Went to the restroom and when I came back maybe five minutes later he closes the gate doors as he sees me walking back. Long story short, I missed my flight and they refused to put me on another. Even after I offered to pay for a new one. He claimed my card was declined which was impossible given that I had bought some items at the snack bar and opened my bank app to verify. even as I try to keep calm they stand there and laugh in my face. It was the worst experience ever. Never flying Delta again."

Women wore nice dresses and heels. It was a special occasion to fly. Not anymore. People in flip flops, sweat suits, hoodies, clothing looking like pajama bottoms."

I am in my 20's and don't really get sore neck or back, but the seats were just that bad. However, I did have JUST enough leg room even though I am 6'4". I'll probably avoid this airline in the future just for the horrid seats alone."

Cons: "One of the female crew member just had a really bad attitude and was rude multiple times. She was a bit older than the other ones, I believe her name was Linda. I asked for both cream and sugar, she only bought cream then when I asked again, she was really dismissive. The cart was literally 1 feet away, I almost wanted to get up and grab it myself. This happened again with my seat mates. She was really nice to the other white customers but I sat in a row with all people of color, and she was equally rude to them.Linda would really benefit from some diversity (addressing her implicit biases/prejudices) training. It just makes all of Sun Country look bad, this was the first time flying sun country, and I will most likely not fly with sun country again, if I keep on running into air hostesses like Linda. Its unfortunate because the other air hostesses/hosts were really nice, warm and welcoming."

I do prefer aisle seating but not enough to pay extra. I was at the airport 21/2 hours early and the only aisle seat available was in the very last row. Hard to believe that everyone else on the flight was either Elite or paid to upgrade."

The boarding was easy-no hassle- They were on time. Crew was mostly great and respectful. I was in coach-so can't speak for first class, but overall a great experience."

Was hungry on the flight- had to buy $5 breakfast sandwich that wouldn't break them to give out. Similar to a Holiday Gas Station sandwich. It got me through. Lion's Tap burgers for purchase on the way home -not bad- again microwave gas station burger for $5. Better than a $10 salad in the airport. Don't they get people feel ripped off when charged more in the airport for the same thing cheaper outside the airport?? It's not highway robbery-its runway robbery. But all the airports and airlines do this. Not Sun Country exclusively. But hey- Sun Country-you could do this different!! Be the leader!!"

"The gate crew at Asheville was very friendly and on top of letting passengers know why things were being delayed. The air crew was friendly. The delay experienced through American Airlines (American Eagle) was inconvenient and made for a long day without any sleep. The flight was smooth. However, the seats were obviously in need of new cushions. They were hard and uncomfortable. The aircraft was clean, though."

I am a 71 years old woman and I was never treated the way the attendant treated me"

The check in process was not clearly defined and even after spending 30 minutes checking a bag I️ still had to care my checked bag down to another TSA check line. In their boarding area there were minimal phone chargers. The plane was small and no leg room and a rigid uncomfortable seat. Also the flight was at night and they kept the cabin lights on. That was super frustrating to an exhausted traveler who was trying to sleep."

Cons: "No room for overhead bags near my seat. I paid $25 to sit up front and $35 for a carry on. I paid extra with the goal of deplaining first. Crew refused to allow me to stow the bags in the front bin, had to place it 10 rows back. If I didn’t run to my gags as soon as Wen landed would have been the last to deplane. If allegiant is going to charge so much for carry on, they need to find a way so front passengers are not squeezed out like this."

Cons: "parking my car 2 weeks in Asheville Long term was $96. I should have gone to Charlotte, parked at my friend's house and paid AA the same rate for a nicer seat and cabin leg room. a la carte pricing ran my bill up even with NO checked luggage. Asheville doesn't have a shuttle service for the long-term parking."

Pros: "Great assistance with a wheelchair to board, and gate crew in CVG is super friendly and helpful."
Cons: "After landing, we spent a hour sitting in the plane, waiting for a gate. After the entire plane had deboarded, it took another 15 minutes for them to bring my husband's wheelchair up from the gate checked storage."

