Pros: "We had a newer plane. I LOVED that the seatbelts had a little more room, and also that each seat had it down screen. I really enjoyed the new pre-flight video; it was entertaining and I appreciated that it allowed the crew to get ready, rather than demonstrate a seatbelt for us."
Cons: "I am not sure how boarding groups work, but I will never understand why we don't board from the back of the plane to the front. People waiting and trying to load luggage or climb over others makes the pre-flight more stressful than it needs to be. (This is obviously not specific to you airline.)"

Cons: "There was no one at the ticket kiosk located by TSA and no sign that said they would be back or to go to another booth. After waiting 10 minutes I️ went upstairs and found a chaotic mass of people checking in at the actual open kiosk. The check in process was not clearly defined and even after spending 30 minutes checking a bag I️ still had to care my checked bag down to another TSA check line. In their boarding area there were minimal phone chargers. The plane was small and no leg room and a rigid uncomfortable seat. Also the flight was at night and they kept the cabin lights on. That was super frustrating to an exhausted traveler who was trying to sleep."

Cons: "I had a 2 hour layover to switch from my BA flight to my American Airlines flight in Heathrow, but since I, and every other AA passenger had to wait in line to reprint my boarding pass to an AA boarding pass after we had taken the bus to the terminal, I waited about 45 minutes in that line. Then we had to go through security again. By the time I made it to my gate the flight said it was "closing." We took off about 15 minutes after that. The "hot box" snack had goat cheese and I'm not a fan."

Cons: "The weather was bad in Dallas preventing our landing. Our plane had to be diverted to be refueled which caused us to miss our connecting flight. There was no one at the counter to help us, but one of the crew told us to call the 800 number which told us our connecting flight was in the air. When we finally found someone to help us, they rescheduled us for the next flight out 11 hours later. When we asked about accommodations, we were told there would be none since it was weather related. Then we were told we could "look for a cot", but she didn't know where any cots were."

Cons: "While boarding the plane an AA employee actually grabbed the 1/4 full gym bag out of my boyfriend's hands and said he had to check it (even though it had fit under his seat next to his backpack on our previous American Airlines flight). Boarded and saw there was still plenty of open overhead bin space. Had to wait 30 extra minutes at our destination to claim his unnecessarily checked bag. This is on top of poor customer service from the gate agents and a long delay on our outbound flight. Will not choose to fly American Airlines in the future"

Cons: "The United Airlines reps could have shown some empathy to the passengers who were delayed. The arline knew we had connecting flights and could've alerted the other flight that we were there and to wait on us. The connecting flight was scheduled to leave at 9:50. I arrived at the gate at 9:49 only to find that the flight had not only boarded but had already left. The reps at the counter showed no level of empathy and acted put out when asked to provide transportation to the reassigned gate. Lastly, the flight could've offered something more than a $10 food voucher, especially since the majority of the food in the airport is greater than $10."

Cons: "Horrible experience. Plane had an engine issue and ended up being delayed for so many HOURS that we had to sleep in Houston. The organization was a big mess - so poor that we reached the hotel only at 130am while we had to wake up at 4ish am to be at the airport again by 5am."

Cons: "We are okay with seat area but would ask that united freeze seat backs. The inconsiderate bumpkins in front of us put seat back and then leaned forward the whole flight. we could not even put our tray table all the way down. Coke spilled all over us in turbulence as liose tabke bounced significantly more than if set in place. Give people rude, freeze saet so cant recline or remove tray tables so we dont hurt ourselves due to rude people."

Cons: "Wouldn't let me select a seat at check-in, meal selection only worked for return flight, and the airline confirmation number provided by Kayak wasn't accepted by United. Kayak referred me to Swiss Air's website rather than United's. The whole check-in process was a convoluted mess when I've never had any issue with other airlines. I'm a slender guy with broad shoulders and the middle seat felt very crowded when surrounded by medium build people. Didn't manage to sleep a bit on an 8 hr red-eye flight."

Cons: "I landed in Terminal 5 at LAX, so I walked 20 minutes to the International Terminal and waited in line at the Austrian Airlines counter for 45 minutes. When my turn came, I was told that Austrian does NOT fly to London. After a while, they figured out I was on a Unites flight, so I had to walk to terminal 7 (about 25 minutes) to check in with United. If this is a United flight, why is it called Austrian Airlines? Very frustrating and confusing to me and to Austrian Airlines!!!"

We spent $69 and $77 to get seats together and the seat backs didn't work, no TV screens, and my expensive purse was soaking wet when I retrieved it from under the seat. So gross. Cons: "The pre-boarding staff were rude and not helpful. I had requested an aisle seat when I booked my flight. Somewhere along the line, my seat was changed to a middle seat. When I asked the staff if I could switch to an aisle seat to help accommodate my sciatica, they told me, "sorry, we can't help you, you'll just have to ask another passenger." Neither crew member was willing to work with me or hear my concerns. So much for flying the friendly skies...well I guess we were still on land, so may that principle had not yet taken effect."
