Air France removed our luggage from the plane before it took off, seemingly intentionally, didn't notify us until after we reported it missing at SFO, and is giving us no updates on when, or whether, they will deliver it.
Seats! The eternal problem in economy. They are like stones!!
I love Air France. This was another great experience despite a slight delay in the departure. The time was made up on flight. I would take AirFrance again when traveling to the far East. Merci beaucoup.

The flight crew was exceptionally friendly and helpful. Also the seats were comfortable and roomier than many other airlines.
The boarding was efficient. The entertainment system was a bit unstable but Air France has a good selection of movies.
They lost my bag and I still have not received it
Communication on the delay, rebooking and how to get a hotel was poor. Mails, airport check-in and transfer desk said different things.
Not consistent with the food quality (I mean taste not freshness)
Crew was professional. Boarding has few seats . Since the plane was not full would have been nice to change seat on the internet
everything was excellent except for the meal on the fight from the Istanbul which was disgusting, the only choice of food available was pasta which was served frozen.
Surprised for charged $341.00 FOR my luggage. THY opportunist, taken advantage of the people not knowing luggage must be paid.. I flew 7 months ago with Lufthansa same place to Los Angeles my family lives and work in L.A. no luggage PAYS BIG zero .. I WILL NEVER TAKE ANY FLIGHTS ✈️ FROM TURKISH AIRLINES EVER AGAIN 😒 Please Don't recommend TURKISH Airlines to nobody.. I am a retired person. With very limited S.S. check for a month..$341.00 is my kitchen expenses for at list 5 weeks i am a vegetarian salads and sandwiches.. thank you very much for your investigation asking my experience about the flight with ROTTEN Airlines 😀

A fairly standard 2/2 configuration. Boeing 787-9 is modern but the amenities chosen by Turkish for their seats are slightly limited - no in-seat charging, for example. Otherwise, a good flight.
The first flight got delayed 1 hour and that made me miss my connection flight which made me arrive 6 hours later.
Great ground-check in crew. Pleasant flight attendant crew. Very short flight
M pretty much done with kayak and all other booking webs and apps. Scams all around my long trip.. Losing hundreds of $$ in extra charges and delays. Done with Turkish airline too. I will never use Kayak again for any of my bookings in the future!

It never happened. Bumped 2 times then cancelled. 4 cancelled flights after that

I lost my luggage in this flight with all my personal belonging including critical medications and until now no one from Lufthansa contacted me despite filling the claim immediately after arriving to the final distinction.

Some of the flight connections did not board by group members, a bit disorderly! Other wise all good, flight attendees were friendly and professional
I liked the whole trip was very good. However the food is getting worse and worse in the flight from the state to Frankfort and vice-versa.
