I'm very happy with my choice to fly with Lufthansa, delicious food, every was great!!

Aircraft flown by Luftansa. Crew members were very helpful, cheerful and kind. Dinner was excellent and breakfast sandwich really good. Leg room and seats in economy flight was too tight even for an average size woman. On line check-in was difficult - had to start over several times as I was "kicked out" or the site froze.

My luggage is still in Chicago

This trip, coming back to Las Vegas (from Yerevan to Frankfurt to Las Vegas) turned out to be HORRIBLE and it was an absolute NIGHTMARE! Shame on Lufthansa! The leg from Yerevan to Frankfurt was cancelled and delayed for about 10 hours, but the worst part was that we didn't get any notification of the 10 hour delay until the last hour or two, but by that time we were at the airport at around 2am. We are a total of 6 passengers (me and my 5 kids between ages 2 and 17), so I ended up dragging the kids back to the hotel for 10 hours then we went back to the airport again. But the nightmare didn't end there! Then as we arrived in Frankfurt, our next leg of the flight to Las Vegas had already flown obviously, and so we missed it because of the delay in Yerevan. Now, Lufthansa says that there are no other flights or seats for a party of 6. Now they gave us this 3 leg flight, which takes off the next day, Frankfurt to Seattle to Los Angeles to Las Vegas, which is going to take 24 hours - if not more, instead of our straight 1 leg flight Frankfurt to Las Vegas, which was only going to be an 11 or 12 hour flight. This was a trip from hell so far, and the trip to Las Vegas hasn't ended yet. Who knows how many delays we will encounter during this 3 leg flight. There were just as many problems with Lufthansa's flights going to Yerevan in the first place, and these are just the problems coming back to Las Vegas, because this survey is only asking how was your trip back to Las Vegas from Frankfurt. This was our first trip with Lufthansa, and it will definitely be our very last flight with Lufthansa!

Missing bags at final destination. Super hot in plane. No water offered during flight. Check in at Frankfurt was horrible too. Overall bad experience

This was a small twin turbo plane. Not big or particularly comfortable, and there was just water in a few snacks, But it was only a 90 minute flight, so no big deal.

More room, it was cramped and a lot of crying children near me, I know that the fussy kids were not something you can control

The time between meals was pretty bad. We got a hot meal 2 hours into flight then nothing else for almost 6 hours, 34 minutes before landing. Would have been nice to get a small snack in those 6 hours.

Food needs to be improved. No options for people who have restrictions. I can not have milk products. Every meal on all flights had chees in it. We were on roundtrip within three days Cracow- Newark via Munich that makes four flights. They had exactly the same food both ways. Pasta full of cheese both ways. No options. On top of that there was a piece of brad also served with a piece of cheese, and later a sandwich with cheese. Dairy products are harmful for many people. Couse bloating and gas and or other digestion problems. Why would you offer this kind of food on long flights with no alternatives ? How about rice and veggies?? Also, it looks like you are limited to offering the same food every day on your flights. It’s very disappointing

When boarding started, it was like refugees rushing to a life boat. Everyone was rushing to the front. Only one KLM staff standing there saying "... now is this group, yours is next,,,, we will call it out...." While he stopped some travelers, he did allowed some others passed without even checking their ticket. They have all the digital gears, and the screens to show the current boarding sequences, why don't they just use that. For some of us that did not have a excellent hearing, it was hard not trying to get closer to understanding what is going on.

KLM is never consistent with services. Sometimes you get lucky with great comfort and other times you are forced to squeeze in a box for a seat. The food is always subpar and they have become so unfriendly when you need help. But hey, they are always on time and they have good connections.

Nice steady flight, on time, enjoyed the complementary snack and drink. Good work KLM

When they arrived on Amsterdam Netherlands Airport they were dropped to the gate assigned first and once the gate changed on the fly no body came to help them moving to the new gate assigned which was far away to walk. Nobody even came to tell them that the gate has been changed. It was because of my father's alertness they didn't miss the connecting flight and when my father asked help to members on airport none of them helped my parents and other 4 co passengers which also were on wheel chairs. It was so scary experience for them that they asked me not to book any more flights with Jet Airways. I won't recommend Jet Airways to any of my friends for their parents to travel to USA. I strongly recommend you guys to take a strict action against this. This is so unacceptable."

