Well, I didn’t like much. The staff didn’t have any beverages except for coffee and water and they never came by. The food just sucked. There was no entertainment at all.

Cons: "First experience with Singapore where the crew made a negative impression. As soon as the plane pulled away from the terminal, crew members seemed rushed and frantic, literally running back and forth from Economy Premium to the galley gathering items. Approximately every 7-10 minutes, crew members would be running back and forth next to my seat with heavy foot steps, which would wake me up. I also noticed that certain crew members were shouting at passengers to get their attention instead of lowering themselves to be heard. One flight attendant almost spilled orange juice on me because she turned around too fast trying to serve drinks. I'm not sure if they were short-staffed, or if it was the influence of a certain crew boss, but something was definitely wrong."
Pros: "Friendly efficient staff. plane 777 business class seat comfortable, and flat bed, once you figured out how to operate it was also comfortable. Food was good but not excellent compared to previous flights."
Cons: "Singapore Airlines business class lounge in Melbourne was less than impressive and the food was atrocious. Lounge in Singapore was large but still overcrowded. Amenities much better and the food was plentiful and interesting."

Good one is its safety. Taking off and landing are good. The bad parts are the managements at airport, especially in Manila. It's horrible.
I liked it being a direct flight…improve on food presentation,taste and how they serve their clients.airfare is expensive-clients deserves good service…the crew particulary on this flight is too noisy-the crew talks a lot. With me drifting on and off to sleep thinking it was my fellow passengers making “talk noises”. But when I decided to checks who were making this noises it was the flight crew chit chatting behind the curtain. And I am flying business class-flying out of manila at 10 pm. I need peace and quiet,and I did not get it .
