Cons: "Better entertainment for an 8 hour flight. Take under consideration that tall guys can’t be squeezed in for 8 hours.Give some space to people who really need it"

Screens froze often, were not very touch sensitive and the sound was pretty bad (on mine, would only provide sound to one ear, so I had to turn up other bc of poor quality and ended up w a headache.) Also, bathrooms were gross; ran out of paper and floors were "soiled""

Cons: "The airline fix the booking problem because my trip was from Zurich to Brussels to Washington DC to Austin and went I print my boarding passes only show to Brussels. The booking agent didn’t complete all the way in the computer. I am thankful that I had my original paper and Swiss airlines fix it"

Apparently a common issue according to the police so I would think the airline would have standard procedures in place for these circumstance."

We were 2 hours late to take off, when we landed it took 45 minutes to get off & another 30 minutes for bags to start showing up"

Cons: "I had a carry-on bag, no problem on the flight from Madrid to Athens; but on the return trip they weighed the bags of some passengers, and when mine was over the limit -- which, however, was not indicated in the baggage restrictions -- they charged me 60 euros and I had to check it right there."

Muffin for breakfast was mediocre as well -tv was good, but touch screen sometimes doesn't work."

Ut took way too long and people had to stand for a long time to board. Crew members were not up to par either. I had my earphones and was watching a movie and feel asleep. And everytime one them passes by, they will knock me awake. I was extremely tired and tried hard to sleep yet they kept waking me up every time one of them passes by, no matter how skinny they were! Totally unprofessional."

Flight attendants allowing a school field trip to take over the flight. My seat was kicked for 7 hours straight, they did nothing."
Cons: "The workers at Lufthansa can learn to communicate with one another so that people don’t miss their flights. First flight stayed on the runway for an hour with no explanation for the delay. This caused us to miss our connecting flight, which clearly could have been avoided. Pathetic professionalism."

She sarcastically told me that "I am not Americanaki" - a derogatory expression used by those in Greece who consider the Americans naive."

Cons: "SAS is packing in 200 passengers in their Airbus 321, so no space and seat comfort like 0. Also make sure you have paid for bags, Kayak will sell you tickets that don't include bags.so double check your reservation. If you are stuck with a ticket that doesn't include bags, call SAS an add bags $35 per bag. Do this at least 24 hours before departure.SAS is the only one that can add the bags, kayak is unable to add bags after purchase."
