Cons: My flt from DEN was delayed so I missed my connection - it didn't happen.
Cons: I missed my connecting flight because my flight was late. I had to get to my destination for a wedding.
Pros: Plane didn't crash.
Cons: Boarding totally chaotic, someone was in my assigned seat, plane was very late, food was crappy, no legroom , seat and armrests uncomfortable , constant screaming babies, smelly passengers, music only came out of one speaker, music kept jumping from one song to another and then back !

Pros: Seat was uncomfortable. There was nothing to like. In past I have traveled by KLM but this time it was worst.
Cons: No proper food service. Even to the passenger of Amsterdam no dinner was served. No inflight service. It looks like domestic flight. I will think twice to travel by KLM. The check-in staff at counter was absolutely arrogant. Staff ar boarding gate was nice.
Pros: Reasonable space in economy class seats
Cons: Staff hurrying us up 40 minutes before departing and threatening to take our bags out of the plane in case we didn’t board then. I had to leave my coffee and run.

Cons: Over an hour delayj for departure.
Pros: Crew was amazing. They adjusted the seating arrangements so there was an empty seat in every row to give passengers more space. Very thoughtful and much appreciated. They served delicious meals, snacks, and water. They provided headphones, blankets and pillows. They took very good care of us.
Cons: The plane was old and literally falling apart. Tray tables were disconnecting. Worst part: The flight was delayed for some baggage mixup. Then they did nothing proactively to help passengers with tight connections that were only tight bc the flight was so late.
Pros: They kept us up to date throughout the whole process
Cons: I could have had a seat next to my thirteen year old and I didn’t get my seat arrangements unit I was boarding the plane.

Cons: For a major carrier in Europe we expected more. Be Be prepared to pay for food and even a drink on a domestic flight. Seats tiny barely any leg room. Crew members appeared to be having a bad day not many welcoming smiles. I guess if you had to budget just pay use one of the other carriers

Cons: Passenger in next seat was so big that his fst hung over the armrest and he took up 3 to 4 inches of my space. Lufthansa should not let passengers this big fly in economy class. I appreciate my space in economy will be limited but I should be able to use all of my allotted space.
Cons: Flight from Toronto to Ottawa was delayed for more than two hours. We spent two hours sitting on the plane/tarmac. Air Canada sucks.
Pros: Fairly comfortable, good cabin crew
Cons: Lost baggage - horrendously slow lost baggage department in Athens. Spent 1 hour + standing in line. Bag still hasn't shown up
Pros: Crew is was good. I did experienced something I have NEVER experienced before. While people were STILL trying to get to their seats the pilot pulled from the gate. I was extremely surprised that such action was done. Everyone should be seated before plane pulls from the gate.
Cons: Before pulling from the gate all passengers should be seated.
Cons: No ability to secure seats online despite Aer Lingus stating on line that you can choose seats up to 72 hours prior to the fight. Terrible customer service cramped planes food not great! 72
Pros: Crew was the friendliest I have met in a long time.
Cons: Connecting in London too stressful and difficult. I came from Catania enroute to JFK and practically killed myself in Gatwick getting from one flight to another. 2 hours not enough to go through this airport, with its stairs, the "mall," lack of info about what to do, passport & sec check again.
Cons: Our luggage was lost and the flight was 1.5 hours late.
Pros: Really liked the flight staff.. great service and all very humorous. More room than on most flights and everything was on time
