Cons: "Lost my bags"
Cons: "Far in advance I requested a seat with extra leg room for a back condition that is supported by a physicians note. The seat did not appear to me to have extra leg room. I was very uncomfortable."
Pros: "The gate agents and flight crew were very accommodating."
Cons: "I was extremely annoyed that TSA Pre-Check was unavailable at Terminal 2 at 8:15am. This is unacceptable and not the TSA's fault. I fault the airline for this oversight. Delta needs to communicate better to the passengers if there is a possibility of this service being unavailable at an airport."
Pros: "Crew was amazing."
Pros: "After a late, crowded boarding process, somehow the flight crew got us off the ground on time!"
Cons: "Having more than 2 harried airline agents at the gate to handle the sold out flight filled with families with babies!"

Cons: "Small seater aircraft was cramped"
Pros: "The flight crew was friendly and personable. Beverage service was consistent and efficient. Entertainment and free WiFi messaging were great perks."
Cons: "The positives don’t even come close to offsetting the misery of Delta’s seats. I honestly don’t remember the last time I was so cramped and uncomfortable. I’m not an abnormally large man - 6 feet 200 lbs - and there was no room for my legs or my shoulders in an “upgraded economy” seat. I fly weekly for work on another major airline, and only took this one in a crunch. But I am quite certain this was my last Delta flight and I’ll be advising others similarly. The service and entertainment aren’t sufficient to mask an awful seat configuration."
Cons: "Delta staff is not too friendly"
Cons: "Very easy and fast"
Pros: "From the gate agent to the in-flight crew and pilot, totally impressed and pleased with their attention to detail and care of the passengers."
Cons: "Nothing to asd"

Cons: "Flight attendants are miserable"
Pros: "The crew of this flight were fun and personable without being intrusive."
Pros: "Entertainment, newer plane, great crew. and complimentary meal? fantastic."

Cons: "Two daytime flights booked so can't get to Bangor until the 9:00 pm flight tonight. Aitline only coveted one night at the hotel. Had to buy a second night so we don't have to carry our bags around all day."
Cons: "Because we were diverted to JFK for "Weather" even though LaGuardia is only 9.6 miles away, and it was 11:30pm by the time we landed. The only flight to Manchester was the next night and would have gotten us to Manchester by 6pm. I had to rent a car at midnight and drive the four hours to be able to attend the reunion I was flying up for."

Pros: "Smooth flight and always a plus to see a beautiful smile throughout the trip from our Flight Attendant Stefany!"

Cons: "I didn't have an assigned seat though I booked months in advance."
Pros: "Don't know yet. We're still waiting to leave."
Cons: "That you're asking how it was before I left."
Pros: "First flight I have ever flown that offered free beverages of all kinds. Food wasn't too bad. Entertainment choices were outstanding. Pilot was like a tour guide."
Cons: "Cramped space for 14 hours. Some crew were somewhat grumpy and seemed rushed, even though we had plenty of time."
Pros: "The gate agent helped half a dozen people (not including those described below) understand they were boarding with the wrong group."
Cons: "Fully one-quarter of the passengers boarded as disability or premium. This included a party of eight that boarded with one person in a wheelchair because "We're all together.""
Pros: "The customer service of the middle aged White frmale FA"

Cons: "Screaming kid in the background, wouldn't stop the entire flight."
Cons: "Armrests were broken. No outlets or USB ports to charge."
Pros: "Miami based cabin crew were nice, but they sat in the back of the plane and talked to each other then whole flight. Pretty unprofessional. Chicago based crew from start to finish were fantastic."
Cons: "Miami crew from checkin to boarding were rude, demeaning and unhelpful in this extreme situation. Really rude, particularly the gate boarding pass girl. Haven't you learned your lesson about being rude to passengers yet? I won't be choosing AA again. Your loss, I fly a lot."
Pros: "Yes the crow was good"
Cons: "The wifi should be free to use without paying for it"
Cons: "board families with infants and children first"
Pros: "Everything was pretty smooth, on time, as expected, no problems."
Cons: "The entertainment access from my device was unusable due to unavailability of downloading the proprietary American Airlines APP. I had the GoGo In Flight app installed but that wasn’t enough. A better system should be in place."
Cons: "Update from the pilot. Stalled for over 20 mins after landing with no update from staff as to the reason why. No entertainment. Sucked."
