Staff were incredibly helpful and friendly. Room was clean, spacious (we were upgraded for free) and quiet. Great location. Chic hotel with great decor. Would stay here again (it is in Zurich, so everything is expensive - room wasn’t inexpensive but nothing in Zurich is!).
Pros. The hotel is absolutely beautiful and the service is just great. Smiles all around and a high end feel from the decor to the team.
Pros. From the second we walked into the cavernous lobby of this hilltop property- to the time we checked out at 5:30 am and a tray of Breakfast to go was brought to us- the CUSTOMER SERVICE was EXCEPTIONAL. The lovely young gal who gave us a tour and took us up to our room then carted our luggage; the young man who waited on us in the restaurant twice in our very brief stay; the extremely accommodating Andrew who tried to fix the tepid air-conditioning in our room and patiently explained the best restaurants nearby, the route to the airport, and loaned access to the printer and computer- all were totally kind, friendly and had a sense of humor to boot!
Cons. the location is certainly not great; but if you needn't be in the center of things--its fine. The rooftop pool is marvelous; but ----the water is just warm, not really hot; certainly not chilly or refreshing and there are NO JACUZZI jets in any of the three pools below..just bubbling water.
Pros. Spa and rooftop pool, service, room design
Cons. A little bit away from city center, lack of restaurant options nearby
