Flight WAW-ORD flight attendants were really rude, no smile at all. Except one young girl working in aft part of the cabin. They were talking only in Polish. After 4th/5th time asking in english, they were answering in english. Not the best approach to the pax.
The flight was delayed by an hour which caused me to lose my car rental in Vilnius
All good! But sandwiches for breakfast need to be warm!!!!! Not cold!!! You do not want anything cold in your stomach in the morning!… think about it!

LOT airlines wasn't the best. They had trouble with boarding and they didn't have my information on file the right way. They change last minute details without us knowing and everything was a HOT MESS. Lot airlines also lost my baggae which was the carseat and haven't responded to any of my emails.
Lost my suitcase. And communication was poor. No offers of compensation for over 24 hour delay of bag
The worst experience ever! They never told me I had to transfer my ticket at the ticket transfer counter. They moved me to a flight leaving the next day, which was also heavily delayed. The staff at the airport were rude and not helpfull. I'll never travel with this airline again and will not recommend it
Garbage airline at a premium price. Both ways was unable to purchase seats before checking. Called, messaged on Facebook, and emailed. All three times staff said I could, and gave me form responses on how to, despite providing screenshots/explaining beforehand showing I couldn't. At check-in both times they sat me and my wife separately, despite booking together. Both legs the USB port in my entertainment system was broken. Food is atrocious. Seats are old and uncomfortable, and struggle to adjust. Toilets were like portapotties at a concert.

Everything and everyone Was great it’s just the person next to me weight over 300 pounds and was hanging over his seat and pushed up next to me was the worst 10 hour flight of my life the crew and everything else was a 10 out of 10
The plane was comfortable and spacious. Unfortunately it was delayed and I had to pay for coffee.
The checkin process was horrid because of a rude staff, the crew pretty much ignored the request for a bottle of water soon after boarding. Not all the crew were bad, but there are certainly some bad apples in there. This review applies to only the Frankfurt to Dallas leg.

Other than problems with checking in and uploading passport info everything was great. It would be nice to be able to manually input passport info. Often while traveling the bandwidth has problems uploading pictures
Boarding process non existent. No WiFi. No entertainment. Cramped old plane. Worst Kosher meal ever presented on a flight.
My only complaint would be that we paid for insurance in case we needed to change our flights. However we still had to pay to change and was not helped on either travel parties. I would like a refund for my change fees as indicated in our insurance plans.
Several amenities included. Our bag was a little heavy so they checked it without charge. Earbuds were included. Entertainment selection was fantastic. Very pleasant and helpful travel and flight crew.
Horrible. The plane didn't land on time. Again left delayed 1 hr. Then landed in different city Poznan. No one there was from Luthansa. We were dropped off like animals. No food, no instructions. After 2 hrs we got a bus! 1 bus for all the people from the plane. 4 hrs back to warsaw. Arrived at 11pm at the airport in Warsaw. Again No one from Luthansa. I had to sit spend a night at the airport to get a bus to my final destination in Poland. Shame on Luthansa!!! Will never fly in my life! Paying $1400 for the ticket with 2 delayed flights, nothing offered for inconvenience!!! Bad bad
The plane was 5 1/2 hours late. Scheduled for 19.50 take off - Actual take off 01.30am
The flight was delayed again. I had a bad experience with Wizz Air, and I don't want to travel with them again.
Wizz is the worst airline in the world, The firm behavior is similar to the Italian mafia, For booking, check in at the desk and not on line that charge 48euro each, the truly that was included in the confirmation is only half way the continuous flight after the connection is not included although ordered together as on flight with one stop,(no direct flight), they asked for another 58euro each, unbelievable behavior of the staff, actually you feel threatened by them, as I said Italian mafia. Last time ever in my life. Keep out of this airline and enjoy your vacation.
Pierwszy raz odbyłam tak pozytywny lot. Uprzejma, świetna załoga. Kapitana lotu W6 1771 z 6.01.2024, pozytywnie zaskoczył wyraźnym kontaktem i ciekawostkami na temat lotu, jak i informacja o zorzy polarnej zachęcając do zobaczenia przez okana. Delikatne perfekcyjne ladowanie WIELKI SZACUN i GRATULACJE dla KAPITANA!!👏👏👏
After the flight. Waiting to long to get off the plane
Very very very…… uncomfortable seats /does nor reclain/ and so little space /this was 5:30 hours flight- and quite expensive no longer low cost airline/ 5:30 hours flight and no water or snacks was offered anly very expensive sales.
Was denied to enter the previous plane so couldnt make it to this one
Got rejected to enter the plane because i took calming pills. Im scared of flying and i always take it since 12 years and it was never a problem with other airlines.
Shambolic boarding with ZERO information on why there was a delay. Don't treat customers like sheep. Crew good. Aircraft new. Late departure with minimal information from flight deck.
The flight was 1.30 hour late because of the Police checking 4 passengers. This was not Ryanair fault but was quite ennoying.
On time and reasonably comfortable. These airlines need to find a way of sitting their passengers in queues whilst waiting to board
Delayed flight. Received notice from ryanair by email and via app but no such timely information available at airport from monitors or staff
The worst experience ever, really. First we had booked a flight at noon with about 6 months in advance. A month before the flight they cancelled it and rescheduled us on a flight a 21:00 hs which would ruin our day completely. Nevertheless, we had no option but to accept as any other option was economically unviable with so short notice. We arrived on time as requested to the airpor. Actually arrived 3 hours earlier. We waited there and it started to be delayed a few minutes, then an hour and a half and so son. Flight ended up boarding at 23:15. Once the doors were closed, the captain announced 1:30 more hours delay to start our trip. Also, as per “international rules” they said they couldn’t offer water or anything alike. After about 30 minutes, and against those rules, they started SELLING WATER BOTTLES FOR 3€ each. 500ml bottles. Flight departed at about 01:44 am and after a go around in Bergamo because he was at about 700 feet AGL and still not stable, the pilot performed a go around, landing at the same runway minutes later. Crew, both pilots and flight attendants, were professional and I told them I feel sorry for them having to deal with this everyday as it’s not their fault, but they’re the visible side of the airline to the passengers. Bags arrived promptly but we took our Uber at 03:55 am. Ryanair, never again! (It could be their slogan, but it’s probably too good for them).

This was yet another excellent experience thanks to Ryanair, it's ground crew, cabin crew and air crew. Although our flight was delayed by about 15 minutes due to the late arrival of the inbound flight, the crew did their best to successfully minimise the delay with courtesy and efficiency. I also commend Ryanair for its choice of destination airport in this instance: Seve Ballesteros Airport in Santander is a modern, compact, well-kep and well-organised airport, where passing through security and passport control was a doodle thanks to its friendly and efficient staff. So take a bow, Ryanair - and keep it up!
The flight departed and arrived on time. A member of the staff at the gate was awful. She asked me to get the duty free purchases out of the hand luggage to see if it would fit inside their box, which it did. It was the embarrassment in front of the other passengers and the hassle of getting my stuff out of the bag and back in again that was totally unnecessary. They try to squeeze every single euro they can get out of their passengers. The seats were uncomfortable with little space in between them. The flight was quite noisy with lots of announcements trying to sell food, drinks, gifts and souvenirs etc.
As on the tin a fair price for a fair flight ✈️👌✈️
Everything went according to plan. Check in, boarding etc all were very efficient.
