Serbia has reopened its borders. Incoming travelers will be provided on arrival with instructions on preventing the spread of coronavirus. If you have booked, or are looking to book, flights between Serbia and another country, you should be aware that changes and cancellations are possible as flights restart.
From December 20, all travelers arriving to Serbia must arrive with a negative PCR test taken in the 48 hours before arrival. Crew members and travelers transiting for less than 12 hours, children under age 12 accompanied by parents who have valid PCR test results and properly accredited diplomats, international organizations and military undertaking official travel and their families are exempt from presenting a COVID-19 PCR test result. Travelers entering from North Macedonia, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Montenegro, Albania, or Bulgaria are also exempt from presenting a COVID-19 PCR test result.
Serbian nationals and foreign nationals with temporary and permanent residence must either present a negative PCR test taken in the 48 hours before arrival or spend 10 days in self-isolation at home following entry to Serbia. Individuals undergoing self-isolation must report to a healthcare centre within 24 hours of entering Serbia by registering at http://www.e-zdravlje.gov.rs.

Foreign nationals who have a temporary stay authorization in Serbia which expired after March 15, 2020 will be allowed to enter the Republic of Serbia until July 1, 2020. They can legally submit a request for extension of their temporary stay within 30 days from their arrival in Serbia.

The pilot missed the first landing, was going too fast and had to turn around. We circled the London eye 3 times. When we were actually landing it was extremely bumpy and on the way down the plane was tilting back and forth a lot. They were going too fast when we landed as well, I have never been in a plane that has landed so poorly, and I have travelled a lot and used many different airlines. It was worse than any budget airline I've been on. As we were driving back to the terminal, the pilot stopped short for some reason. Things were not explained clearly. I will not be flying with airfrance again and will be sure to spread the word of this awful experience."

Cons: "Flight got cancelled, we did not receive an email or text. We found out when we reached the Heathrow airport. We got booked on another flight, with 6 hour layover. When the flight that got cancelled was a direct flight. Then our luggage was not put on the connecting flight, we got our luggage 24 hours later."
Pros: "The food actually was good, entertainment option were good."
Cons: "I encountered some of the worst staff ever on this flight. I was skipped over and completely ignored during more than once. I even told the guy I wanted water with ice when he asked me and then he starting socializing with others and skipped me. When I brought it to his attention he got all pissy with me. The other crew man was older and made me very uncomfortable. He was yelling at people constantly and made it very clear that he hates his job. This was the coldest flight I've even been on. Literally everyone was wrapped in their blankets and it still wasn't enough. The staff was told several times but refused to do anything. The guy in front of me had his seat row 39 middle left fully reclined back for the whole flight. Not once did anyone tell him to put it up during takeoff and meal times. He kept rocking the seat and spilled my drink in my lap."

Cons: "There was one flight attend the only woman who was rude and very disrespect. Her attitude towards people and how she spoke to others was very unacceptable. The boarding was horrible because we had to step off the plan to let others out who didn't have room for their bags. I am not going to say the entire crew was horrible just her."

Cons: "Plane was present, crew was late by 2.5 hours, delayed my flight. I was scheduled to arrive around 2300, didn't get home until close to 0200. No wifi at all. I have always flown United, this was the worst experience thus far. We should be offered some type of discount for a future flight or a refund for this flight."

Cons: "I was told I had a confirmed seat after a cancelled flight and showed up the next day to find out it was given to someone else. No help was giving took us three hours to finally get help"
Cons: "I was told that despite weather delays I would definitely make my connection on time and to "stop wasting the agent's time" with my questions. Of course I missed it, spent Christmas night in the Houston airport, and nearly lost my job for missing work the next day. I would never fly United again."

Pros: "Great round trip flight! There were no annoying attendants at the front asking that your carry ons be placed at the bottom of the plane because they've ran out of space. Also, I received emails 2 hours prior to my flights confirming that they would be on time. Big improvement for United!"
