Cons: "They lost my suitcase. Now I have to wait a day or two and they won’t sent it to me."
Cons: "I bought a ticket thinking i bought it through kayak but I actually bought a ticket through a third party in India. Where no one spoke good English. I called the agency to find out if I needed a Visa for my visit to Australia and the told me no. So when I showed up to the airport I didn’t have the right documents and I MISSED MY FLIGHT. Also the wouldn’t just change my flight and charge me the change flight fee. They cancelled my flight entirely and made me buy a whole new ticket!!! Worst flight experience I’ve ever had and this is not my first time flying to Australia or out of country."
Pros: "wonderfu crew... very helpul`"
Pros: "We flew Delta from Rome to Atlanta. Everyone was very accommodating and we had no problem with our tickets"
Pros: "Excellent attendants. Smooth boarding and on time flight."
Cons: "There was nothing I didn’t like."
Cons: "The seats did not recline/lean back. Especially on an overnight flight I was hoping to lean back a little to sleep."
Pros: "My flying experience with Delta was and has always been great. Always professional and courteous crew and employees."
Pros: "Everything, smooth flight with an entertaining crew."
Pros: "Everything was perfect."
Pros: "Easy transition through customs."
Cons: "SofinwS turned off for most of trip"
Pros: "Our Delta plane was brand spanking new. Everything worked and the inflight entertainment system was fantastic with many movies to choose from, free headphones, games, tv shows, etc. The crew was polite and the seating at least as comfortable as expected for a 4 hour flight."
Cons: "The restrooms in the rear of the plane were remarkably small, even by airline standards. I'm a somewhat larger person and I fit, but I know a lot of people who would literally not be able to fit on the toilet without touching both of the sidewalls or risk getting stuck in there. The boarding process at San Jose Del Cabo was the most ridiculous setup I've ever experienced. There were numerous flights boarding out of the same gates and at least 3 or 4 lines for different destinations forming on a ramp just outside the gates. There were guys with signs trying to herd people into the correct lines and then loading the people onto buses which took you out to the planes. The planes were loading from both the front and rear doors and people were getting tangled up inside because of the haphazard loading process. Very easy for a person to end up on an incorrect plane!!"
Pros: "Flight was fine."
Cons: "My one complaint is the bathroom layout of the A320. Two tiny closet bathrooms in the back for all of coach and a much larger one much larger one first class (which is like 5 rows with a mesh curtain for separation). The coach bathrooms are so small a normal person can barely get in and turn around to close the door. I question whether a larger person would be able to actually use them. I also saw the flight attendant actively turn away coach passengers trying to use the first class bathroom when it was open (not standing in the aisle or anything annoying like that). That's ridiculous to have 2 tiny bathrooms for all of coach and also to make people walk all the way to the back of the plane when you are seated much closer to the first class bathroom."
Cons: "Delayed take off and waited for the bridgr"
Cons: "Flight was canceled due to weather. Was told I could get reimbursed for a rental to drive from ATL to SAV. When I went back to Delta after getting home to Savannah, was told there is no reimbursement for car rentals."
Cons: "My daughter was stuck in SLC for 5 hours because there 1 cancelled flight and 1 delayed flight. It was very upsetting not knowing when she going to arrive in Denver."
Pros: "Quick flight!"
Pros: "Quick and easy boarding. Quick flight"
Cons: "Audio entertainment quite limited"
Cons: "For the second consecutive Delta flight, one at LGA, one at JFK, (it’s never happened on any other airline) TSA pre-check was closed and over a dozen agents trying to upsell the CLEAR program were working hard to get people to spend $175 not to wait in the resulting one hour long line."
Pros: "really helpful and friendly service and nice seats."
Pros: "I have always kinda shied away from delta, but I have used them the last two times I flew. And I will be using them in the future! Friendly and professional!"
Pros: "Friendly crew with modern plane"
Cons: "Why am I paying for first class for just snacks I can buy in an airport shop?"
Pros: "I liked the fact that the flight left on time and landed ahead of schedule."
Cons: "The flight was rough. The coffee was horrible though."
Pros: "The flight attendant in Delta Comfort/Main Cabin was very nice and made for an excellent trip. Smooth ride and on time. I like that!"
Pros: "Delta flights run one time and their fleet seems newer than most with comfortable seating. Having free movies in the seat back ahead of you is a big plus with a good selection of movies. Snacks are good and crew is always friendly and accommodating. We fly almost exclusively with Delta for the aforementioned reasons."
Cons: "Boarding is a hassle no matter the airline with few exceptions. You would think someone could figure and efficient method to get people on the planes. I suppose it could be the public that is the problem. Not a problem with Delta they run a good airline."
Pros: "We were treated very well and it was a short, sweet flight. Nothing to complain about."
Pros: "On time flight"
Cons: "Cramped seating in coach. Think comfort not profit"
Pros: "Comfortable temperature in cabin!"
Pros: "Boarding was easy. Mess up at JFK left us on the tarmac for an hour before getting to our gate. Pilot kept us informed. Pleasant crew."
Pros: "It was on time"
Cons: "Too short of a layover in Atlanta"
Cons: "Delayed boarding as the first flight of the day"
Pros: "The service of only one employee that booked another flight for me instead and actually helped me I didn't even take the flight to atlanta"
Cons: "The hole return experience was terrible the supervisor i tried explaining the situation to just walked of while I was talking to him i would like a refund for the last flight I didn't take."
Pros: "Nice power nap, quick flight!"
Pros: "One male attendant from the first class cabin - super sweet and attentive to our needs even tho we're not seating in the premium cabin"
Cons: "Junior attendants in economy comfort seat - so lazy and whiny!"
Cons: "Usable to hear gate agent announcement in LAX"
Pros: "We didnt have food or entertainment because the flight was short."
Cons: "There was nothing that I didn't like."
Pros: "Sitting in the exit row (52H) gave me lots of space and the temperature was great."
Cons: "My original flt KE018 on 03Apr17 was a different story; had adequate space, but the temperature was warm making it uncomfortable to sleep during the 13 hour flight. Unfortunately, the A-380 does not have manual overhead air vents."
