Cons: "My flight to PDX was quite bumpy so food and beverage service were impacted, which I totally understand. However, the fact that I was not served at all, does not sit well with me! They had to stop service with only a few rows left to go due to turbulence but rather it just being a delay in service, the flight attendants never came back to check on the customers they hadn’t served even when the seat belt lights turned off. I really enjoy flying Delta but not this time!"

Pros: "This was our first time flying Delta and it was a very pleasurable experience. Boarding was very straight forward and the seats allocated comfortable. A surprise for us was being asked if we would like to move seats from the back of the aircraft to Comfort Economy (we think it was to do with weight balance! but appreciated very much none the less). The flight attendants were very professional and helpful, as you would hope all attendants on all airlines would be. We'd gladly fly Delta again anytime."

Cons: "I will make it my sole purpose to let everyone I know and review this on every site. Kayak messed up our flights so badly and then would not fix them. I spent 4 hours being bounced between airlines and travel sites just to be screwed with for a mistake Kayak made and would not fix. Worst company ever!"

Cons: "The gate agent was the opposite of professional. You might as well get a cardboard cutout. The gate agent was unable or unwilling to explain when and how I would get my seat assignment and with what group I should board with. A passenger helped me. I am a frequent flyer, primarily AA, I will never fly Delta again."

Pros: "Great ground staff and flight crew, except they should as warn and apologize regarding the limited gate as access so far from the check-in."
Cons: "Signage is terrible. Delta sign out side is obscured as and too small. Construction is no excuse for the confusion. Delta is not readable on the overhead signs and airport is too dark at night. Everything is hard to find."

Pros: "Despite small aircraft, boarding was fast and easy. On time departure and arrival. And quite clean aircraft despite a very fast turnaround. And Biscoff!!!! Delta's free wifi for messaging is a nice touch, as is free in-flight video. In-flight music would be nice, too. Doesn't hurt to ask :)"

And there was no explanation of the situation. I had to ask, multiple times, what was going on,before I was finally told that I was going to get on, but they just didn't know where. This could be handled much more clearly!"