If it's your job to pen a plane door, I would think it's reasonable you do it in the rain sometimes. Then up to the passengers on board whether or not they want to get out of the plane when it's raining."

Pros: "Direct flight to my Destination"
Cons: "Rental car I paid for on Allegiant website didn't include $50 in airport and sales taxes making it look like the Allegiant rentals were about the same as renting directly from rental car companies. Problem is that Allegiant didn't include taxes in the quote or amount I paid online. Surprise when I got to my destination and was told it would be $50 more. Alamo agent said I wasn't the first person to have that problem. Then on return my bag was damaged and was told I could place a claim at the ticket counter. It would have been helpful to have an agent there or a way to contact an agent. No such luck. After bag charges, poor service and hidden fees Allegiant isn't really a great deal."

Pros: "It's convenient and inexpensive for one of my regular destinations. Though, over the years, I've experienced a few cranky employees at the Punta Gorda location. Just the opposite in Asheville, where friendly was apparently invented."

Cons: "Seats are so small I was window seat with two men who were jammed up so uncomfortably in their seats I felt bad. I was cramped cause they had no choice but to spill over in my seat. I understand safety is important but unless the plane is in middle of taking off or landing, or horrible turbulence anyone should be able to use the bathroom. We had landed and were just sitting and waiting on a gate to open. My fellow travler happened to be on her period n was told No she could not use the bathroom. After the 3rd time of her being sent back I got up with her and a tampon in hand n told the staff they had no choice she was using that bathroom. Of course they had to phone the captain and ask for permission which he ok it, but seriously , what are we supposed to do just sit in our blood. That was not cool."

Cons: "The gate agent wouldn't switch our seats so we could sit beside each other. We've done this multiple times if we find ourselves not out beside each other and it's never been a problem before. He claimed he had to charge us to do this. We have never been charged before. We fly Allegiant often. The on-board flight crew were so not friendly at all. Typically Allegiant flight attendants aren't as happy as Southwest but they're at least cordial. This crew we're just unhappy, snippy, a little unprofessional (saying huh or what instead of excuse me. Pointing people to things instead of getting it for them or walking them to it) and at one point one stewardess was just rude to a passenger."

"My first plane had technical issues and never took off but after hours, the original flight just kept getting delayed and delayed without letting the customers have the updated information or rebooking them. I only made the Washington flight thanks to one lady TSA agent at the Asheville airport who personally retrieved my luggage from the grounded flight and brought them to the Washington flight. The flight itself was fine."

Cons: "Counter at Asheville, point of origin for the flight, was unattended at recommended arrival time. Attendant, when he finally appeared, seemed, to this traveler at least, unengaged, abrupt, even rude, certainly not as welcoming and helpful ad other UA counter attendants at busier airports and at more demanding times. The word lazy comes to mind. The same individual handled the gate. His demeanor there was similar. If it is UA policy to leave counters unattended, an explanation should be posted; if present policy requires one individual to handle counter and gate duties, perhaps more help is needed. This experience, all the more frustrating when a passenger ruses early so as to comply with recommended arrival and boarding times, combined with the fact that the incoming flight significantly delayed AVL to Washington depart setting the tone for a mostly mediocre experience crowned by a painful trek from terminal A to terminal C to catch the connection to PVD. Not a best effort by UA. Outstanding flight and cabin crews saved the day."

Cons: "I had very little time to make my connection in Newark. Other airports/airlines have given me a short connection pass which has allowed passengers to make their connection with less stress. The security line inNewsrk was ridiculous. I spoke to a TSA agent who couldn’t have cared less if I missed my flight and a United representative who told me to “just try.” In the end, I had to ask other passengers if I could go ahead of them. While I made my flight with a few minutes to spare, the process could have been much easier and the United Rep could have done more. He could have just called the gate at the very least to let them know I was coming. Apathy is not an indication of good customer service."

