He took time to chat with us and answer our questions, which made me feel more comfortable about the long flight. The stewards/stewardesses were very nice and had us laughing on their welcome messages. The lay-flat seats in first class were the best. Very comfortable, and easy to fall asleep in, without disruption from other passengers who insist on keeping their reading lights on while everyone is trying to sleep."

Cons: "It was awful. My original flight was scheduled to depart March 30 at 11:55. Then Aeromexico changed it to 1:35am in March 31. They refused to let me change flights when this happened. I wanted to fly standby on an earlier flight, so I called everyday for 2 weeks to confirm how many seats were left. Everyone I talked to told me I could fly standby if it was he same day as my ticket. I got to the airport and the flight attendant at check in told me “standby doesn’t exist.” When I asked how much it would be to change my ticket, she just said “very expensive.” She told me she’d have to check me out of my current flight and risk me losing my seat on that flight, because it was overbooked just to see the price for the earlier flight. I told her I’d be willing to pay up to $200 to switch to the earlier flight and she told me it was very expensive and she wouldn’t do it. I came back later that night and took my scheduled flight. I carried on my bag from SFO to MEX. On my second flight from MEX to BOG, the attendant told an older woman she had to check her bag because the overhead was going to be too full. I volunteered to check my bag instead so she could keep her bag. Then Aeromexico lost my bag. When I got to BOG, they told me I couldn’t have a voucher because it was my fault for bringing a bag that was too big. Finally they gave me $100 because the next day was Easter and I had no clothes for church. I wasted over 2 hours of my vacation at the Bogota airport while Aeromexico searched for my bag. They said they’d call as soon as they found it. No one ever called. I called and they asked “what color is your bag?” I said “red” and the attendant said they had it. It was delivered several hours after this call despite the fact that the airport is less than 20 minutes from where we are staying. I didn’t think an airline could be worse han United, but Aeromexico steals the cake."

We walked outside and they broadcasted again, I didn't hear very clearly but followed most parents to walk out. We wait at the baggage claim for almost 1 hour and finally, the baggage crew came back to the gate and found our stroller."

Cons: "Delayed, delayed, delayed. The crew is less than sympathetic. No way would I fly United if it wasn't a non-stop flight."

Pros: "Flight was on time. Everything went smooth for being in coach."

Cons: "They mentioned that the flight might be rough. It was not. I thought they might would offer us a to-go snack. They did not. Silly, I know, but I love air plane snacks!"

Cons: "That United waited 3 hours before they decided to use another plane when they new realistically the one we were suppose to board would never be fixed in time! Total waste of our time!"

Cons: "After 5 delays, 10 text alerts for boarding and gate chances flight cancelled with no rescheduling assistance. Did not have customer service representative tell us the flight was cancelled had to call 1-800 number. It was horrible."

Pros: "I was extremely late getting to the airport due to traffic accidents. The crew held the door open for me after security let them know I was there. I am truly thankfull!"

Cons: "Flight was delayed. Time was posted at gate for new time. Went to get dinner and when we returned to gate saw that the time had been moved UP from previous anouncement and practically missed our flight."

Pros: "Flight was on time, except that we had to wait a few minutes for more oxygen to be boarded because the flight was completely flow (overbook in fact)."
Cons: "Both my daughter's and my seats were broken. We were not given seats until just before boarding, luckily they were together."

Cons: "Anything but water was for extra. We weren't even offered a small snack for the price of the flight. My flight was changed three times and it was very cramped. They said there would be entertainment, but it cost as much as a movie ticket."

Pros: "Arrived to find the flight was canceled due to mechanical problems. The airline was prompt to provide alternative flight arrangements. I taxied from BWI to IAD and took a different flight. The airline provided free lunch meal and transportation was covered as well."

Pros: "Spacious seating and free movies on the seat back display made the flight enjoyable."
Cons: "Having to check every over head bing, hoping to find an overhead bin to put my luggage in. Luckily the flight crew was great and found me a space in 1st class to put my things. Really great flight crew made the difference in this flight"

Pros: "The flight boarded early and orderly. We were able to take off a few minutes early because of that. Flight & seats were very comfortable. Crew were very courteous & professional (even at that early hour). Arrived at SFO approx. 15-20 minutes early. Wish all of my flights went this great. Thank You"

Pros: "I like that they had the zones set up so there was not a huge mob all waiting and having to fight through everyone. I liked that the flight had tv monitors and was able to have some entertainment for the 2hr + flight. The crew was helpful and polite."
Cons: "I didn't like that the price for the entertainment was $7.99 it would be nice if it was free or a little cheaper."
