Cons: "4 delays in 1 day on 2 flights. 2 gate changes with no relay of info and to top it all off my wife and i were reassigned to separate seats at the last minute by the airline and very rudely told to deal with it and to calm down when I simply asked why. We were appalled and embarrassed in front of many others in the gate boarding area. The gate agent in Houston has no place in customer service and was on some kind of a power trip. This surprised me with recent events. We are done with United now for many reasons"

Cons: "The flight was delayed. Ok, that happens sometimes and it annoying but part of air travel. The real kicker was that once we were on the airplane, they announced that seatback entertainment and wifi were not working, so there was no entertainment on the 4hr+ flight. Additionally, because the seatback entertainment wasn't working, the ability to control your own reading light was disabled, so the cabin lights were left on the entire late-night flight, making sleeping quite difficult. I understand that sometimes these things happen, but there are ways to mitigate- the gate agent could've told us that there would be no seat back entertainment while we were waiting at the gate delayed so we could've downloaded something, but they chose not to for reasons I can only hypothesize. Combine all this with the terrible 3-4-3 seat configuration and you're left with a terrible experience. Will never take this particular flight from Chicago again. It was cramped and one of the worst flights I've taken in recent memory."

Cons: "When experiencing turbulence, the flight attendant came over the speaker and requested everyone to be seated with their seat belts fastened. A few moments later she came back on reprimanding that "THIS IS NOT A JOKE YOU NEED TO SIT DOWN WITH YOUR SEAT BELTS FASTENED" which was still ok. The third announcement was the one I felt was highly inappropriate when she then stated "I DONT KNOW IF YOUVE BEEN WATCHING THE NEWS LATELY, BUT THERE IS NO WARNING WHEN THE TURBULANCE IS GOING TO GET WORSE" frankly I have been watching the news lately and there is plane CRASHES on the news. My husband is afraid of flying and that announcement was terrifying, even for someone who is not afraid to fly. There has to be some sort of protocol of verbage to use when the turbulance is getting bad, because to insinuate the plane could crash to get your point across is crossing the line. I have been on planes where the turbulance is a lot worse and felt this was really out of line."

I think that's WHY HE PUT US IN THE VERY BACK BEING HATEFUL BECAUSE I WAS NOT HAPPY THAT UNITED DECIDED TO SEPARATE US FROM ROW I TO 30.. Also I am paying to bring my children to Mexico and I can't get points for it. Just sayin..."

Cons: "Flight was delay for preparation , it is nice to give notice, but when I fold down the table, there are dirty stuff all over it. I ask for extra napkin to clean the table , it actually needs a scrub , I got extra napkin to lay on it. The flight attendants hand me extra snack, and say nothing else. I would feel much better if she said, "I am sorry, they have missed the cleaning, " and "Thank you for clean it" or "bump me into better seat""

We had a delayed take off and was promised free direct tv and was never granted that access the whole flight. The crew started their safety presentation while the video presentation kept tryin to start and stop very unprofessional. The garbage Cart never made it down the aisle I threw our garbage in the bathroom."

Why, oh, why can't they ENFORCE the carry-on rules that are supposed to limit the size and number, as they do in Europe?! If you're in group 5, forget carry-on."
