Cons: Because we were late, my baggage didn't get transferred. I had to ask around to find out who handles Turkish air baggage issues in Tel Aviv. I found out within a out half an hour what would happen -- you had them delivered to where I was staying the next day. It all went smoothly and fortunately I had allowed extra time after I arrived ... no problems. And the people who handled your baggage claims were professional.

Cons: Boarding process chaotic due to conflicting flow of movement in the aisle. People don't like to step aside to let others pass. Additionally some of carry on luggage was oversized and should have been checked into the cargo hold. When flight landed in Nouakchott an announcement should have been made so that the Dakar passengers allowed the NKC ones to deplane, AND the NKC passengers should have been advised to have their boarding passes out for inspection. This caused a backlog in the jetbridge. AND no announcement regarding local time.

Pros: My flight from Budapest to Istanbul was delayed by weather and heavy flight traffic in Istanbul. At booking time, I had only a 1 hour layover, which I commonly NEVER schedule. Upon arrival at the IST terminal gate, I exited quickly and was met at the end of the runway by a Turkish Airlines customer service rep, permitting me to transit directly to the transit lounge, rather than sending me back through security yet again. As she looked at my boarding pass for the next flight, she knew who I was and she sent me directly to the proper gate for my next flight. Turkish Airlines, you ROCK! (My bag even made the connection!)

Cons: flight attendants from Nairobi to Istanbul were rude and unaccomodating. asking for a glass of water appeared to overwhelm the flight attendant.

Cons: Stop over in Istanbul, flight to US. Had to go again through security with not enough staff, stood around 40min in a messy line with no air-conditioning​ or water to go thorough security again. There were elderly people having to do the same. Later, after landing, there was no parking for the airplane, so after 10 hours flight we we're held for 25 minutes inside the airplane. New regulations will make me reconsider using Turkish​ airline for US bound flights, although it's a great company, unless they find a more comfortable and organized way to do the security check.

Cons: First the flight was delayed 2 hours and then we sat on the plane for 7 hours before take-off, while the crew took care of several issues. Ridiculous. Should have made us wait at the airport gate so we could have eaten proper food and had wifi.

And the other passengers on board were not so nice either.. there was a grown man that was maybe in his 50's and i am a 22 year old 5 feet tall and this man shoved me back into my aisle and one of the flight attendances saw and said nothing to him.

Cons: At 6'3" I was a bit jammed up in Economy Security was a bit overdone. Initial screening X-Ray carry on bags, thru metal detector. After landing Zurich--Istanbul, again thru xRay and hand screening, then again at gate complete screening again. I guess better too much than not enough.

Cons: The A/C in the cabin was not working properly and for the first 2 hours was not even working. I had a hard time breathing, I was sweating and felt like I was going to faint. Eventually it worked better, but was on and off during the flight. It was unacceptable to let the plane go with the A/C not working properly. They even tried to blame it on the engines, that they had to work in full to get it going. I've flown hundreds of times and this is the first time I encountered anything like that.

Cons: Due to a family emergency I was forced to change my flight to a later date and they did a terrible job handling. Would not allow me to change and charged me enormous change fees. I will never fly Turkish airlines again.

Cons: The food. No herbal or decaf tea. No decaf coffee. The regular coffee and regular tea was awful; I like strong coffee and tea but on the plane it was terrible. The was not a vegan option for dinner. I thought the pilot announced complimentary beverages; soft drinks, coffee, tea & alcohol. Perhaps I was mistaken or maybe he was. I like the seats (reclining back with the seat bottom moving forward) except the seat bottom is entirely too hard and was bad for my back. The hot towels are a welcome touch. The ride was smooth, the pilots did a very good job.

Cons: I didn't like how the cabin temperature was freezing cold. My wife and I were wearing long pants and sweaters and were still freezing. We asked the flight attendants twice for blankets and each time they said no. I know they had extra blankets but for some reason they did not give us one. I thought that sitting in comfort+ they'd at least give us the comfort of a blanket but I guess not... Oh well.

You don't have to keep thanking the passengers throughout the flight. And the volume through your headset is way too loud on crew announcements compared to regular listening volume of your program.

