Cons: "It was a short 2.5 hr flight. Jet blue provided packaged snacks and a soft drink at no additional charge. Other airlines charge for everything. A carry on and a handbag were also allowed which others don't. The seats are leather and have more room. Seems Jet Blue is the last one of those traditional airlines giving more for your money. Thank you Jet Blue ! I am sold."

I was totally exhausted from the previous flight, not able to sleep at all and when I tried to stretch my legs by sitting sidewards on the aisle a crew member keep bothering me to keep my legs out"

Pros: "Very poor service. The crew is not capable of attending the needs of passengers, specially those traveling with children. Comfort on board is terrible. An airplane of two seats on each side for over 7 hours and to many stops. The stop in CR was unnecessary. We had a very difficult flight with no entertainment and poor service."
Cons: "They need to take more serious their services for toddlers and children. Seats are not apt for children from 2 up to 8. Seatbelts do not fit a child. They don't have an emergency kit for children. No entertainment, no pillows, no blankets. We had to beg for water. It was simply unacceptable."

Cons: "I am a TSA Pre-approved traveler and for some reason my ticket did not printed the logo. Agent tried to add it but it seems that because I bought through your site they were not able to fix it. Other than that it was great!!"

The strap was almost ripped completely off and it made the rest of my trip a little inconvenient because I had to catch more flights and I had to check my bag. This made hard for me."

Cons: "Check-in was terrible, the agent checked our suitcase and then found out that we can't take the flight and the suitcase was gone. After waiting 3 hours at Medellin the suitcase was still not found. We left , besides we missed half of our vacation day, and after calling a lot we got the suitcase back in Guatapé. So much trouble for us because the agent was not able to do the check-in properly."

Cons: "Luggage....it is allowed to charge but they shouldn’t charge. During on boarding they communicate that because the cabin was full of hand luggage the rest of the passengers needed to dispatch their hand luggage for free. This occurs only because they charge to dispatch luggage when buying the tickets. So nobody dispatch luggage and those who dis became frustrated because they payed. This unfortunately occurs on all companies."
