That's means I paid $750 for shipping 3 luggages and I received it looks empty . Pros: "Qatar is quite possibly the best airline in the world, especially on its long haul flights. It is heads above the other two major Persian Gulf airlines. All the employees with whom I dealt were excellent and customer-oriented. The planes between Doha and London were new, had more space than older planes and had an excellent selection of movies and TV shows. I ordered special meals on all the flights, and I was very satisfied. I have been a fan of Qatar Airways since I flew it to Australia in 2011. It continues to do a superb job, even in Economy."

I had all the booking doc and every thing they need on my hand and on my phone from the e-mail. but they kept telling me they don't see it in the system and kept me waiting in FCO airport in Italy for an hour and then they told me "now you can't board on this flight. it's departing in 5 min." I asked so what shall I do now did you solve the mystery ? They told me my booking is cancelled and I have to buy another ticket. When I asked why my booking cancelled and who cancelled it. They don't know. My blood pressure was raising. I felt like they were telling me go away we don't want you to flight with us. I wish I had an option to fly with another airline with in the next 3 hrs coz I had to fly with in that period of time. Otherwise all my plans on the other end was about to get messed up. Unfortunately it was only Lufthansa airline flying with in the next 3 hrs. So I was forced to buy another ticket and fly. My original ticket was a round trip from Oslo to room via Frankfurt stop over in Room and then go to Frankfurt stop over in Frankfurt and then back to Oslo. But they make me buy extra $400 ticket and it was non of my fault. I had a terrible expirance flying from Room, Italy (FCO) to Frankfurt they made me buy another ticket. Extra $400. I complained at the Lufthansa headquarter in Frankfurt airport after waiting for two hrs in line , they refunded me only $200.And they charged me €25 for processing the refund. It's ridiculous. The good service and name Lufthansa use to have is now becoming only a history."

What should have been 9 hours of total travel time (including driving to and from airport, security checks, customs, etc.) turned into 20 hours, resulting in a lost 1st day of our trip."

Pros: "I am slow walking due to health issues. Coming from Kansas City to Chicago was a problem. My daughter who was with me is physically handicapped. There was no transportation to assist us to get from one terminal to another one when we arrived. Thank goodness we had a two and one-half hour overlay. Going home was a different story. Two wonderful gentleman met us as we disembarked and speedily got us to our flight. We only had 30 minutes and they made sure we were there. Issac and the other man are to be commended!"

Pros: "It was fast & we didn't die we're the only good things"
Cons: "The Flight attendant was rude and mean , the plane was small and old .. But most of all he flight attendant ruined the flight for everyone. I even heard people saying she was mean as they were getting off the flight. I think her career as a flight attendant has ran its course (she was pretty old also)"

Cons: "Because my flight was delayed I got re-routed so I no longer was. In preimier section and had to leave even later, and I was placed in a middle seat."

Pros: "In these past six months my family and I have been back and forth on the same route and in four occations this flight as been delayed. My 70 year old aunt lost her other flight in Houston and had to wait 12 more hours overnight wihtout food because all the restaurants were already closed. In our case were a party of five and with 1hr 40min connection. We had to run to the other side of the airport to the international gates not knowing if we lost the flight because when we arrived to Houston the second flight was already boarding. Luckly the flight attendants let us out first before the other passengers and barely made it."

Pros: "From Salt Lake to Houston, there was a really rude flight attendant, a man. Other than that, my entire flight experience was good. They didn't have Dr. Pepper."

Pros: "I thought the whole experience was unorganized. The staff attempted to keep their calm but in the end they sounded just as organized as the flight line. (Referring to the trip as a whole)"
Cons: "I received 10 flight delayed notices on this trip. Five of the flight delayed notices were flight 6047. I missed a whole night in Oregon because of the delays and got in at 2 am into Charleston.. which was not ideal. I will not be recommending United Airlines. Also, for some reason the last flight was the coldest flight I've ever been on? I was tired, cold and miserable by the time I got to Charleston."

Cons: "Needs more leg room"

Pros: "I liked that I was able to get a reasonably priced ticket last minute. A fight is a flight, I mean everyone was pleasant and I got to my destination safely."

Cons: "Movies were not accessible - captions were too small. Movie also froze a few times or became jerky. Not sure whether or not it was your issue or the phone itself."

Cons: "Tiny space, no access to electricity"

Cons: "My flight was delayed by 3 hours which caused me to miss my connecting flight...needless to say I had to stay at the airport for 16 hours for another flight on another airlines"

Cons: "Flight delayed 2.5 hours. Once landed in EWR, United lost the entire plane's bags for over 2 hours. No explanation or apology."

Pros: "Thought I had bought an air New Zealand flight but turned out it was run by United airlines Was not happy about that . Seated were uncomfortable and tight leg room But got to my destination ok"
Cons: "Prefer to fly on air New Zealand planes as they have more leg room and generally better service"

Pros: "That the flight came in to London 30 mins sooner than its scheduled time."
Cons: "Terrible behavior by the crew. It felt truly humiliating to be spoken to condescendingly by them and treated very badly."

Pros: "She was very understanding to my 37 minute layover in Denver and upgraded me to seat row 11 from seat row 31 to make sure I could get off the plane quicker. Very much appreciated and why I always fly United with my MilagePlus card. I had been on vacation for a week and had to be at work the next day."

Pros: "I flew from Manchester NH to Miami with a layover in Newark. I had 7 people in my group with three of them being children. I did not choose seats before departure date and when we arrived at the airport we found that we were all in separate seats. The attendant noticed this and immediately moved people around to make sure the children were sitting with an adult. It was a small commuter plane so I was very surprised anyone would change seats. Thank you United for a great experience"

Pros: "Flight took off promptly & landed early"
Cons: "Paid a lot more than I did for the same flight via delta with half the amenities. Crew not particularly friendly"

Cons: "United botched my boarding passes at security so I had to run back and get the correct one, catching my bags to see if they were going to the right place"

Pros: "Boarding was a little challenging. Had issues with a bad check-in kiosk, but the staff handled well and got on my flight. Small plane,but a short flight."

Cons: "I was told I had a confirmed seat after a cancelled flight and showed up the next day to find out it was given to someone else. No help was giving took us three hours to finally get help"
