They put my husband and I in an exit row and my daughter at the back of the plane with strangers. I was not comfortable with strangers being responsible for my child. I assumed they would seat children with at least one parent. We did ask to move at the gate and the accommodated us with the last row on the plane. No recline, no window, and right next to the bathrooms. We took it to be with our kid but this policy needs to be revised. Kids should always be seated with the adult responsible for them... who knows what kind of person might end up next to my child. Not to mention if she had needed something is the stranger gonna take care of it? It’s just a bad practice imo."

Pros: "The plane arrived in Atlanta ahead of time and thus we were able to start boarding earlier than usual. The gate agent kept the process in order and moved the boarding process along nicely. The pilots also got us to Baton Rouge 28 minutes ahead of schedule which was appreciated. Nice flight."

Pros: "The flight was nearly full, but I lucked out. One person in my row did not show up, so myself and the other lady in my row had the benefit of having an open seat in between us. The crew was cheerful and accommodating. They did the normal beverage service, but also brought complimentary water and coffee 3x during the rest of the flight. This was greatly appreciated, especially after 5 days of drinking and partying. My buddies and I spent two and a half days in Las Vegas for a bachelor party followed by two days in the LA area for a wedding (yes we did it Hangover style) :) Thank you Delta!"

Pros: "The flight from BHM to DEN (my connection) was re-routed due to poor weather in DEN. What was supposed to be a 3-hr flight, turned into a 5-hr flight. Thank goodness my layover was originally 3.5 hrs, so that extra time in the air cut into that wait time at the airport, but at least waiting at the airport would allow me to move around and stretch my legs, and not be stuck in THE tiniest plane seat I've ever experienced."

The seats were SO incredibly tiny, and there is very little room in the pocket on the back of the seat in front of you. You can't fit a water bottle, and barely my tiny purse or e-reader device. Seats of plane in both directions for non stop flights very uncomfortable. With no lean back seats hard to find good sleep position. I tend to sleep through early morning flights."

Pros: "Good on-phone customer service to make flight accommodations since we missed our connecting flight out of Denver"
Cons: "Insufficient and/or incomplete communication from pilot as to the nature of the delay (unhooked cable), how it was being addressed (the ONLY person that could hook the cable was still at home; then when he did arrive, he was assigned to fix another airplane before ours), and what we, as passengers, could do to help ourselves (United staff was reviewing connections, but then no one ever came back to relay information about that). We missed our connecting flight (we finally departed 15 minutes before our connecting flight left Denver); I had to call customer service while still sitting on the plane, and we were placed on a connecting flight out of Denver that left 4 hours AFTER we should have landed at our final destination. What should have been 9 hours of total travel time (including driving to and from airport, security checks, customs, etc.) turned into 20 hours, resulting in a lost 1st day of our trip."

Pros: "The flight crew seemed worn and a bit surly. They ran out of two of the meals and the one I got was oddly seasoned but it was warm. We sat on the ground quite a while while they fixed the PA system with no water then there was a women they'd let on the flight even though she had a different destination - supposedly they spent an hour looking for her bag on the plane. Do you hold up a whole plane load of people that got on the right plane for the woman that didn't and how come when they checked her ticket - no one noticed?"

Pros: "I am slow walking due to health issues. Coming from Kansas City to Chicago was a problem. My daughter who was with me is physically handicapped. There was no transportation to assist us to get from one terminal to another one when we arrived. Thank goodness we had a two and one-half hour overlay. Going home was a different story. Two wonderful gentleman met us as we disembarked and speedily got us to our flight. We only had 30 minutes and they made sure we were there. Issac and the other man are to be commended!"

United seems to understand this and for the most part their employees were very friendly and helpful. I will choose united whenever possible."

Cons: "Flight was delayed for 40 minutes because of "paperwork" according to the pilot. We boarded the plane on time however had to sit on it during the delay. We were not informed of what was going on until we had already been waiting for 30 minutes. When they informed us of the delay they offered everyone free direct TV in flight to make up for the delay. Once we finally took off they announced that the direct TV was not actually working. The flight attendant making the announcements was not sincere and rather unprofessional. Luckily the pilot flew fast so we ended up arriving only 10 minutes late."

Cons: "We have to pay for food on a 2 hour flight? Just snacks, no meal even though it was dinner time. The stewardess doing announcements was obnoxious. She had an odd way of speaking with strange pauses, she kept calling it Kansas instead of Kansas City, and she made condescending remarks about it."

Cons: "It was a small, commuter plane and everyone was to gate check any carry-on that wouldn't fit under the seat, like rolling bag. My neighbor did not check his and took up more than half of my leg room. He was NOT friendly and I was not willing to anger him by complaining. But he should not have been allowed to bring it on board. This was a United flight, not Lufthansa."

In spite of the 4 hour wait they didn't even bother serving food or made any announcement to handle passenger anxiety and concerns. I understand that could happen but how she spoke this guy was absolutely rude and she did say " that's not my fault! That's your fault!!" And slam the door ... When we asked her for adding miles , she did as complaining " I am here for the flight to Ommaha ." Even though she was not , she is working for United airlines , isn't it her job ??? She was like that to every customer and that presents your company's value ... When the gate was for us , she was back at the gate ...... I am so disappointed for this poor customer service. Even though if I mention here , I know nothing would change and I hope this one voice will reach to the company somehow and make some change ."

