Cons: "We arrived late in Dallas, due to weather. Our flight to LA had already locked the door, the lady working the desk when we got there, said we had missed the flight and walked off. Two more ladies came to the counter, but would not help us, finally a fourth lady came and helped us."

The headphone connection was broken on the plane so I had to constantly try to move my headphone plug in around to make sure the sound was at least coming through one ear."

Cons: "Americans airlines charged me extra to guarantee that my wife and I, along with our infant daughter could sit together. Of course with this came the expectation that we would at least have more leg space. Which we did not. Go figure."

It was so uncomfortable to not have individual screens for entertainment. The food was awful. I would not want to take this flight again."

Cons: "The Flight Attendants were HORRIBLE. They were rude and dismissive to all passengers, One in particular (Suzette) actually made a passenger sitting next to me cry. I was embarrassed to be an American. It was a nightmare of a flight because of the flight attendants."

Cons: "I had a carry on and a laptop case that fit under the seat. The laptop case has wheels and a handle. The gate agent said I need to check one bag, even though I could show that the laptop case was within the specs for fitting under the seat. When I tried to argue with her, she said, "One of your bags is going to be checked--which one is it going to be?" Bad attitude."

Pros: "Wrong airline, sent me to wrong gate, almost missed the flight. If I wasn't lucky enough to need a wheelchair, I would probably still be in Phx! Not happy at all, to say the least. I had to grease the palms of about 7 different wheelchair pushers. A bad day all around."

Pros: "Friendly, helpful flight attendants. Flight left and arrived on time, despite being completely full (asking for volunteers to bump). Offered to gate-check our carry-on bags for free to alleviate crowding of overhead bins was fine for us since we already had checked baggage."
Cons: "If you don't pay for the premium seats, the legroom is pretty tight. I'm only 5'8" and I felt it -- if you're 6'+ you better pay for it. This aircraft had screens, but not individual ones so you're stuck watching whatever sitcom replay they pick, although there is a moderate selection of other music. I've been on a newer aircraft with the in-seat power and interactive screens so I know how good it can be, so this was a little disappointing."
