Usually when I fly AA, the headrest is adjustable. My final dislike was that the beverage selection was limited. I'm quite sure there was plenty of alcohol, but what about those customers who do not drink alcoholic beverages? I asked for hot chocolate, there was none. I asked for hot tea with honey, there wasn't any. So all in all my flight was okay, but that is solely because of the flight attendant and pilot. They did their jobs and they did an excellent job."

In their boarding area there were minimal phone chargers. The plane was small and no leg room and a rigid uncomfortable seat. Also the flight was at night and they kept the cabin lights on. That was super frustrating to an exhausted traveler who was trying to sleep."

Cons: "In flight service on AA was very disappointing. This was a cross-country flight of 5 hours at the dinner hour. The plane was full [ as usual these days ] seat space was tight [ as usual these days ], but cabin service was practically invisible. The two stewards made one pass with the beverage cart, and that was it for the duration!! On a five hour flight!! When I went back for a beverage, the stewards were chatting at the rear compartment. This was the poorest American Airlines service that I have experienced in fifty years. I will avoid them in the future. Don"
Cons: "Lost connection"
Cons: "We boarded, sat on the plane for a while, backed up from the gate, then sat for a while longer. 3 hours later, we had to go back to the gate because we reached the legal limit they can hold us on the plane on the tarmac. Another hour and a half or so later, we finally took off for JFK. We missed our first connecting flight and the second connecting flight I was able to rebook."
Cons: "You make me deplane just to take my bags from me because they don't fit the plane when I just flew 4 hours across the country."
Cons: "Both flights, to and from around had to go search for my baggage and on the return flight I even had to go to a different terminal. The service is unacceptable. I will never fly with AA again."

Cons: "Having to check my carry on bag. Brought only a carry on to avoid baggage claim, but was forced to check it anyway. There is NO organization to the boarding process, so in the free-for-all at boarding, people in any boarding group are let through with WAY MORE than 1 carry on and 1 personal item, leaving no room for my bag and I was in group 2 (not sure how many groups there are). Horrible disorganization at boarding. Board from back to front for goodness sake...its common sense."

Pros: "My flight on another airline cancelled -- I rescheduled on a later flight with United but arrived at the airport in time to catch an earlier flight that had been delayed. United allowed me to move to the earlier flight without any penalties in recognition of all that was going on. Thanks."

Pros: "Liked excellent food and beverage service by courteous and attentive crew. Flight was listed as serving only snacks so was surprised to be served an excellent Asian Noodle and Steak Salad and continuous beverage service. Flight attendant responded immediately when I had trouble with my headphone cable and brought me a replacement cable. Entertainment option with wide choice of live television was fine for flight and helped make flight go by fast. This was our first use of first class service, and we would consider it again. I had unsatisfactory experience with United last year and saw great improvement."
Cons: "I would have preferred not having to travel to Newark to get Florida flight since Newark Airport was crowded and boarding experience took too long."

Unboarded followed by the rest of the plane and we then boarded 3 buses that got us to Jersey in 4 hours. I reviewed this once. HORRIBLE."

Cons: "I asked the service attendant when I checked my lagage to change my seat to an aile seat. Even though there weren't anybody awaiting in line she could not be bothered, she got rid of me and asked me to do that at the gatw. By the time the gate opened there weren't any ailel seats. The service people are trained to be rude and treat all passagers as slaves. I would not fly United if I will have a different opinion."

Cons: "The temperature in the cabin was way too cold and the excuse of a blanket is really insulting to be warm enough to sleep. The video screen was tiny and grainy. Every time the PA system was used it buzzed so whatever was being said wasn't comprehend-able. The biggest complaint was the seating room. I understand that you want to get people into more legroom seats but honestly there should be a regulation for the inhumane way you treated those of us that did not ante up more! I thought I alone have these opinions but once you get me back home, you loose my business forever. I will take my Transatlantic flights every six weeks elsewhere."

Flight updates did not give me adequate time to arrange my plans to accommodate their sporadic updates for fliget 4132, resulting in me missing my flight after paying a $95 dollar cab fare. Pros: "The plane itself was very clean! We really enjoyed having the tv's. boarding and replaning, was very fast so it was nice!"

Cons: "Flight was delayed two hours because they were waiting on an aircraft, which happens but no one to the time to explain or apologize even when asked. An apology goes a long way when you are stuck in an airport with every restaurant closing and you're hungry and tired. Definitely only flying delta or southwest from now on."

Pros: "More luggage storage (overhead and under the seats) on this international flight than on domestic. Most everything else was as expected."
Cons: "The toilets smelled and were messy a few hours into it. (I was on a Korean Airlines flight recently and their toilets were always clean and nice!). The crew were mostly efficient and worked well together BUT only one (out of the 4 or 5 in our section) smiled at passengers and looked like she was actually enjoying her job. One blanket wasn't cleaned well enough."