Cons: Flight originally booked with 2:30pm departure time, was pushed to 4:30pm a few weeks in advance. Then the flight was delayed on the day by 30 minute intervals until 9pm. Finally, we were switched to a different gate to board a different plane. Then sat on the plane at the gate for another hour so they could load all the bags. We didn't take off until 10:30pm- painful.

Cons: We were arbitrarily re-seated due to equipment changes, back and forth and lost our original seat selection even though we wound up on a plane with the original configuration. An international call wait of 1.5 hours was required to just get us back into the economy plus section that we had originally paid for, Amsterdam check-in was chaotic. In-plane staff was not at all helpful with our desire to get seats on the outside rows of our section.

Cons: We decided to volunteer to take a different flight from our connection to New York because they were overbooked. When it came time to board the international flight, they screwed up our boarding passes and made us wait until the end to board. We were zone 1, priority boarding. The tv screens were very small and so glitchy I stopped watching my movie halfway through. The connector flight from philly to NYC was much more comfortable and had beautiful screens.

Pros: Even though we couldn't reserve our seats we where able to call and change our seats to be together. (Mom dad and 2 toddlers)

Pros: Delta was smart with boarding early once they realized everyone had cleared security. Flight took off on-time and arrived early. The crew was excellent and exuded energy although it was the end of the day.
Cons: I ordered a special asian vegetarian meal and it was just plain horrible. I had to settle for the cookie. It's nice that they serve a complimentary meal on the red eye flight but the quality of the food was bad. Entertainment options were also limited although they had some recent box office entries from last year. The leg room also wasn't great but that's expected in economy I guess.

Cons: I arrived a bit late to the airport. 5:15pm for a 6:05p for an international flight. I realize It is very late. I was delayed by donald trump protestors blocking the highway (not your fault). Dulles was a ghost town ( abnormally slow). All I had was carry-on. They said they closed the flight. They quoted me at $1800 for a one way ticket directly from Lufthansa. The original round trip was $900. I declined, sat down for 15 min booked another Lufthansa flight online for $800, checked in and was through security by 5:50. Just in time for my original flights last call. I could have made it easily. Boooo Lufthansa booo.

The food was very tasty, and I loved that the utensils were real metal. The hot towels at the beginning and end of the flight were a nice touch. Lots of drinks too

I travel internationally four to five times a year for the past decade and I have never had such awful service as for my Lufthansa Flight 2329 on Jun 14th under confirmation #62RZK3. I was on my return flight to the US with the exact same carry on baggage that I had left the US with a week earlier- a roller carry on and a backpack for my laptop. This is my standard everywhere in the world that I travel and have never had an issue. I bought a painting on my trip and checked it in. With regards to my carry on, Ms. Contestabile was insistent that I could only have one piece for carry on. I told her to get the baggage rules and I would read them to her. I am a trained lawyer and value the meaning of words and rules. I explained that I am allowed one carry on and a personal item. She argued that my backback is not a personal item and that only a "laptop" is a personal item. I again explained that my personal item was my laptop bag, the same way a purse is a personal item for a lady. She finally relented and allowed me to pass through security and passport check. I assumed that this was the end of her confusion. Little did I expect that while sitting by the gate waiting to board the plane, Ms. Contestabile would emerge again and declare in front of all of the passengers that I would not be allowed to board the flight if I did not check my backpack. I told her this is unacceptable, since she had already cleared me. She said she had changed her mind. I found this response to be ridiculous. When I asked to speak with her manager, she refused to allow it, stating "I am the manager today." Ms. Contestabile even went to the pilot of the plane and convinced him that I was a "safety concern" because I wasn't following her ridiculous interpretation of the rules. This is a pure abuse of power and a threat to true safety when a ground crew member can make such a false and baseless accusation. Luckily, a woman passenger overhearing Ms. Contestabile told me that she could not believe the way she was treating me and offered to carry my bag for me. I am requesting a formal investigation into her actions and appropriate disciplinary procedures to ensure Ms. Contestabile is not allowed to threaten another passenger again.