Pros: "Crew was extremely friendly and professional. Well trained, exceptional."
Pros: "Absolutely nothing. The flight was delayed to the point to where I had to stay overnight in Tampa because I would have missed my flight, connecting flight in Philly."
Cons: "Made it so I would have gotten out of here on time to make my connecting flight, and not have to spend another day in Tampa"
Pros: "Wasn’t horrible."
Cons: "Would have been nice to be on time. Not packed so every single seat was filled. But it was as expected which is the best we can expect."
Cons: "Flight was very late"
Pros: "Checking in with my Mum who needs assistance was excellent."
Cons: "Lack of Entertainment."
Pros: "We were allowed to take a carryon bag, unlike on a United flight we took on our way from Chicago to Hartford, without paying $30 to do so. When we got to the Gate for this flight, complimentary checking of carry-on bags was allowed, and that helped speed the boarding process, not just for us, but for all the people on the flight."
Cons: "The on-line entertainment system wasn't working."
Pros: "the crew was excellent .... cudos to the flight attendant ... she was both kind and sensitive to our needs."
Cons: "Boarding the plane in DC was less than desirable ... a bus took us to the plane"
Pros: "Great flight, on time, comfortable with great takeoff and landing"
Cons: "Recommended to all my friends"
Pros: "Called 1-800 hotline and got a new flight"
Cons: "Was at gate onntime for flight. At boarding time passengers were informed if there was an issue with the plane and maintenance is on their way to check out the problem. 30 minutes later we were still till that maintenance is on their way. One hour later there is still no information as far as when the fight will leave but they kept updating the boarding time. There was only one person of the counter who could help re-assign passengers to different flights due to their layovers. After waiting in line for 40 minutes and the line making no movement I called the airline 1-800 hundred number and explain my situation to the American Airlines Airlines representative. they really give me a new flight that left 20 minutes later after my call if I did not call I would not mean it that flight nor any other fights that morning because they're all in the afternoon."
Pros: "Pleasant and helpful staff"
Pros: "Everything good. Flight on time, crew was pleasant!"
Cons: "All good!"
Pros: "Taking the exit door makes a difference in having enough leg room. Everyone was nice an helpful."
Cons: "Only served half people beverages. No entertainment"
Pros: "The flight was smooth and quick."
Cons: "My departure changed three times, The first change was an 82-minute delay, then a 2-hour delay, then a 30-minute delay. Overall, the final departure as only 30 minutes after my initially scheduled departure, but it caused a lot of frustration."
Cons: "Flight delay"
Pros: "Entertainment was good."
Cons: "AA lost my luggage for several days. This is unacceptable. It required my wife and I to spend money on items that were unnecessary. We could not obtain good information on whether they were lost or mis-routed. The worry of whether we should buys clothes, toiletries, etc. was a daily concern. Way to ruin a customer's vacation."
Pros: "Wasn't completely full."
Cons: "The check in process at JFK was a disaster. The kiosk check in machines were constantly malfunctioning, where to line up was unclear, and staff acted frustrated. After several failed attempts with the kiosks you have to wait in line to check in at the counter anyways. It would have saved almost an hour of my time to just go straight to the counter-- had I been allowed to. I wanted to check a bag which contained some fragile items. Several bottles of wine which I wrapped in bubble wrap and cushioned with my packed clothes. I requested a "Fragile" sticker to be put on my bag. I was told "We don't do that here". So I asked if they handle ALL bags with extreme care and I was laughed at and told to go on my way. When I got my bag at my destination-- the outside of my leather suitcase was sliced to the lining. There were scuff marks and torn leather. My wine had been completely shattered. Not just a crack in the bottle, but flattened completely. My clothes were stained, my bag ruined. I don't know if putting a fragile sticker on would have prevented this, but I don't understand why they just "don't do that". We are trusting our property to the airline when we check bags. I will never trust American Airlines ever again. They don't want to know if I have anything fragile, and they don't care when I tell them."
Cons: "The worst flight attendant I have ever seen."
Cons: "My bag was lost and was not woken up for meal or provided a meal when I asked."
Cons: "We lost our connection to Jacksonville"
Pros: "Friendly staff"
Cons: "Delay taking off"
Pros: "appreciated having enough room for my knees not to hit the seat in front of me"
Pros: "I loved getting up close and personal with others."
