France has restricted any international travels from a country outside of the EU, Andorra, Vatican City, Iceland, Liechtenstein, Monaco, Norway, San Marino and Switzerland.
Foreign travelers who are not nationals of the above-mentioned countries or arriving from one of the above-mentioned countries must show they are essential travelers with a compelling reason for travel.
UK travelers/non-EU and EEA nationals resident in the UK will not be permitted entry to France for non-essential purposes. Essential travel is still permitted. These restrictions do not apply to UK nationals who are legally resident in France. They will be allowed to re-enter the country, but may need to show proof of residence.
Exemptions exist for spouses and children of French nationals, long-term residents with French residence permits and their spouses and children, long-term residents of EU, Andorra, Vatican City, Iceland, Liechtenstein, Monaco, Norway, San Marino and Switzerland and their spouses and children on their way home, and healthcare professionals. Airline crew, personnel of diplomatic and consular missions and international organizations with offices in France and their spouses and children, and merchant seamen may also still enter. Mask wearing is obligatory for all travelers above the age of 11.
Travelers will need to complete a ‘sworn statement’ (déclaration sur l’honneur) form self-certifying they are not suffering from symptoms associated with COVID-19 and have not been in contact with confirmed cases in the preceding fortnight.
Travelers must present a medical certificate with a negative COVID-19 PCR test result issued within 72 hours prior to departure. Children under the age of 11 are exempt from presenting a COVID-19 test result.
Travelers arriving from outside of the countries listed above must have an Exempted International Travel Certificate to enter and transit France, showing that their travel is of an "essential" nature.
Travelers are subject to a 7-day isolation period and take another COVID-19 PCR test at the end of this period.
There are special regulations for travelers transiting through France to return to their country of residence. Only direct transit to reach your country of residence is permitted. Transiting travelers may not leave the international zone and will not be admitted to France. Luggage must be checked through to the final destination, and travelers will not be permitted to leave the international zone to collect and recheck baggage. The duration of transit must be less than 24 hours.

Cons: "They need to make more leg room in ALL planes"
Cons: "I had a tight connection, but made it to the gate in time. I walked down the jetway to what appeared to be a locked door, with no one there to guide me on how to board. It turns out there was a stairwell at the end of the jetway, which was to take me to a bus on the tarmac. This was very stressful."

Pros: "Standard Air France flight. My wife and I like the Airbus 380."
Cons: "The flight left two hours late. Apparently this happens a lot with this flight these days because it's an Airbus 380 coming from Paris to Dulles and turning around. The incoming flight was two hours late, so the departure was late. Our arrival in Paris was late. We made the flight, but our luggage didn't. Our return flight from Paris to Dulles was half an hour late because of people from connecting flights. We arrived about 30 minutes late, but no big deal (unless you had a connection)"
Cons: "My luggage is lost."
Pros: "The food and the service"
Pros: "Good food. Great service"
Cons: "Small seats. Crowded."
Pros: "Food and movies were good."
Cons: "Didn't leave on time."
Cons: "Old plane, bad food & old crew"
Pros: "The Delta check-in at RDU was terribly understaffed with only 2 agents handling baggage drop-off for a fully booked Boeing 757. I waited over 1 hour and got to the gate at the last minute. Poorly managed! The flight crew was great though! Very attentive service even in the economy class!"
Cons: "The food could be better."
Cons: "No check in to Minsk from Paris"
Pros: "The food was fine and it was on time"
Cons: "The airplane back by the bathrooms were littered all over the floor. Needed to be cleaned. Their were no seat covers in toilette and it was only 2 hrs into the flight."
Cons: "After fully boarding the plane, we all had to leave because the air conditioning failed. We've traveled five times on Delta this year and every trip has had a significant delay."
Pros: "Crew was excellent everything served was of great quality, all the amenities were solid and flight was comfortable and on time."
Cons: "The only complaint was the extreme use of air conditioning that made it a necessity to use many blankets to keep warm from freezing."
Cons: "My wife was told she could not board our flight from Boston to Paris because her passport was expired, even though it was not expired. We were told that in Europe passports cannot expire within 3 months of your departure. However, Delta never let us know about this rule until we literally were boarding the plane. How they could not make us aware of this until we were boarding the airplane is unbelievable and unacceptable. This has ruined our vacation which has been in planning for the last six months."
Cons: "seats on this Airbus configuration were horrible for first class. 6 across and the same 32" spacing as the economy section. with middle seat empty was first class. YIKES"
Pros: "Free first checked bag, comfy seats"
Cons: "Would have liked more movie selection"
Pros: "Time was made in the air and we did not miss our connecting flight."
Cons: "The flight was very late."
Pros: "The leg room was great, the blanket and pillow provided was great and the crew did not disturb me."
Cons: "Compared to such airlines like Turkish or etihad, service and comfort was lacking behind."
Cons: "Aircraft was smelling bad! Hygiene is the key"
Pros: "I liked the croissants they gave us."
Cons: "it was a small, older plane, so it wasn't very comfy and had no entertainment options. it was a short trip though, so not a huge deal. we were also stuck on the runway for a long time before it was our turn to take off, which is never fun."
Pros: "Flight was cancelled and could not be rescheduled until the 17th causing me to loose 10 days of pay at work costing me 4700usd."