Due to a malfunctioning piece of equipment, the plane was about 90 degrees during boarding and while waiting for takeoff, which was pretty miserable. Temperature was fine after takeoff. The plane itself was very old, seats were cramped, and the screens for movies/tv (and selections themselves) were very poor, which is disappointing for an 8 hour flight. There were no power hookups either, which my Aer Lingus flight a few days beforehand offered. Finally, the passenger in front of me put his seat back while the plane was boarding, making it a struggle to get into my seat while boarding and to get out of it to let others in my aisle out from time to time for the restroom. Can't really blame the last one on the airline, but it added to the misery."

The flight crew from LHR to CDG was very polite and friendly! I will be doing business with British Airways again in the near future. I will not be doing business with American Airlines anytime soon. Neither will my friends and family once they find out about my horrible experience with their lackluster customer service."

I was informed upon arriving at the desk at the gate that that meant Air Canada has also decided to participate in the ridiculous practice of overbooking their flights and that even though I purchased my ticket roughly 8 weeks prior, there was a chance I might miss my flight to my friend's WEDDING. The lady who was working the desk was as unhelpful and dismissive as you could possibly imagine, refusing to look at me and giving me attitude for merely waiting in the area to see if anyone had missed the flight so I could get on. It was surreal; the only way I could describe her incomprehensible behavior would be to say it was as if her boss were right in front of her and she was trying her damnedest to get fired. It was one of those situations where you could tell this miserable, miserable person was enjoying the power trip she was on and doing everything in her power to make me feel helpless and angry. I made my flight, miraculously, but it was the worst customer service experience I have ever had in my life, airport or not."

Cons: "First flight was canceled, they did not get me on a flight till 4 pm the next day! Not to mention the two French Canadians I talked to were extremely rude. Finally the 3rd customer service women tried to get me home sooner but was unable to!! Have flown for years on air Canada without issues but this last trip was such an inconvenience I will not being flying with them agin!! They also did not cover my hotel or the taxi costs associated with me having my flight canceled, not even a discount!!!!!"

Cons: "Kiosk option wasn't supporting the baggage check policy, resulting in passenger were unable to print baggage tag and had to wait in long line over 1.5 hrs to check bag with staff. They also understated. It took me over 2 hrs to get throug check in process, not counting 45mins + through security check and custom. I had asked staff to expedite the process. C my flight was boarding. Staff could care or less and walked away. I had to run to my gate and almost miss my flight. Also, I was told that 1st checked bag was complimentary as this is a express aircraft. Staff wouldn't honor that. Come to find out as I entered the aircraft that they made many passengers do the complimentary gate check anyway. Rude and unaccompdating staff."

Rude security employees. They also very slowly went through the duty free bottles of whisky I bought *at the Dublin airport*. Then there was this stupid line of kiosks that no one knew how to use, then for some reason another boarding check, then another, and then finally customs, with more rude staff members. We had NO IDEA any of this was coming, and got no warning from Air Canada. Then we rushed to our connecting flight, only to find out that we had been booted from the flight anyway. (I got an email about it, which of course I didn't check because I have limited data -- not everyone is made of money who can afford unlimited data!) Then we got on finally boarded, only to sit on the tarmac forever in uncomfortable seats when they could've just let us sit in the airport. Ugh."

