When I called the office I was met with somewhat of a cold shoulder and kind of dismissed because he had a "lobby full of people". My issue was basically that the car was terrible. Every single speaker was blown and sounded terrible. 6 hours being in the care with no radio...suck.2.0 Poor

Showed several classes of cars and range of rental prices available on Kayak. You book, show up, and you're switched to a more expensive car with no options other than paying higher rate or going somewhere else.6.4 Okay

Pros:
No real problems once we got the car; however, it was such a quick turn-around that one person drove it in and dropped it off, and they took my info and gave me the keys. No interior vacuuming, etc, and no car was not even a window wash.Cons:
obviously, they are running too close to the margin on the cars they have available. Most agencies have a few extras in reserve. Also, adding a second driver was an additional $10 per day, which seemed excessive.9.6 Wonderful

Pros:
Easy check in process. I liked the early return process. Matt did a good job going through everything. He tried to make right the van not being cleaned yet. Van options were very nice. Hands free/Blue-tooth phone capabilities and plenty of room for luggage and 4 people to stretch out in. We liked having the tuck away 3rd row seats. Leather seats made for easy cleaning. Overall, the van performed better than expected.Cons:
Matt was nice, seemed overwhelmed at the time. The lobby was full, it was spring break, and the van I was to get was not able to be cleaned yet. Matt asked me if I wanted to wait. I declined and took the van as is. He gave me a free car wash voucher. We walked through the pre-rental and took pictures of the exterior of the van. Minor knicks and dings (standard where and tear on a 50,000 mile vehicle) were noted. I spent my 1st 2 hours cleaning out big dog hair from the last customer and wiping down everything. I was not mad nor did I call to complain.10.0 Wonderful

I never received my prepaid car because they gave it to another customer prior to me getting there. This is the worst experience I have ever had in any service or retail transaction. After spending 3 hours and 26 minutes on the phone with both Hertz and KayakAvis
