flight was delayed two hours because they couldn't find a single American airlines employee to sign off on some log book.sat on tarmac two hours because no one could sign a piece of paper!!! so obviously we missed our connecting international flight to dublin. called american customer svc, they made us call british airways, british airways said we had to call kayak, kayak said we had to call American. thanks for all the great customer svc. this is why everyone hates flying and all airlines are garbage. then finally in chicago american customer svc desk said they rebooked us on a British airways flight the same night, we traversed (ran) the entire chicago ohare airport only to find out british airways said we were not on that flight, were completely full and we had to go back to american. literally had to leave airport to get on train to go back to american terminal. they swear we are now (the next day) on this aer lingus flight despite our inability since last night to try and check in to that flight because aer lingus website doesnt work, no one answers their customer service number and their ticket counter at airport doesnt open until noon. suffice it to say we are still not on a flight to Dublin, ive missed an entire day of a limited vacation, and i will NEVER fly american again.

The flight was delayed. It took longer than expected due to the hurricane. When we arrived, there was no gate so we had to sit on the runway forever. Then the gate checked bags took forever. I was supposed to have a 1.5 hour layover. I barely made my connection as I only had 20 minutes left until takeoff by the time we got off the plane.

With all the competition among airlines and the cutbacks we suffer as customers Delta manages to make you feel like you matter still. Timely boarding, actual help with finding seats making boarding efficient (not just hurrying you along), updates from the cockpit that you could hear and understand, multiple choices in snacks-one even a healthy option, staff that was friendly and interested in making it a good experience not one that seemed bothered they had to work.

I fly Frontier every 3 weeks from Fort Myers to Cleveland. I rarely have any delays or problems. With the exception of occasional bumpy weather.

Frontier airlines delayed and then cancelled and offered no help with re booking so I could make it to my family. I had to purchase a brand new ticket with s better airlines to be able to get home for my mom's cancer treatments.

Being in the absolutely last seat with no window.

The United stewardess was lovely

The women in the Redmond/Bend security were less than friendly and helpful. In fact she seemed intent on delaying us for no apparent reason.

Every person employed by United is either overworked until the point of jadedness is issued with their first paycheck, or they get paid in Monopoly money. There were flight delays, and really I was good with that, but when I approached a staff member, he literally said “what do you want?!” Before I even opened my mouth. The phone lines are operated by someone in a foreign country. And after the flight caused me an overnight layover, they offer you a measly discount voucher for a place to stay. I can only hope that someone out there is getting better treatment than the poor people I saw on this flight, or at any united desk I attempted to get help from.

Offered a seat in the exit row at the gate. Accepted it, of course. Duh.

Boarding was very slow with so many passengers wanting to carry on all their earthly belongings. I was unaffected as I had checked my bag at the gate, but for some there was no room at all. Some early boarders were allowed to exceed the one-bag in the overhead rules.

Don't like the Comfort plus seats that have the dividers vs basic arm rests.

The flight was very inexpensive

You have to pay extra for carryon luggage, snack or beverage. No entertainment. Very tiny non-padded seats.

Flight apparently was cancelled 48 hours before but no one contacted me. I was able to check in with Frontier and get the gate and seat assignment even though the flight had been cancelled the day before. I found out when I arrived at the gate at the airport. Frontier did nothing to help me get to my destination. I was forced to buy a last minute ticket on another airline to get to my business meeting.

Loved staff and food!!

No wifi, no movies, no power outlets. The budget airline I flew to Mexico (Volaris) was nicer.

The breakfast sandwhich they gave me for free (because they didn’t have lunch? Idk they just said don’t worry anout it when I went to hand them my card)

Of course economy is just not comfy. Also I couldn’t sit with my girlfriend :( And the backside of the seat in front of me was dirty (fluid stains). They also didn’t have lunch on a 6 hour flight from 9am-3pm

We left 25 minutes later, but arrived 25 minutes early!! I hVe flown many times and that has never happened!!

TSA is a JOKE, got the random strip search where they pulled apart every nook and cranny of my personal bag and carry on item. Relieved me of my PLASTIC corkscrew that I've traveled with for 15 years. Almost missed the flight and I was there plenty early.

My friend and I was switched to an even worse seating when boarding. Very uncomfortable especially for my friend since he had crutches.

Lufthansa did a great job in their customer service, their movie selection to include their technology available to each customer.

the Seat was uncomfortable after an 8-hour flight. I have taken many 14+ hour flights to distant locations so I was surprised how quickly their seats caused discomfort.

Crazy cold all flight long, made me even waking up. They should have served gloves and hats.

Wouldn't let me select a seat at check-in, meal selection only worked for return flight, and the airline confirmation number provided by Kayak wasn't accepted by United. Kayak referred me to Swiss Air's website rather than United's. The whole check-in process was a convoluted mess when I've never had any issue with other airlines. I'm a slender guy with broad shoulders and the middle seat felt very crowded when surrounded by medium build people. Didn't manage to sleep a bit on an 8 hr red-eye flight.

I don’t like, however, the fact that 3 of the last 5 times I’ve flown American round trip midland tx to Salt Lake City I have missed my connecting flight on the way back due to no fault of my own. I have flown this trip once a month for the past six months and have to do it two more times before December. American sucks
