There not enough room in the box for me to explain my experience but the ticket agent lied to me, said he couldn't take my bag until I got a paper receipt and boarding pass from a kiosk despite having had pre-paid for my bag and digital boarding pass. 25 mins wasted"

Pros: "Boarding was easy for a large number. Seats were comfortable. The crew was pleasant and attentive. The food was very good actually. Love the Mile High Tea!"

Cons: "The flight was delayed 3+ hours and Delta kept pushing the delay out further without giving any updates as to why it was so delayed, and when I inquired at the Delta desk at the gate the woman was very rude to me as she snipped that it was a mechanical issue."

Told them to cancel and rebooked throught Delta website. Got eticet. But charge was not cancelled. At airport I had 2 tickets. Working with bank. Today gate agent gave me 1st ticket number. Used Kayak and delt never had this issue. Email not changed or misspelled."

Cons: "Two daytime flights booked so can't get to Bangor until the 9:00 pm flight tonight. Aitline only coveted one night at the hotel. Had to buy a second night so we don't have to carry our bags around all day."

Cons: "The 45 minute wait in the Sky Priority lane to drop off baggage. The flight was delayed because of weather and then their scheduling system crashed. Had to wait for a pilot. When we finally boarded at 5 we got peanuts in first class. That was worth the mileage upgrade. Upon landing there was a 1/2 wait on the tarmac to get a gate. That same plane, upon taking off back to DTW blew a tire upon take-off, had to do an emergency landing and everyone had to spend the night in NOLA after being delayed all day."
