On time, kind staff but the aircraft was not clean

I would like to praise one of the stewards, Mohamed, who was swift and efficient to help me as I was not feeling well at some point during the flight.

There was no food !! We ordered Kosher and they confirmed they would have it but the crew told us that kosher food was “out of stock” We went hungry for 7-8 hours

Extremely Disappointing Experience Boarding was chaotic and poorly managed—we were left standing in the heat for 30–45 minutes with no explanation or apology. As a business class passenger, I was shocked when a staff member rudely refused to let me board after I questioned why I had to check in my carry-on, which contained valuables. Despite explaining my concerns, he remained unreasonably inflexible. Thankfully, the captain intervened and retrieved my bag personally. This same staff member was also loud and disrespectful to several other passengers. Completely unacceptable service.

Check-in could have been a little early and I wished the airline would have serve some better real food rather than serving a very hard bread for a 8hrs flight.

Comfort and organisational prowess of the entire crew. Baggage handling can be better. No had all my luggages after 6days of the flight.

On line check was unavailable even tho I was receiving emails to check in and select my seat. At the gate was told all seats were taken ahead of time and was pre assigned a bad seat. When could you check in the choose a seat ???? The ran out of all food choices in business class !!! I had nothing to eat. They told me to pre order a special meal. I don’t want a special meal I was a regular meal. Seats very uncomfortable for business class prices.

Pretty good flights! If they can let y u s know regarding delays by announcing it in the PA system it would be a good business practice!

Old planes that are not being maintained with at least basic cleaning. Plane smells awful, bathrooms not cleaned either. Customer service probably one of the worst I have experienced.
