Cons: 40 minute flight delay and my luggage was lost/stolen.

Cons: 40 minute flight delay and my luggage was lost/stolen.

Pros: Very spacious.
Cons: N/A

Cons: Delta flies a lot of the CRJ planes, even on relatively longer trips. Traveling first class, the seats are a little wider than in coach and have a little more leg room, but calling it "first class" is a bit of an exaggeration. It's more like what coach used to be before the days of the flying sardine cans.

Cons: Food service Leg room

Cons: Late departure in both flight segments and finally missing baggage. Buying KLM and Air France and have odious Delta instead... Too bad to represent America.

Cons: Connection at Schiphol often tricky;

Pros: I was surprised that we received two meals and constant drinks in economy. Delta definitely has better hospitality than American.
Cons: The seats were really tight between the rows. The space between the seats on the same row were typical.

Pros: Flight cancelled
Cons: Flight not cancelled

Pros: Everything was on time & organized
Cons: I had to download that Gogo app to watch a move. That sucked

Pros: Crew was very kind and entertainment was good when available
Cons: WiFi in all flights

Pros: Boarded on time.
Cons: After boarding the door was closed and the jet way was moved back. 5 minutes later they said they were going to bring the jet way back and open door to let more people on board. They broke 2 FAA regulations by doing this and we were delayed an hour because Deltas computer would not allow this.

Pros: I was seated in economy comfort. Compared with Delta's Econoomy Comfort, I felt that the KLM seat had more legroom and greater recline.
Cons: The dinner was awful. No choice of meal. Everyone got a small plastic contained filled with macaroni in tomator sauce. Nothing else. Incredibly bad. Breakfast was better. Sausage and eggs, melon, yoghurt. But who is in the mood to eat at 2 am?

Pros: The movies
Cons: NA

Pros: The crew was amazing had no problems!
Cons: Nothing had a great experience!

Pros: Friendly staff. Entertainment selection is impressive (though I didn't use it). Drinks and snacks are provided.
Cons: Boarding process was time consuming due to poor organization from Delta. Unloading process takes forever for the same reason. Despite booking at the same time my fiancee and I didn't get seated next to one another.

Pros: Quick flight
Cons: Old plane

Pros: From the pilot...FAs....gate agents....everyone was very pleasant and professional. Plane was clean as well.

Pros: Decent service
Cons: I booked with KLM (sky team) two separate return bookings on via SKY TEAM JFK > heathrow (delta) Heathrow > Amsterdam (klm) On the return leg, I couldn’t check my bag all the way through to JFK even though I stayed on SKY TEAM carriers. That should be possible, otherwise the value of staying in SKY TEAM isn’t as valuable to me.

Pros: .

Pros: Professional appearance of flight staff accommodating and sincete

Pros: The airline staff ladies were so wonderful. They were super friendly, efficient, thorough, assited the elderly on the flight, and continuously cleaned the cabin. they helped people organize the bags in overhead ducts and always had a smile. They should be the standard for service on all flights. Excellent job.

Pros: Delta employees exceedingly cordial. food poor to moderate, seating space impossibly small but pillow and blanket were provided
Cons: seats too close from front to back, and not adequately cushioned

Pros: Crew was pleasant. Boarding was fast and efficient, nobody bumrushed.
Cons: The non-reclining seat right next to the bathroom door opening should not exist. I was miserable there; I swear everyone on the plane made sure to take a dump on this <2 hour flight. Also none of the windows on any of these small planes line up with the actual positions of seats and it sucks.

Pros: Friendly service. Frequent snacks which is nice on a 10-hour flight.
Cons: Cramped conditions

Cons: price could be cheaper

Pros: Everyone who has a kid knows how challenging certain things can be in a flight and for me the combination of a night flight interrupting my baby’sschedule + a full flight it equalized disaster. My daughter could not get comfortable for the love of life and I just felt horrible and frustrated and what sucked most was the 9 year old and her obese father siting in our row that kept giving us weird looks.
Cons: There’s NO room in planes between seats. It’s 2018 and new planes must be done ASAP to accommodate people better. I’m 5’1” and 110 lbs but adding my 25lb daughter siting in my lap before she turns 2 is absurd to expect that it will be comfortable whatsoever for us or the people breathing next to us. Please DELTA, lead by example and make sure your planes are designed with more room in between and around the seats. In my opinion, every seat should be first class.

