Cons: "Food was terrible. Paid for first class, expected something better than coach. Our food choice was a ham sandwich, there were better choices but the crew took them for themselves so nothing left for the 1st class passengers. Similar situation on our eastbound flight the week earlier. I doubt if Delta knows or cares that this occurs. After paying more than twice the coach fare, we expect something better than a ham sandwich on a coast to coast flight."

Cons: "Both connecting flights were very tight time wise, and the gates were at opposite ends of the terminal. Couldn’t delta flights be closer together?"

Pros: "Everything except landing at the same time my next flight was boarding. I had to sprint and was greeted my the meanest delta agent I have ever known. I didn’t know you could be that snotty. She would not Listen to me or help me get the correct seat o had signes up for"
Cons: "Attends on flight said to go ask gate crew to help me and I rushed out to be greeted again by the bus mean crude snotty agent. She told me to get my rear on the plane The attendants didn’t have a clue that she had others to board ( they all got upgrades) and I better move my rear. I was shocked."

Pros: "Again, crew was very friendly. It's nice to be welcomed aboard. The male flight attendant found me a blanket after I requested it. Also I appreciate the free entertainment options on the WiFi."

Pros: "The plane and flight was fine, as was the crew on board. The crew within the Salt Lake airport could have been better. Not sure if it was the gentlemans first time but overall he and the woman working the boarding were very slow and could have been more efficient. We boarded late (may be out of their control) but when we started boarding there was too much wasted time between calling up the military/people with longer boarding needs/wheelchairs etc. They waited until they were completely boarded and settled prior to calling the next group then spent time fiddling with the sign that splits the boarding lanes etc. Just appeared that there was no sense of efficiency. Polite people though."

Cons: "They upgraded only my husband and split him up with the rest of our family. We were delayed and once we landed we got stuck in an active taxi way just because of poor arrangements from airport staff"

Cons: "My roundtrip flights with delta were all delayed at least 2 hours. That's what you pay for for a cheap flight. There were no inclement weather and the staff didn't give a reason for the delay."

Cons: "You determined I would miss my connection when in fact I would land and have an hour. You rebooked us on a later flight. We made it in plenty of time and wouldnt even attempt to help. Your customer service is beyond reprehensible. With everything going on in the airline industry you would think airlines would at least attempt to please. The crew in the airplane was pleasant, that was a positive."

Cons: "I booked tickets well in advance but wasnt allowed to select seats at time of booking nor at 24 hour check in. This adds undue stress having to wait for an assignement at the gate."
