Cons: seat reservation. having to pay for luggage....

Cons: Flight 2 hours delayed, started boarding but had to wait on line 10 more minutes on boarding ramp for plane door to be opened, upon landing in Dublin had to wait on tarmac for anther 15 minutes for stairs to arrive and be connected to airplane. Then had to wait another hour for checked luggage....

Cons: Staff rude and short

Cons: Boarding was very slow.

Pros: The bed was comfortable. Entertainment selection and large TV screen was good. The KLM crew is amazing, as usual.

Cons: Food quality was not so good.

Pros: The flight crew was so friendly and the food was really good.

Pros: Crew was very engaging and service was good.

Cons: My seat was horrible. Right at the door, crammed, and no place to store my carry-on luggage.

Pros: Crew was ok.

Cons: Screens need a serious upgrade, my seat didn’t recline all the way nor could it be restored to an upright position. Not very comfortable and I paid for a seat upgrade.

Cons: We were allowed to choose our seats from SFO to Amsterdam but not for the return flight. I like to be able to choise my seats when I book the flight. Choosing seats 24 hours before is not convenient when traveling for the return trip.

Cons: The air conditioners fan was bad and they had to fix it in London which took over 40 minutes off travel time...we arrived much later than expected in Lagos

Cons: Working wifi would be good. Better A/C. More comfortable seats

Pros: Reasonable space in economy class seats

Cons: Staff hurrying us up 40 minutes before departing and threatening to take our bags out of the plane in case we didn’t board then. I had to leave my coffee and run.
