Flight was delayed or cancelled 3 times. WhenDelta left us stranded at 11:30 pm and no one to help us, we just booked a flight home with Southwest.

Flight was delayed.

Took longer to get our bags than the actual flight.

The seat back entertainment screen didn’t work at my seat. Staff was great.

Lots of delays. Armrests are not big enough for two people.

Pros: "Flight was fina s far as air travel goes today. If they are forcing taller people to pay extra for comfort they have succeeded as in the future I will have to look into "comfort plus. I am not large, 6'1" 180# and my knees were tight to the seat in front with my back tight into the seat. Not a great way to spend 4 hours!!!"

Cons: "Boeing 767-400ER seats had no leg room for 6'+ traveller like me. The entertainment system was so old that there were no 115v outlets or USB ports. On a 7-hour flight, that is a significant problem for travellers today with multiple electronic devices. Finally, we were not told in advance that we had to go through security twice and through US Customs BEFORE leaving Dublin. So, the 6-hour layover at JFK was a complete waste of our time as we did not have to go through Customs there."

I just missed my connecting flight and they have booked me to leave a day later. I was also given a room at Marriott. I appreciate their service and the entire crew from check in to landing. I am now a fan of Delta as well as KLM."

Cons: "I have traveled with my luggage plenty of times through airports and the flight from washington to jacksonville, my luggage came back to me cracked and broken. I was surprised that Delta handling was worse than any of the cheaper flights I normally take and will not be checking any baggage with Delta again."

Dirty trays for more than one in our party. The lavatory on starboard side was a wreaking urine splattered mess before the plane took off. Come on airlines. Take your profits and at least clean your crappy old planes if not replace them."
Pros: "Delta has failed in trying to break into the Aspen market. Their "personal ground crew" was hapless. Half the passenger bags didn't make it on to the plane. When we checked in the ticketing agent was randomly stacking bags in a heap behind her, and not putting them on the conveyor belt. The flight attendant was loud and screechy, saying that it was easier to leave off the bags than take people off the plane. What?? How was this not accounted for before the flight. On the way out, they forgot to build in time to de-ice the plane. SMH"

The airline staff were so nice.

I liked nothing about how my ticket was handled. I booked my flight through kayak. I sent my passport in for renewal 7 weeks ago. I waited until the last day Hoping I would receive it. I did not in time to make the flight. In order to rebook it would cost $500 more Than I already paid. I couldn't do that so I asked for a voucher. My refund was $90 out of the $1000 I already spent. I feel like I've been raped. Not only did I not make the trip I lost 90% of the money I paid for the ticket. Took me a year to save the money for the trip.

The flight was on time. The flight was rough/ choppy so there was no beverage service. The could of offered bottled water and the cookie or pretzels. Not customer oriented. Cleveland -Anerican Airlines needs to reorganize/ layout their incoming boarding pass and ticketing/bag tag area with a separate customer service area for flight cancelations. It is a cluster! Someone should video tape and send to the funniest video program.

CX crew is just the best of best. (i know no one working there or any other airlines)

Boarding process was fairly easy. Seats were slightly cramped but overall was fine. Departed on time and landed a little early too.

Our flight went off without a hitch.

Delayed over 6 hours for a mechanical issue. They had to fly mechanics in to fix the problem because there are none in Aspen. I feel like we should all get half off when this happens. Ridiculous.

Cons: "I am very frustrated that a single part could not be located in the early afternoon to allow the plane to fly. I will be late again for work and it seems to be American Airlines and not Delta that has all the delays or is late."
Cons: "When we arrived at the Aspen airport, American Airlines was having a complete breakdown checking-in passengers for our flight. Some waited 2.5 hours to check a bag -- at an airport with very few flights and small planes. Clearly there was no management onsite – or that management was completely inept. AA agents on the ground simply did not prioritize passengers trying to make flights, nor did they ask flyers without urgent issues if they could step aside. Even worse, they spent 1.5 hours helping one customer – when that customer simply could have gone online or called reservations to get the appropriate assistance. Honestly, I personally stepped in to do what your personnel should have been trained to do: show empathy to calm passengers, ask one irate man to have some sympathy for those behind him in line, and finally, prioritize the people trying to check bags for the 2pm flight ahead of others. AA personnel only engaged the irate customer and threatened to call security when he pulled out his camera phone – it simply inflamed an already bad situation."

Having to pay extra for a seat was something I did not plan for and it was out of my budget, but I had no choice, because I had to get home somehow! I'll be going without groceries this week due to this unplanned expense."

After 8 hour delay at airport (boarding plane, on the runway) they turned us around and flight was delayed to the next day. I luckily got a direct on United and will avoid American at all costs."

Pros: "Boarding was smooth. Flight was on time. Some weather en route but pilot was able to avoid the turbulence. Overall a good flight."
Cons: "Unrelated to the flight- but immigration and customs in Grand Cayman was slow. 200+ people arrived on this plane and there ware 4 immigration agents although they had more stations. We spent about a half hour in line in each- immigration and then customs. Rental cars is another situation to be aware of regarding insurance."
