Cons: "The crew, the food, the tv capability, the amenities. Overall it was the worst international flight I have ever been on. They confiscated my unopened beer I purchased after security point. They had me assigned to a wrong seat, so I had to fight my way 20 rows up as people are filing into their seats. The hot towel to clean your hands was dry and cold. The roll was hard as a rock and cold. The crew was rude and unapproachable. It took almost 3 hours to get them to reset my tv and when she finally did it glitched the whole time I tried watching it. The croissant was literally cooked to the paper and had to rip apart Croissant to get the paper off. They didn't serve the cocktail as promised. It was a pretty poor performance on all levels, and if this survey truly means anything, I hope this gets remedied."

Pros: "My original flight from MSP to Grand Forks had the nicest pilot that went above and beyond his duties on and off aircraft."
Cons: "Switched planes 3 times, Gates 4 times and little communication on what to expect now, and moving forward. Ended up delayed on jetway 90 minutes before returning to gate to be switched on and off planes for 4 hours Also Delta broke my suitcase in 4 spots I will be contacting delta about this horrible experience!!!"
Pros: "Gate personal kept us notified about flight delay. Flight crew was very positive on plane and they were as miserable about the delay as we were. Snacks and drinks were brought out. The gate crew keeping us updated is what saved the name of Delta. If she didnt do that people would have been angry."
Cons: "Flight was supposed to depart at 0730. Actual departure was 1045. Three out of seven of the flight crew were not happy about how badly they were being treated by call center and /or management while they were delayed with us at gate. Snacks were brought out because of delay but they were just junk food. Nothing I could eat due to allergies."

Pros: "Upgrade. Comfort. Gourmet Oatmeal Breakfast."
Cons: "Need more cooking shows (British Bakeoff would be fun) or something besides what has been there for too long."
Pros: "I liked that Delta gave me quick alternative flights and was able to switch at no charge to another flight using their app. I was traveling with my 12 year son and they were accommodating in seating us together."
Cons: "The hassle and the fact that we had to run to catch the new flight."
Pros: "On Time"
Pros: "The flight got us from Anchorage to Atlanta on time."
Cons: "No A/C vent controls for each seat. No reading light for seats. No flight attendant call light buttons were accessible. NO WiFI or video entertainment. Coach plus seats were just like the rest of coach, just in front of them. Seats would not adequately recline. The plane was still PACKED."

Cons: "First class seats were uncomfortable for a 6.5 hour overnight flight."
Pros: "Even with a 90 minute delay getting out of Seatac caused because some one checked their luggage but didn't get on the plane, Delta made sure that everyone made their connecting flights in Tokyo. In my hurry I left a charging cable on the late flight but right after I got settled on the next flight, and before I'd even figured out that I'd left it, a Delta attendant handed it to me."