Cons: So many things! Starting with the way assistance in the airport is offered to travellers with mobility issues! This is an important issue that needs to be revisited and changes for better service to be made!

Cons: Not that I cared at the time but having been asked for a rating on “entertainment” - there was none. Cheap and cheerful really. No extras over the likes of RyanAir.

Cons: Delay can occur sometimes but it wiuld be better to be explained its reason and the estimated time for boarding. The customer service at CDG airport was the worst ever and all people standing boarding desk were useless without any mind what they are doing.

Pros: Food was just fine, movie selection very good
Cons: Uncomfortable seat cushions, lights were truned on too early (1.5 hours before flight landed)

Pros: Crew were friendly. Flight was comforyable smooth and on time. Nice snack.

Cons: Crowded seating, 20-year old video system, headphones that did not match the two-jack system, lackluster service in flight. Generally my experience with KLM has been good, but this was well below average.

Pros: Helpful and smiling cabin crew.

Pros: The cabin crew were pretty good. That's about all that was good.
Cons: I paid almost $400 for upgraded seats. When I got to the airport-- no seats-- both ways!! i didn't even have regular seat assignments. I had to choose from the last few seats available. The ticket agent, the gate agent and the cabin crew all did nothing to make up for the fact that their system screwed up and stuck me in a cramped coach seat in the back of the plane for 11 hours-- TWICE! Beyond that, KLM must have one of the oldest fleets in the sky. Both ways LAX->AMS->LAX, I was on a 30-35 year old 747 with no wifi, no power and a ten-year-old entertainment system. Never again.

Pros: Equally friendly crew and experience. It was complimented by the time we got to spend in the fantastic KLM lounge while we waited for the flight.
Cons: Nothing!

Pros: Flight crew was pleasant and attentive. Seats were comfortable for economy as well. We were allowed to check in extra baggage for free at check in which really helped since we would be catching a connecting flight in Amsterdam

Pros: The crew service is impeccable. Ground services very friendly and professional.
Cons: The seats are very uncomfortable. The individual screens are simply outdated like you basically will damage your eyes looking at them. No chargers for phones.

Cons: Our flight was canceled from Amsterdam to Bordeaux and did not receive any direction and had to find alternate flights for ourselves with the personal expense of using our own cell phones. Then our luggage lost for 3 days. Not happy! We ended up flying from Toronto to Paris then to Bordeaux. Lost my upgrade money for seats. Now have to deal with KLM for refund!

Cons: Why do the crew have to slam the overhead and catering compartments to get them to shut?

Cons: There weren't too many options. The movie selection was very limited and the tv show were over 20 years old in some cases

Pros: The staff were friendly and all smiles. Seats were comfortable and we had a quick, smooth flight from Edinburgh to Amsterdam. The breakfast supplied was an egg and mayonnaise sandwich plus a drink, which seemed about right and very Dutch in character.
Cons: It was rainy and necessary to walk outside to access the plane; the staff should give their customers a heads-up so that jackets can be donned. Additionally, the check-in queue seemed rather sluggish.

Pros: Overall, my trip to Cardiff via Amsterdam was smooth and delightful. I've flown a few short trips this summer and I was pleasantly surprised to find KLM still offered complimentary snacks. What a refreshing change!
Cons: There was no entertainment which is why I assigned that category only one star. The boarding process in Amsterdam could have been a bit smoother. Announcements were no clear.

Cons: I requested low fat meals. The first one, was OK. But they forgot my request for the second one.

Pros: Flight crew on flight from Amsterdam to Cape Town were probably the most friendly and enthusiastic I've experienced and no, they were not all young. The plane was spotless throughout the flight. They were always coming around with water and juice and they genuinely seemed to care about all the passengers. The Flight back crew were just the opposite. More like the old lazy farts you get on the American carriers or BA or QF long haul. Whoo have been there for the long haul and should have stopped ages ago.
Cons: The Entertainment images on the screens promoted Beauty and the Beast, Batman Lego movie but neither were on the system! Food quality was rubbish

Pros: Good flight, we got a nice snack despite it being a short flight, the staff was great.