Cons: "There was no free in-flight entertainment available on the tv screens. Half of the screens didn't work. The seat belts were not long enough to accommodate the passenger sitting beside me. The space for my personal item was smaller than the other flight."

Cons: "Ticket agent said I could take my bag on the plane. Gate agent told me my bag not I were going on the plane unless I paid $50 to put the bag below if I wanted to get in the plane. Very matter of fact & rude. I was just about the last person they let board so there really wasn't a chance to discuss with them. No WiFi on a cross country plane, lame. No access to the headrest video screen w/o paying for it, lame. Snotty unconcerned flight attendants as well. Overall one of the worst flights I've had in memory. I would pay more next time to fly another airline."

Pros: "I had no problems the gate agent was very nice and I did get the basic economy which that only did I have to pay for my bags but I also got the last seat in the back in the corner which is OK I guess I’ll pay more attention to the fair I still probably saved a little money but I don’t know that I save that much I think that sometimes the boarding agent needs to pay attention to the carry-on luggage for sure bring a lot carry-on luggage which doesn’t allow for others to have carry-on luggage who were in the later groups and then they get penalized with their bags being checked as there’s no more room and they’re not basic economy but other than that I like taking United they have nonstop service between Orlando in Houston and it’s been a wonderful experience most of the time and I think the airlines do a pretty good job considering the traveling public themselves to be very challenging at times professionalism and courtesy works both ways and unfortunately people buy tickets and think that it’s a one-way street. they then run to the media who loves to make it about the big guy versus the little guy anyway good job united and I will continue to fly you when you’re the most appropriate carrier to get me to where I want to be."

The Asheville airport is small and the only restaurant closed - so for 4 hours we were left with no certainty, no food, and incorrect answers. Perhaps it is because airport is small, or the particular staff people were unable to focus. Flight itself was great."

Pros: "The seats were uncomfortable. The staff was cold. The food was horrible, I wasn't even able to eat some of it. The chicken was full of bones and grissle. The rest just tasted bad. Most of their planes did not have screens in the back of the seats. Instead they wanted you to watch on your personal device via their app which worked sub par. The baggage on the return flight was delayed and I almost missed my next flight even though I had a 2 hour 40 min layover. Thankfully that flight was delayed 1 hour and a half. Next time I will stick with airlines I know better. Delta, Emirates, and Qatar all offer superior service and upscale aircraft. The 2k spent was not worth what I received."

Cons: "Flight was delayed 3 1/2 hours... Took forever to get on plane once on plane people were in wrong seats so I had to keep getting up so they could figure out who was in the wrong seat. Just a mess. Even crew seemed annoyed. Finally got to Orlando at 3am suppose to be there at midnight."

Cons: "I was thoroughly disappointed when I realized that I had to pay to get any type of entertainment on the in-flight screen. That feels like zero effort on the part of the airline to make my flight enjoyable."

Cons: "After United made me miss my connecting flight, I got an alternate flight to a different airport, but not apology, no offer to upgrade, nothing. Already frustrated, and with my knees hitting the seat in front of me because the seats are too close together, a flight attendant scolded me when I dared put my leg in the aisle (which I often do on other airlines without incident). Once on the ground, I went straight to United's baggage office to see if my bag had followed me, and encountered two of the rudest people, cutting me off whenever I said anything more than they needed to enter into their computer. If your job is in customer service, be friendly, apologize when things go wrong, understand that your customers are your reason for being in business, and be helpful."

Cons: "Again, spicy snack. Long flight, you had to have the latest app on your phone or pad to watch a movie, flight from Houston to Boise had movie/tv monitors. Loading 4th group to the back of the plane makes it tough."

Pros: "After being so delayed, movies were free."
Cons: "We were delayed over 3 hours. I don't think I've ever flown with United and not been delayed. Plus they never offered us food on the flight, only whatever was complimentary. Just not a great experience."

Pros: "The seats were far more comfortable that frontier. I would have slept through most of my flight but unfortunately there was some pretty bad turbulence for the first half of the flight. Overall tho very comfortable."