Cons: "I didn't like being stuck in a window seat next to two oversized passengers. The person in the isle announced to the middle seat that " I'm giving you notice that I need all of my seat". So the middle seat took up part of my seat, and I feel cheated, because I couldn't use all that I paid for."
Cons: "We were told the overhead was full, so we had to check our bags, but once we boarded there were complete compartments empty. I suspect they were just trying to depart earlier."
Pros: "honestly, all I can say is that I like that I arrived...? eventually? four and a half hours later than we were promised, despite the beautiful weather?"
Cons: "I didn't like that American Airlines had not staffed our flight, so we waited for 4.5 hours for a flight attendant who would be able to complete the flight crew so we could leave. They kept delaying the flight, 5 minutes at a time, for 4.5 hours. It flew out of LGA, it was a 9pm flight. The airport food sources were closed, and AA kept us until 1am-- no food, no internet, and, because LGA has terrible cell reception, no phone service. Once we got on the plane, everyone was really hungry, and the plane had no snacks. No entertainment because the TV system was broken. It was just a miserable experience. I regret trying to save $20 by booking that flight. I have had nothing but terrile experiences on American Airlines-- NEVER AGAIN."
Pros: "Plane full, like traveling in a cattle car, jammed in, My minimal contact with flight crew was fine, flying these days on any airline in coach is the same, American neither the worst or the best, in flight movie was the trolls, horrible movie"
Pros: "Thanks Daniel for making my trip to San Diego comfortable!"
Cons: "Didn't get to upgrade to 1st Class, but oh well :)--"
Pros: "Variety of entertainment."
Cons: "Flight attendant was a little snippy sometimes."
Pros: "The crew was excellent, timing was superb,"
Pros: "Clean, friendly staff, great baggage tracking. Smooth flight."
Cons: "Overcrowded, but that's the same no matter where. Usual rude frequent fliers."
Pros: "The air hostess gave me extra pretzels"
Pros: "There were charging outlets. Bravo!"
Cons: "They lost my baggage"
Cons: "Your plane needs outlets to charge electronics. Unless your gonna show movies on your flights, ppl need a way to entertain themselves for the flight. If they burn through all their battery power, it's an inconvenience to try to charge it in the airport when they land. All of the outlet Chargers in Chicago, Seattle and Philly were broke as well. The U tied wing was amazing. Your prices are great but to keep ppl from rather paying more just for one or two more luxuries, try fixing this."
Pros: "Everyone was helpful and friendly. It was my first trip, and I would do it again."
Cons: "Arrived twenty minutes late. AA refused to accept responsibility for this and compensate me, even though my transportation had departed without me as a result of their tardiness."
Pros: "On time. Friendly crew. Good price."
Pros: "Friendly crew"
Cons: "Having to pay extra $$ for seating and not enough together"
Pros: "Baggage handling is very slow. Speed it up with baggage manager changes."
Cons: "Baggage handling is very skow."
Cons: "Free wifi"
Pros: "One attendant did it all. And very well. Impressive."
Cons: "More snack options."
Pros: "Crew amazing, smooth flight and on-time"
Cons: "Legroom and the fact that there is even s lower version of economy now! Yikes"
Cons: "Long delay."
Cons: "Flight was cancelled"
Cons: "I was billed for 58$ for check-in baggage despite I upgraded my seat to economy plus paying 187$."
Cons: "Chicago airport has the rudest group of people that work in the airport but I've ever seen in all of my life! My flight landed late due to Airline delays no one would help me get across the entire airport the far terminal that I had to go to it was absolutely ridiculous because of this I'm still in Chicago I'm not even reached my destination"
Pros: "It was a satisfying experience with United Airline from ABE shuttle bus ride (I said Shuttle) to EWR. It sure saved me the 2 hours driving during rush hour, and wears and tearS on my personal car, if you have 2 hours extra time during the day. Otherwise (If you want to save time), drive yourself to EWR and park."
Cons: "It does take up 2 more hours"
Pros: "Very annoyed with the direct tv. No gluten free option for food/snacking."
Cons: "comfortable seating. nice staff. on time flights."
Pros: "Again, on time and great crew."
Pros: "Nothing. Terrible service"
Cons: "The toilet over flowing and delaying my flight to the point of missing my connection."
