Seats on the plane were too uncomfortable for a 9 hour trip, especially when the flight was completely full. Crew treated passengers as if we were cattle. Desperate rush to get food served so they could enjoy First class food at the back of the plane... I went twice to the back of the plane (no one answered the flight attendant button) to ask for coffee and was met with a very abrupt response... 'YOU HAVE TO PAY FOR IT'. The only thing staff could think of saying to me was 'la mascarilla senior!'.... In a way I do not blame Air Europa for getting away with this lamentable service, they are one of only two carriers flying between Spain and Venezuela so do not have any competition... I do not think they would dare offer the same service on a flight from London to Los Angeles!
After landing in Paris every one in the plane had to get on a bus which was packed and every Covid protocol was violated. There was no social distancing. It was disappointing. There was an empty bus right behind us. A few passengers asked to get on it to keep some distance between people but the driver refused. Probably you do not care.
Pros: "Comfortable and smooth landing of the Captain."
Cons: "Service training for the Crews for being more polite and for having smiling face..., please!!! Everyone was angry for hardworking????"
Pros: "The flight was with Canary Airways not Air Europa Next time I’ll book with Canary Air direct because Air Europa made a mess with the reservation and are hard to reach"
Pros: "Departed on time, nice entertainment"
Cons: "Food could have been better, for such a long trip beverages service was scarce"
Pros: "The Dreamliner airplane."
Cons: "The food!!!! Worst airline food. The crew barely announce in English. Boarding process is a mess"
Pros: "Commitment to on-time travel, nice friendly staff, professionalism."
Cons: "Seat had peanuts on it - I think it had not been cleaned. There were also rumpled newspapers in the seat back."
Cons: "The check-in crew gave terrible service. We almost missed our flight because they wouldn’t check us in. There was no one directing people on where to line up for whatever departure time they had. Just overall a bad experience with Air Europa."
Pros: "The only thing I liked was the company of the people sitting next to me on the flight and the fact that we arrived safely."
Cons: "The service at the check in counter could have been better. The online booking should have clearly stated that there will be a additional charge for check in luggage The crew on the flight used my overhead storage for their own bags and I had to put my bag under my legs. I barely fit in the seat"
Pros: "I liked that a could get a row of seats to sleep in"
Cons: "Better films, the selection was old and poor"
Cons: "Check in was not available and had to fly standby despite having reservation."
Pros: "Boarding was good, crew was great. Seats were comfortable. I dropped my cell phone on the plane when I left and the stewardess held it for me. Absolutely saved my night and I’m so grateful to her. All my information about my apartment were on it. I’m not sure what I would have done had it been lost."
Cons: "The coffee wasn’t free."
Pros: "Glad I paid for the emergency aisle. A long flight with plenty of leg room."
Cons: "There are no complimentary beverages, not even water, on the flight."
Pros: "It was easy. Very cheap. On time."
Cons: "Seats are not great. But you get what you pay for."
Cons: "Worst experience I've ever had. I've been traveling for years but never experienced an airlines this unprofessional. I have received 4 emails which all said my flight had a 3 hour delay but did not notify me it will be on time until 20 minutes before departure from Barcelona. Of course, I Went to the information desk to see if they can still board me on the flight but they said no although it still didn't leave. They charged me 115 Euros a ticket but ONLY accepted cash. I was not flying alone and it didn't carry hundreds of euros with me. I had to wait hours just for the exchange to open. The crew at the information thought this was hilarious by the way, particularly the supervisor who had an extremely cheap red hair dye who refused to give me her name then put a scarf over her name tag to hide it. After I thanked the man who was helping me, she naturally yelled from across the information desk "HE SHOULDNT DO THIS!!!!" ... I said thank you? NEVER FLY THIS AIRLINES! I hope they get their act together before this airlines goes out of business!"
Pros: "Absolutely nothing. My flight was cancelled and I want to be reimbursed"
Cons: "How can I be reimbursed. The way we were treated is a shame"
Pros: "Cabin crew was cheerful and helpful. Got excellent seats at last minute."
Cons: "Late boarding due to some crew late."
Pros: "Flight attendants were very helpful, especially because we were traveling with a sick child. They let us disembark first when we landed in London to seek medical attention."
Cons: "We only flew with this carrier because British Airways partners with them. Wouldn't have flown them otherwise."
Cons: "The airline lost my luggage. I called continuously and they kept telling me that it was on its way, but it never arrived! I finally received it 2 days later."
Pros: "The crew was really nice with the passengers"
Cons: "They made us wait at the gate an hour without saying nothing, and then inside the plane, we had to wait 30 minutes to departure, and they didn't explain anything neither."
Pros: "Flight was on time."
Cons: "Pretty much everything. Another uncomfortable flying bus charging you for everything they can charge. Flying is absolutely awful these days."
Cons: "Ryanair’s app was down preventing me from check-in for my flight. When I went to the counter to get my boarding passes printed, the agent informed me that they where going to charge me 55€ per ticket. I think this is unfair! Never flying again with this airline!"
Pros: "Ok for a budget airline"
Cons: "Website indicated without EU identification we needed printed boarding passes. We were unable to print them while traveling. We arrived at the ticket desk and they refused to print them. We had to create an online connection to get the passes and then forward them to all 4 people in our group."
Pros: "That I finally got to Marrakesh."
Cons: "Price was outrageous. check-in a nightmare. their site said technical problem, Ryanair staff person said she would explain to check-in woman who promptly said no! Download the check-in and return after 50 minutes in line! Or pay 55 Euro for us to do it! No helpful; Awful service; Ticket sales people after queing for another 30 minutes-same no help-just put new client all this from 4:45 am in the airport. Finally with 10 minutes to spare before being blocked off the flight; check-in deemed to check me and suitcase it requesting 20 Euro. I refused...other passengers got mad so she let me pass. Small crowded plane/no leg room/ constant hostess annoucing buy duty free, food. No landing cards provided! Nothing-you pay, do it all and you are lucky to arrive--NOT WORTH THE HASSLE AND STRESS."
Pros: "First time using RyanairI have heard so many negative comments about Ryan air and was genuinely surprised that my experience was so positive. The entire boarding process along with arrival and departure were easy and everything was on time."
Pros: "Not much, should have taken British Airways . Lots of hidden costs"
Cons: "Low cost ticket, high price side cost."
Cons: "The whole checking in process was ridiculous!!! You can only check in on your phone otherwise everything is fee. There are no self check in computers. I'm flying international so don't always have wifi available. Charged to check in my luggage. Which is horrible. It's not even a flat fee for the luggage it's by waeight and I had to go back and forth to a different counter for weight, then to pay, then back to drop off the luggage. One person at the counter should be able to do that one transaction.. it's such a waste of time. I will never fly this airline again."
Pros: "not a lot really"
Cons: "firstly with Ryanair, you pay for every little service free on other airlines. to add 2 luggage of 20kg each we paid an extra US$ 40,00 per luggage + taxes = US$ 104,00. If you travel with somebody and like to sit together you have to pay extra money. during the flight the crew was going up the alley trying to sell whatever they have for sale during the flight, going from drinks to food, from gifts to alcohol and cigarettes, but not giving the embarkment cards like every other airline does, no, here you have to wait to be in front of the customs, get the form, fill in the form and then take your place in the queue for another 30 minutes.. and I don't mention here how many times the crew hit my leg and knee with the trolley during the two hours flight."
Cons: "there was a strike at the airport for security and we made it to the gate as they closed the doors and they wouldn't let us on the plane or refund our tickets"