Pros: Great flight attendants and very clean

Cons: There is no place to specifically order vegetarian options in booking. Luckily virgin carries extra

Pros: Everything on time which lead to a stress free flight and travel. Great flight crew and smooth flying. Great communication from the captain. Also wasn't expecting to be fed on the LAX-NYC flight!! Nice touch made me think of how it used to be.
Cons: Cramped seats.

Pros: easy but long day coming home
Cons: however on the initial trip to cozumel we where rerouted from kc to huntvilles therefore missing our connecting flight to cozumel so the airline was accomodating and reseated us on a flight to cancun instead and I was thankful but i know that that flight was cheaper when i booked this but i didnt want to make the treak to cancun and bus and then ferry to cozumel but ended up doing that anyway is there any way at all to be compensated for the diffrence I am not upset at all but that made for a really long day getting there Just putting it out there

Pros: That I had room to accommodate my at the time disability and the crew members amazing
Cons: No Tv at all.

Pros: Everyone was really nice and responsive.
Cons: Seats are a little older. Not as comfortable as other flights. But not bad.

Pros: Friendly staff and comfortable seating

Pros: Arriving to the destination

Pros: entertainment
Cons: rescheduling Putting my wife on a different flight seating us in middle seats

Pros: Most comfortable flight I have taken in some time. Spacious seat, power, good entertaiment, attentive flight crew. On time. Not usually a Delta flier, but times and destination made Delta the choice. Turns out a great choice.

Pros: All was quiet. It was an early flight. Nice offer of more snack choices than other airlines.
Cons: Didn't understand why I had to wait until getting to the gate to have a seat assigned when I purchased tickets several months ago. Since I was in the last boarding group, Had to check in my bag since it was already full, had fragile stuff in there and hoping everything is ok. it is what it is. Not anyone's fault but disappointing to have to do when I didn't plan on checking in and going to pick up at the baggage claim. This is what i wanted to avoid in the first place. could have at least offered to let us pick them up as we deplaned and not baggage claim!

Cons: Food .gate changes

Pros: Liked choice of Biscuit, almonds or pretzel
Cons: I used mobile checking and did not get seat assignment till Boarding started

Pros: But, this wasn't bad at all, even though we were on the very last seat of the plane. We were next to one of the flight attendants during take off and landing and she was very kind and we were speaking with her. The flight was smooth

Pros: Layout of aircraft
Cons: Couldn't find USB port.

Cons: Excellent service excellent pilot

Pros: First flight
Cons: Too packed

Pros: The service
Cons: Going into the security check point (immigration) lost my connection from Atlanta to Richmond Va there was just a few CBP officers working at that time but other than that was great

Pros: Service. Sweet attendant.

Cons: My bag was damaged when I arrived at Orlando.

Pros: Repair took just under an hour which I think is very good considering the paperwork that is involved. We were informed and everyone on the plane seemed to understand so the handling of the event must have been exceptional...
Cons: we took off 45 minutes late, business trip, but a slack day prepping for tomorrow, so still no big deal. Besides we picked up an hour by the time zone change. Im good!

Pros: I got home. That's the highlight. We didn't have any incidents.
Cons: Took off late because the bus to transport flight attendants were late. Backed up once into New York. Had to circle several times. Once landed we waited in a queue behind 10 aircraft.

Pros: Both flights were on-time, no gate changes. Staff was friendly enough, and seat back entertainment was appreciated. Everything went as you always hope it does for flights!

Cons: The original flight was canceled and a new one substituted - basically they wanted to fly a smaller aircraft (via a different regional carrier) so the flight number changed. PHL did not have the new flight info displayed at the Departures board or on the screen at the gate. Caused a little anxiety.