Cons: "My trip was suppose to have two stops from Saint John to Louisville (one in Toronto and one in Chicago) but instead it ended up being a one stop flight from Saint John to Toronto to Cincinnati because I had to change my whole itinerary due to delays in air canada flights that caused me to miss my other connections. This made me to fly into an entirely different city and have my reception drive to get me for the only other option I was told by an air Canada representative was to take the delayed flight and miss my last connection and overnight Chicago (one of my original connections) and then fly to Louisville the next morning. This was not something I planned on doing and didn't have the time to do so had to find an alternative arrangement to get me close to where I needed to be. The first flight I was on from Saint John to Toronto was also delayed causing the flight to be late upon arrival at the Toronto airport. Not only that but then had to wait in line at the customs center for over an hour for only one customs officer was there to clear over 100+ passengers. Even if my other flights were on time I would have missed them due to the delays all around. Over all I was very displeased with how the day progressed, how I wasn't given much help from the air canada representatives at the airport other than them saying "there's nothing we can do" and for how the day continued to get worse with delays and problems all linked to air Canada."

Cons: "Moving through security and customs in the Toronto airport was incredibly slow, with 4 or 5 checkpoints, all with lines. Staff were polite but there were not enough of them. We almost missed our connecting flight, and our bags apparently did miss it, because they have not yet arrived in Chicago (see previous comments). Air Canada should have seen the problem in terms of timing with the connecting flight and expedited better. Will try to avoid Air Canada in the future, especially if there are connections in Toronto."

Good low cost airlines to fly to Europe with the Lisbon airport being easy to navigate. Classy cabin crew did a lot to make this flight comfortable.

All food and drinks extra cost. No entertainment options. Tight on leg room.

Unfortunately made my stay in Germany very inconvenient as my Luggage was lost after flying from Lisbon to Frankfurt. Tracking number doesn’t exist in the system even when I’m holding a receipt in hand. Nobody to help at Frankfurt airport, plus their customer support (luggage claims) are closed during weekends. I understand that you can’t have an agent at every airport, but at least have a phone support 24/7….

Tight connection was very stressful

Very warm and friendly greeting and attentiveness during flight. Lack of strict protocol regarding departure. Didn't keep coach from overrunning business class on departure.

Actually getting my checked luggage back would have been nice

There was ample leg room (even in the economy peasant class), there were innovative changes in the pullout tray, beverage holder, convenience of charging devices, a mirror, specific pockets for books/glass cases/snacks. And a very comfortable headrest which made snoozing easier."
Cons: "Contacting TAP Customer Service was a nightmare. It took forever before anyone answered the phone &, when they did, it was VERY difficult to understand their English. Forget reaching ANYONE after 9 pm; ditto for trying to do anything online, e.g., checking in, picking seats, modifying reservations, etc. If you are forced to do anything at night, prepare yourself for total frustration."

Cons: "I don't think I have ever rated any service negatively, but here's my first. TAP completely ruined my birthday trip that I have saved up for a long time for. DO NOT TRAVEL WITH THEM! I had a valid Schengen tourist visa issued by the Consulate of Portugal. At the time of visa issuance, the printer of the Consulate was not functioning, so part of the visa information was hand-written, but it was properly signed and stamped. The Consulate told me it's valid and said they have been doing so for ten years. The Consulate also said that they, not the airlines, have the sole authority to determine the validity of the visa. When I went to the airport to check in with TAP, TAP staff denied me boarding because they did not believe my visa was valid. I only learned later that this action was inconsistent with TAP's own internal policies. The staff at the kiosk told me that I could either ask for a refund or rebooking of the ticket. But when I called TAP the next day, I was told I could not get a refund even though they should not have denied me boarding. I called TAP many times and got a different answer each time. They simply refuse to compensate me for their own mistake. It's the most horrible travel experience I've ever had!"

When I got to the Boston airport, I was told there is a fee to check a bag with the ticket type I purchased- of 90 DOLLARS each way!!! This is absurdly expensive. I tried to pay with cash as I had very little on my card, and was told this isn't possible. So I had to pay the fee, and arrive at my 7 hour layover with next to no cash on my card- too little to buy a meal in the airport. So I had a miserable layover experience. I do not recall seeing this baggage fee listed anywhere on Kayak when I booked my flight- it looks like this policy took effect in September 2017, but I booked my flight in July. I am very upset about this additional charge- it is dishonest and I will not be flying with TAP again. I am also considering using alternatives to Kayak, as the TAP representative said that it's Kayak's fault the baggage fee wasn't listed."