Cons: "United Express flies out of Terminal A at Newark (EWR) and routinely they do not have Precheck lanes open. Despite flying on the Saturday after Thanksgiving they only had one mixed security line open. When I asked TSA they said they simply weren't staffed to have a Precheck line open. Everyone was working diligently but this happens every time we fly United out of Newark. Traveling with 2 small children it is incredibly frustrating to have to go through the full security line, take off our shoes, and take all of our electronics out of our bags."
Pros: "I got to my destination and didn’t die."
Cons: "Poorly marked gate. Late boarding time. Sat on shuttle for 20 minutes before they took us to the plane. Then we sat on the plane with the heat blasting and no air available. Flight was delayed due to maintenance."
Pros: "Left and arrived on time. Great flight attendant."
Cons: "Leg room was barely sufficient to open and use my laptop."
Pros: "A FUN HAPPY TIME AS THE CHAPS WHO SAT EITHER SIDE OF ME WERE CHATTY AND HUMOROUS - THEY WERE HAPPY THAT COLUMBUS DAY WAS TO BE CELEBRATED THIS PAST MONDAY AND WHEN I TOLD THEM I WAS TO CELEBRATE CANADIAN THANKSGIVING WITH MY SON AND HIS AMERICAN WIFE AND THEIR 2 CHILDREN - WELL LET'S JUST SAY THE 3 HOURS OF THE FLIGHT FLEW BY. SMILE"
Cons: "AC was broken. They could at least give you a second cup of water. Tired of being treated like an animal"
Cons: "Late departure; tiny, smelly plane; cranky flight attendant."
Pros: "That my suitcase was stowed"
Cons: "Waiting 11 hours for the flight"
Pros: "The plane was clean and comfortable. Crew bilingual wich now a days is a must. Nice people, organized and relax."
Cons: "The plane was late for boarding so the flight was delayed. When finally boarding the crew were rushing us to seat... No good."
Cons: "Delay in connecting flight from Seattle to Denver caused us to board our plane to Grand Rapids moments before the doors closed. Had we missed our flight, an unpaid work day would have incurred as we would not have arrived in Grand Rapids until the following afternoon."
Pros: "Everything. Specially, the United entertainment thing."
Pros: "No complaints"
Cons: "No complaints"
Pros: "The crew at the gate as well as the crew on the plane were excellent and very helpful. The gate crew made rerouting very easy."
Cons: "The 3 hour delay made for an exceptionally long trip. Delays are so very common on United; especially when connecting through O'Hare."
Cons: "They could have used the bathroom to stuff a few more people on this flight. Whoops, no, bathroom not clean. Tray broken on seat. Seated in last row and asked to close bathroom door of it opened during takeoff. Seated next to very large passenger who wanted to share my seat. Sat on tarmac for 30 minutes waiting to take off. For this, I paid $650."
Pros: "Not really impressed"
Pros: "Coffe and snack"
Pros: "Flight attendant noticed my husbands t-shirt from Galveston and talked briefly about it. Smooth flight."
Cons: "Since it was a smaller plane the seating room was tight."
Cons: "Although the flight was scheduled to depart quite early, it was delayed twice. Weather was good, but incoming flight was late. Then there was no cabin attendant-40 minute delay. Few amenities in Terminal A of JFK."
Pros: "It was simple, straight forward, and easy. Encountered no problems, and the crew was great."
Cons: "The gate agent for United at Newark was very rude and dismissive. Would not answer any of my questions or anyone who attempted after me. His attitude was very poor and seemed to not care about his job. Plane was late arriving in Portland Maine."
Cons: "The flight was fine, but my flight was cancelled on the 29th and the agent who helped rebook my flight was abrupt, then I get to the airport on the 30th and the flight is delayed another 2 hours. Of course it was all "weather" related, so no help from the airlines. I'm not a satisfied customer. I would have flown Delta if it was possible."
Pros: "On time...."
Cons: "Bigger plane than usual.."
Pros: "Our connecting flight was more comfortable than flight from San Francisco"
Cons: "Delay because of change of plane and 3 gate changes"
Cons: "The pilot speeding up and then putting on the brakes time after time on flight from Norfolk 10:30 am to Dulles today. Very rough flight and it was beautiful smooth air today. I'm a private pilot and could not figure out what was going on,"
Cons: "Long wait on the plane on the tarmac."
