Cons: "Entertainment screen and updated aircraft. Bogota to San Salvador flight was short and provided many inflight entertainment options and more comfortable seating ( leg room ). A this 6 hour flight was the opposite and extremely uncomfortable to be using an outdated aircraft for a long flight. I should have flown direct into LAX."
Cons: "Keep the business and star alliance gold boarding lanes open and exclusive for the respective customers for use at any time whenever they show up at the gate. Otherwise it is a chaos to board along with economy. Also, everything was broken in my business seat"

It was the worse experience seats too small , the service was so bad after 4 hours they served water and food , my monitor was not working I couldn’t watch movie or lesson to music , they selling the blanket and headphones We paid for checking bag only carry on was free It was bad and will never fly them
The crew that checked at the gate was completely unprofessional, i had a child, stroller and a carry on luggage and the crew did not bother providing any help getting down 3 flight if stairs. I asked for hel and they ignored me

Pros: "Flight left and arrived on-time. Flight attendents were pleasant and helpful. Food portions and choices were good, and Lufthansa is always generous with drinks. Good value for money on Lufthansa."
Cons: "Boarding was chaotic, as clear instructions were not given about which group was boarding when and where to line up. Also Lufthansa did not do a good job managing carry-on bags, so that it took way too long to load people and many bags were left over once overhead bins were full. Seating area is cramped in economy."
The connecting flight was delayed and though months in advance, airline changed the layover from 4 hours to 13+ hours. To go back to a 4 hour layover, we'd have to pay $1000+ extra PER PERSON.
flight cancelled for winter storm warning. I was unable to switch flights to a different city because I was on hold for 2.5 hours! I was able to fight for a refund. Nothing about dealing with Air Canada and Kayak was easy. The number that AC needed was at the bottom of the receipt not the booking reference number! I will avoid this combination in the future
Excellent customer service for all crews at the boots and flying . Both crews in land and on board, were friendly and professional. I love the messengers revived in my phone guiding me before, during and after the flying. Congratulations, happy to fly again, with Air Canada.
A very convenient, direct flight with no issues and comfy seats.
My bad was delayed a week. My flight was delayed an hour. The US customs in Toronto doesn’t have the capacity to process baggage or people in a timely manner allowing travelers common courtesy of making their flights or arriving to their destination with their baggage. I had no time to eat between two very long flights. Canadá air only provides snacks for sale from Toronto to SLC so you can either pay $10 for a $2 chicken wrap or go hungry for a full Day then arrive without your bags that will be delayed a week before they are delivered to my home. It took two hours to get the the SLC airport from the time I landed until I reached my vehicle in long term parking due to excessive distance from gates to baggage claim and time to fill out lost baggage claim. Overall a very poor experience, I will not fly Canadá air again and will avoid Toronto international airport.

Pros: "AC 018 takes the shortest route from Shanghai to Montreal. The check in and boarding were like a breeze. Cabin was clean, staff were amiable and hard working. The variety of drinks were plenty, the food matched the standard of cost efficiency flight ticket so how could you complain it? On board TV/Movie has new coming features such as HBO's Game of The Thorne, season 7. It was a comfortable and pleasant journey with the team of AC 018. Merci beaucoup!"
I was disappointed by the crew - poor communication. The food was terrible. We payed for the headphones. What could have been better? EVERYTHING! And my luggage was lost for many, many days!!!
No blankets were provided for my flight from NY to Frankfurt. Meals were were cold and tasteless. The flight was delayed almost 2 hours which caused me to miss my connecting flight. The pilot said ground crew would provide accommodation for connecting passengers but none were there to provide any assistance.
No clear baggage rules. Had to pay at gate for my carry on luggage.

At one point i expressed my frustration and answer i got was "I'm sorry you feel that way". No sympathy what so ever. On the flight -the seats were horrible and food was disgusting."
