I have travelled many times on Turkish, but they always board at least 30-40 minutes past the stated time. If informed properly, passengers can choose to spend more time in the .lounge instead of standing around by the gate waiting to board. The new lounge at DFW was a big disappointment. The aircraft itself was a shock. In the past I have flown this sector with regular business class seating configuration of 1-2-1, The 2-3-2 seating is very disappointing after paying such high prices for tickets. The DFW to Istanbul segment was slightly better, but the Istanbul to Delhi segment was no better than premium economy. I will try to travel more on airlines which give business class passengers more value for their money.

Awful experience in Indigo, check in lines were very long with inadequate staffing. Had to wait in a warm stuffy plane on the tarmac as the flight was delayed.

it was great honestly for the melbourne flight a kit with blindfold and slippers was probided to each passenger on the seat and the food was really great will definitely recommend people take turkish airlines for travel not just on the sin-melbourne route.

The crew on this flight provided exceptional business class service to me.

They oversold the tickets by one which was my ticket so I didn’t have a ticket till last second

They claimed it was not possible to change the schedule till January 11, 2026 and all my plans were screwed! My wife paid cash upfront a down payment for a surgery she was going to perform on dec 27th, and all these money lost! I’m considering seriously to get support

The flight attendants were generally rude. I requested a blanket for my toddler and didn’t receive the blanket until about about 3 hours later into the flight after multiple asks for different crew!

Loved the food. No wheelchair was provided in Sofia even though wheelchair assistance was confirmed by Turkish Airlines