Pros: "Flight attendant very friendly and helpful Seat row layout of 1 and 2 On time Legroom adequate Smooth flight"
Cons: "Cabin temperature became too cold Seats small Engine noise drowned out announcements of pilot and flight attendant Narrow uneven disembarking ramp at Portland Jetport Lack of clarity about flight gate in Newark. I checked in at Terminal C and had to take a shuttle bus to Terminal A"
Pros: "On time quick flight."
Cons: "No legroom, snack a joke, no entertainment."
Pros: "Flight staff was wonderful."
Cons: "Newark Airport. The terminal was probably 60 degrees. Navigation signs were the least helpful of any airport I've flown out of or into."
Pros: "Comfortable and enjoyable flight, efficient crew without delays."
Cons: "Poor food - even going for the safe pasta option. Very disappointing & not enjoyable."
Pros: "Finally arriving at the destination."
Cons: "We were stranded in Newark with little to no air conditioning in 90 degree heat. Our flight was delayed 9 HOURS. I lost an entire day of my family's vacation because of United Airlines and their massive blunder. They said it was because there was no air conditioning, but at the same time they said their crew clocked out and we had to wait for new personnel to man the plane. I find it hard to believe that this couldn't be foreseen and avoided. By the time we finally got our crew, we then had to await for a storm to pass, and then 40 other planes had to take off first. All United offered in apology were $10 vouchers that expire in two days, and a free drink on the plane."
Pros: "On time and friendly to Portland as always."
Cons: "Please read above--I was standing at the gate waiting to board when the gate rep told me and another passenger there was only one seat left--on a flight I was confirmed on! The other passenger said he had a family obligation and the rep handed him the last ticket before I could get a word out. I felt so disrespected and like my business and money meant nothing to United. Then began my saga to get to Portland. Unbelievable."
Cons: "Upon arrival the flight attendant left me stranded on the tarmack without a wheelchair for 20 minutes. I have serious balance issues and was terrified. My connection was very tight and I barely made my plane to Portland. The pilot finally saw the problem and got the assistance I needed. This was the most frightening wheelchair experience I have even had."
Pros: "I wish I would have caught her name but the staff member at the boarding gate was fabulous! She is someone I would want representing my company."
Cons: "The wafer served with the beverage & my seat assignment stunk."
Pros: "I had no complications before/during this flight. It was as if the air travel angels were smiling down on me, making little decisions like, "Sure. Give her that rare luxury of having no one sitting beside her... twice in a row. And toss in not one, but two of those United Airlines cookies." (Those cookies are sooooo good.) Really, at the moment, I can think of nothing anyone could've done any better."
Pros: "There were empty seats and the very polite flight attendant offered for me to move without me having to ask."
Cons: "I arrived at my final destination and walked to baggage claim. I was just standing there waiting when a young girl walked by me in a uniform and said rudely and almost annoyed, "do you have a question". I replied that I was waiting on my bag. She then said these are it and I said so my bag has been lost? Without any empathy AT ALL she again, rudely and now most definitely annoyed said Do you have your bag tag? I said yes and she proceeded to walk away to a corner office. I assumed I was to follow. She took my tag, no communication at all from her, I said what are you doing and she replied I have to file a claim. She then proceeded to tell me that Newark Airport was horrible and never travel through there if I know what's good for me. This was extremely unprofessional. I was simply wanting some guidance from her on what to expect etc. I had to ask her what my next steps were. She handed me a flyer and said if I had any questions to call baggage information listed on the pamphlet. I left. The next day at about 1 p.m. I called the number and the update said my bag had left the airport and was out for delivery. Keep in mind that I had to work the next day after the airline losing my bag and had to purchase shower items etc due to them being in my lost bag. Portland jetport and my home address is less than 40 minutes apart, yet my bag did not arrive at my home until 8:30 p.m. and I'm also not confident it would have ever arrived because I called around 7 p.m. and spoke with someone who called the delivery service to ask their ETA. I paid $25 to check my bag and yet it was lost. What did I pay for?! If I can help it, I will NEVER fly United again and I'll be certain to tell everyone I know about my experience with this airline."
Pros: "boarding and only because i have premier 1k"
Cons: "very uncomfortable flight in spite of extra leg room seat cushions hard for someone with back problems"
Cons: "not offered any break on food or beverage, or wifi."
Cons: "Deverted to Newark to get to portland"
Pros: "Very polite, upbeat crew"
Cons: "Newark airport a mess!"