Cons: "After sitting for a 8 hour layover, the boarding gate was changed. The announcement of this change was poorly done, and we were not aware. Fortunately, I questioned why our flight was not announced and found this change. With less than 30 minutes until flight take off, we had to hurry to ...not only another gate, but a completely different terminal. I feel there should have been better informative announcements of this change."

She was alone on the flight, yet she was attentive, efficient, cheerful and made the flight from Denver to Kansas City better than any other I have ever taken! She has a great attitude and it was obvious that she wanted all passengers to have a wonderful experience! I wish I had asked her name so that I could give her the recognition she deserves."

The fact was the crew maybe had an hour left on their shift they made it up came back told everyone to talk to customer service while everyone was doing that the crew clocked off. When we came back they saI'd the plane was fine and that we had wait for another crew. That crew we waited for another two hours. They to clocked off and went home. I don't know of there isn't any overtime or anything but you are losing money to shady crews like this one. I'm never flying united again."

Cons: "They close the ticketing counter down 45 minutes before a flight. You can not get a boarding pass or any service at all. They will actually refuse to talk to you. I cancelled my flight because they would not give me a boarding pass 35 minutes before the departure time. Worst service ever."

Pros: "The flight attendants were helpful, friendly and funny! It was easy boarding and exiting the plane -- and fast!"
Cons: "I don't have anything bad to say about my flight. Air travel is much different than it was in the past and it will never go back to the way it was -- so based on today's standards -- this flight was great. I was surprised that the flight attendants did a commercial offering passengers the opportunity to purchase a Frontier MasterCard on the plane during the flight. Clever selling technique and could have been seen as offensive to some passengers but I didn't mind it."

Cons: "Website was only partially operable when accessed from a link in an email when trying to "buy a bag" and check in. Had to access site directly, then it worked. However, I spent a frustrating 45 minutes when trying to buy a bag and check in when I used the link. Also had trouble using the Frongier app. Could not check in using it."

Cons: "We sat on the tarmack for 1.5 hours once we arrived at our destination. I was also surprised at how expensive it was for carry-on and checked luggage. I don't know if I'll fly frontier again."

Cons: "Seats are super uncomfortable they dont recline at all!! , A drink cost 2 dollars you have to pay 45 each way for a Carrry on!! Next time ill pay a little extra and atleast get to have a carry on reclining seats and a complementary drink ! it ends up costing the same but atleast ill be somewhat comfortable ! Never again will i fly Frontier its not worth it"

Pros: "Should have done my homework. I was shocked to find out that Frontier charges (and charges so much) for all luggage (even carry on) and drinks and snacks onboard. I can't think of any other carrier that does that. No wonder the tickets were so "cheap"! The trays were super tiny and almost impossible to use. We will pay the extra amount and fly any other carrier next time."

Cons: "Flight was delayed. Flight, if it reached destination on time or early, usually waited on the tarmac for a gate assignment which ultimately delayed the arrival time. Flight crew was rude. Extra fees that were charged for seat assignments and checked or carry on bags were not clearly indicated at the time of ticket purchase and this felt like cheating to me. I will endeavor to never fly Frontier as I do not agree with their business practices."

Pros: "The initial price was really cheap."
Cons: "They charge 30 for carry-on bag each way. I had to pay extra 60 for round trip. If you plan to travel with carry on bag frontier is not for you. The airplane it self was clean and pretty new but little space and was very shaky some time to time. Didn't feel safe at all. I will never take frontier again."

Cons: "'Only Pay for what you Need!' This is the slogan where all the hidden fees lie. But what do you really need? A carry-on? Who doesn't need that? Well It's gonna be $60. A cold glass of water to hydrate during a 3 hour flight? $6. Oh yeah if you want a seat on the plane you already paid for, it's going to be $16-50. frontier ends up costing more than its competitors even after cutting every luxury on the plane to save its customers money. (Seats do not recline and no TVs). I think I'm seeing a trend in the reviews, Frontier. Stop being dumb. I will never fly with them again."

Cons: "A 40 minute layover turned into a 5 hour layover in Denver. Frontier did not reimburse for the inconvenience, and sent a inadequate $50.00 coupon towards my next Frontier flight IF USED WITHIN 90 DAYS!! That was an insult, not a good faith gesture. They nickel and dime for everything, and take poor accountability for their errors."

Cons: "Wasn't aware that Frontier does not participate in TSA pre-check. My fault for not researching more, but I almost missed my flight. Also the crew on the plane could have been more informative about procedures."

Cons: "they claim to have good air fares just to get you in. once you purchase a ticket they milk you for every possible reason to get as much money as they possibly can. for example if you dont pay for carryon (yes you hear me they charge for carryon) at the time you check in. they will charge you twice as much at the gate ($60 dollars!!!!). their seats are incredibly uncomfortable and do not recline. the guy at the counter wanted to charge me $40 because my bag was one pound overweight. thats enough for me. I am not using frontier ever again."

Cons: "Very disorganized at airport in dealing with multiple delays. Overheard dealings with others stranded; granted some passengers lost their tempers but employees did the same and sometimes worse. I can't believe after a 3+ hour delay that they can not forget about costs of drinks and snacks to give passengers a small break."