Pros: They flew full speed to catch up with the delays.
Cons: Departure was scheduled with one hour delay. When everyone was boarded they mentioned a leaking toilet. It took them 1,5 hours to disable the toilet. In the mean time, no drinks, no snacks, nothing. So we should depart at 18:00 but it became 19:30. Our first drinks and meal was no earlier then 21:00. The crew should have anticipated better that the technical problem would at least take one hour and give everyone a drink at least.

Cons: Boarding was a disaster as my companion was selected for random search which held us up as there was no urgency to process us. Then there was no sign for where we should go since upper deck on 747 so we went in "economy" line as indicated on ticket and then was sent to correct line when we got to the front, wasting more time. The seatrs were the most uncomfortable I have ever beeon on for a long flight. I also paid extra to be in the exit row, to have people constantly congregating in front of us.

Pros: Boarding procedures and crew were top. Wines and beverages excellent and even in super economy water was served several times
Cons: The food could have been much better, should consider doing everything organic. As it was, the chicken in the meal was awful, the dessert terrible. The rice in the salad hard, almost uncooked. The only good quality food was the bread and the cheese

Cons: The food was the worst airline food I have ever been served. I could not eat it. This is very disappointing for an airline like AirFrance which usually serves very good meals.

Pros: The free glass of red wine when the plane finally took off.
Cons: The flight was delayed. We were told that it was just a half an hour delay by the man that was informing us of the delay and then we were then told by a woman that it was going to be over an hour. We weren’t told any specifics of why the plane was delayed, other than: “ the engineers are looking at the issue now”. We received messages saying that the flight was cancelled but then we were told to ignore that. We were told that we would have an update every 10-15 minutes but by the time we had the next update was 1 hours later, we were told that the plane will depart at 15:50- which we did. But we also sat on the plane for an extra 2 hours or maybe even more (couldn’t bare watching the time at this point) because the man that was supposed to push the plane backwards in order to reverse the plane didn’t turn up so we then had to wait for all of the other planes to take off before we could. Eventually the plane set off at 18:20 and I got in France 19:30-20:00 ish?

Cons: It is very difficult to get around CDG airport with a disabled person. There is no shuttle. By the time we got to check in, we were ten minutes late. They would not check us in, and we paid over $700 to change tickets to the next flight. When I complained, I was told to stop being rude or I would get no ticket at all. My mother is 94 years old and we did the best we could given the circumstance.

Cons: Ground crew at MXP Was inexperienced. She called every one in my flight to form a new line and it was immediately total chaos. And then they lost one of our luggages!

Cons: Canceled flight—absolutely no notification. Convoluted rebooking in whcuhbhey lies to us about what flights we were actually on. Spent a couple hours at Delta rebooking our trip. Lost prepaid night at hotel and dinner eaecatuon plus day of vacation.

Cons: We didn't get boarding passes for the second flight at EDI so we had to exit the secure area, get boarding passes, and go through security a second time for the same trip.

Cons: Even though the plane was far from full, passengers were allowed only 1 carry-on item (no personal item), contrary to policy published online by Air France. This policy applied even to people with Economy Premium for the rest of the trip (which allows 2 carry-on suitcases, not a useful feature if one cannot begin with this number to reach the transoceanic flight).

Cons: Lagos boarding with rather annoying wait due to repeat hand check. Perhaps added security carried far.

Cons: Premium economy seats do not recline, only slouch. One of our 2 seats wouldn't slouch more than half way. The entertainment options are extremely sparse and the screens are 4:3 ratio, tiny, and of such poor quality that they look like laptop monitors from 1999.

Cons: It was one problem after another during check in. And it was difficult to find help in English so I couldn't really tell what was going on. It was not efficient and I felt like a burden asking for help when there was nothing else I could do on my own.

Cons: I think I caught a stomach bug on one of the 3 legs of this route. More likely on last 2, i.e. Mumbai to RDU, as I fell sick almost 10-12 hrs after my last flight meal.

Cons: Unloading the baggage took over 90 minutes, and there was no explanation for the delay and nobody from Air France in sight on the ground in Boston.
