This was an excellent flight with great crew and a full complement service including a sandwich, a drink from the bar, tea, coffee or water with the meal and then a further bar service.
Delayed boarding... we were kept standing in the bus for too long... the bus was packed and smelling people!!! As if it's not enough,when we finally came off the bus, we had to wait again standing in the sun waiting to board..
Our flight from Kasane to JNB was delayed, which meant we missed our connection to CPT. The JNB ground staff were not helpful at first, initially insisting that our flight into JNB had been on time when in fact it was 40 minutes late. No domestic transfer staff available. So we had to wait another 3 hours for the next flight to CPT, then nearly 40 minutes for our luggage. Getting into our hotel after midnight was never in the itinerary. Airlink travel is not in our future!
+ There was a great small meal even on the short flight + They gave our kids a magazine that kept them busy because there were no screens - We didn't get a boarding pass for our infant in arms for the connecting flight
this route is more expensive than you would expect. Boarding, disembarking was easy and fast. Cabin crew was friendly. Seats are small

Easy boarding, smooth flight, friendly and helpful attendants. As with every other airline, there isn't enough leg room to be comfortable. Food was adequate.
Easy short flight from Johannesburg to Harare. Boarding was slow, flight attendants were friendly. They did a meal service on this short flight, including wine, which was pretty cool.
The check-in line was long and people were put in front of me in the line even after I said I had checked in online. It took me an hour to finally get my documents checked and drop my suitcase. It was horrible!

Unfortunately, the level of service provided fell significantly short of the standards I expected from your airline. I would like to highlight the following serious issues encountered during the journey: • Cabin Condition and Hygiene: The aircraft cabin was notably poorly maintained. The seating area was dirty, and there was a persistent, unpleasant odor throughout the flight, which made the environment very uncomfortable for passengers. • Inadequate Service: The overall level of service provided by the staff was unsatisfactory and did not reflect a professional passenger experience. • Baggage Loss: Upon arrival, I was informed that my luggage was lost. This is particularly distressing as it has caused significant personal inconvenience and disruption to my schedule. As a frequent traveler, I value reliability and a clean cabin environment. I request that you investigate these matters immediately, provide an update on the status of my missing baggage, and outline how you intend to compensate for these failures in service. The crew was not helping us in the airports ..Very bad experience..the washrooms are not meeting the expectations..need more good service... The hotel service was good but there is a very long wait time which wasted time to go through..
Good. Crew do seem to be less friendly- management are clearly limiting them or not empowering them as they used to.
The food needs to improve especially the fish as there where only 3 fish cubes in my plate.
Flight was delayed resulting in a series of unfortunate events. I ran the airport as people were yelling my flight anyone who can’t run wouldn’t have made it! Then the luggage is missing. Good company, execution needs fine tuning.
The cabin crew members were so exceptionally good. They were always respectful to us the passengers and were professional. I also enjoyed the meals.
Customer service and the food was great. If the announcements in English could be said slower for the customer to understand what is being said. Due to ascent, it is difficult to understand. repaeting would help.
My entertainment screen wasn't working and they couldn't fix it.
The food really sucks And they really need to work on entertainment The movie selection is herendous .
