique Hotel definitely raises the reputation of the hotel :) Breakfast was included as part of our room rate and food variety at breakfast is plenty to choose from, comprising combination of both western and chinese food. Breakfast was good as well I only have positive things to say about the hotel and enjoyed my stay there tremendously
Cons: None

7.0 Good
Pros: The positive aspects: The location is facing one of the gate of the city wall, with beautiful views, is next to a subway stop, and you can quickly walk to the city walls and the lovely park along the wall. The rooms are nice, spacious, and comfortable. The breakfast is good, with a wide selection. The Tang Dynasty styled exterior of the hotel is very beautiful. The room rate we go is very reasonable.
Cons: The negative aspects: The huge atrium-type lobby looks gloomy with cheap finish and design. Hardly anyone speaks English. The check-in process we had was long and tedious, although the checkout was much faster. The front desk staff seem bound to certain outdated procedures, which make simple services like changing currency take longer than it should.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Great location and also very fast service to come to our rooms when we called for assistance
8.5 Excellent
Pros: Brilliant location comfy beds
Cons: Evening in the lounge very quiet so we went out
9.3 Excellent
Pros: The location was great – it's easy to walk into the walled city through the South Gate (or get the metro in), and also to get to the south of the city (and the Great Wild Goose Pagoda) by bus or metro. The room was very comfortable in every respect.
Cons: The breakfast was rather expensive, and not all the reception/concierge staff spoke English. The square outside was a little noisy (the fit/soundproofing of the windows could be improved), but it didn't disturb me too much.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: the hotel probably has the best location in all of Xian for sightseeing as it is literally a few metres form the cities south gate and wall. t is in walking distance of the bell and drum tower, pagodas and museum. The rooms were large and clean, staff were very friendly and helpful and the food plentiful and delicious.
Cons: when we arrived (24.07.19) we were charged the room rate and deposit amount, when we left we were again charged the room rate. This is standard practise in numerous hotels, however, the payment to be returned (for room and deposit) has still not yet been refunded and the room only payment left my account immediately. If you are travelling on a budget this could see you in some financial difficulties.
9.3 Excellent
Pros: Location.
Cons: Nobody speaks English
10.0 Excellent
Pros: The hotel is very well located next to the city wall and a nice area... the room was very comfortable, clean, the service was fantastic and the breakfast was great!
8.0 Excellent
Pros: It is a great place to stay if you are in Xi’an - just nearby the center and the South Gate.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: The room was not large but clean and comfortable with everything we needed. The seating in the front foyer of the hotel was relaxing to sit in. There was a great choice at breakfast and the staff were very pleasant and happy to help in any way they could. The location is amazing with great shops, a lovely park and an underground stop all minutes away.
9.5 Excellent
Pros: Great location, very central, next to the city walls and subway station. Comfortable beds and great breakfast. Very friendly staff.
Cons: Half of the hotel overlooks a gigantic construction site. Other than this being a poor view. The guys on the site start every morning at 7 AM, also in weekends, using super loud equipement/machines making it impossible to sleep after 7 (even with earplugs). When I’m on holiday I like to sleep in and leave a hotel well rested. We booked and stayed three nights. But I left tired and quite crancky. I know the hotel can’t help the fact that there is a construction site. But at check-in they gave no warning, heads up or apologies. This to me is really unacceptable for a hotel in this price range.
9.5 Excellent
Pros: Friendly and helpful staff who spoke good english. Nice location, easy to walk to drum/belltower and Muslim quarter.

7.5 Good
Pros: The location was close to the Muslim street and zhonglou. The room was spacious and the bed was comfortable. The amenities provided in the room were up-to normal standards.
Cons: The toilets had a lingering smell which was upsetting at times. Had problems connecting to WiFi on and off. The air conditioning was a central one which took time to cool the room up and the bed was situated at a place where cool air wasn’t able to reach.
7.5 Good
Pros: Location is what You need.
Cons: As always in China, glass bathrooms.
8.0 Excellent
Pros: Location
Cons: Air conditioner was broken.
8.8 Excellent
Pros: Location is excellent, within walking distance to Bell and Drum Towers, Muslim Quarter, Xi'an city wall, metro station and various shopping malls. Front office staff are helpful, but it will be better if they can speak English. The hotel room is clean though it looks outdated. Hotel price is very reasonable for its excellent location and its lobby ambience and toilet. In all, it was a comfortable stay.
Cons: Room furnitures, wall paints and wallpaper are old and worn out. Bed is hard and pillows are too flat.
7.0 Good
Pros: Good location.
8.3 Excellent
Pros: Excellent place in the heart of the city
Cons: Extremely hard to be found cause it is a part of a mall
7.0 Good
Pros: The location is perfect, City Wall, Muslim Quarter in walking distance
Cons: Breakfast is not Chinese Standard as I know it. And the Hotel needs renovation, we stayed in 7th floor, it seems that Ground floor already started to renew.
4.5 Okay
Pros: Location
Cons: Not clean. Staff unable to order a taxi for airport. No hairdryer in room - told staff but didn’t get one
6.0 Good
Pros: after I came back I had a huge amount of allergy on my body. might be due to blanket or soap.
7.7 Good
Pros: The location is fantastic, being right in the middle of Xi'an. I was very happy with my room... a spacious feeling with super comfortable bed and pillows.
Cons: The breakfast was okay... but not great. There wasn't much English spoken so it was hard to get information/advice about where to go (or to get a towel brought to my room. I tried 3 times and then ended up going down with a bath mat to act out what I needed!). The showerhead was leaking over the edges so it was more like a bucket being poured than the 'rain water' as advertised - I didn't really mind but some people might.
