Great. Better than average US carriers on overseas flights. Still room for improvement to rise up the average Asian and Middle East airlines.
Our flight was canceled, then they moved us to a different flight number yet we didn’t receive notifications timely. We had to find out the latest on our own / later AA sent a text with the updated info..
They didn't tell me they changed my flight. So I got confused on what happened to my flight.

We ordered for non vegetarian Hindu meal but instead they served us vegetarian Hindu meal. That was also not good. It was very annoying and aggravating. Hope our return from Tokyo to jfk on March 27 same is not repeated. Caterar should understand difference between non vegetarian Hindu meal and vegetarian Hindu meal.
Food was great, Entertainment was bad, movies were not current and just did not have good variety. Granted I was tired so cranky might have played into my evaluation. Overall based on cost I definitely would fly them again. I am a million mile flyer on another airline, the service on JAL really beats all airlines.
Other than needing a bit more content on the IFE, Japan Air Premium Economy is amazing! It includes lounge access, and other than not having lay flat seats, felt better than some business cabins I’ve been on.
For a 17hr economy flight it wasn’t bad at all, thankfully it wasn’t a narrow body plane.
Simplicity of boarding and corporate interactions were all totally positive and simple, brief, organized and clear. No regrets at all. I will favor flights with Cathay Pacific in the future.
Big selection and great food and beverages in business class with good service. Full recline but less privacy compared with Qatar.
Really impressed with the Airline and much with the Crew. The crew was amazingggg, changed seats very easily, provided a lot of snacks on demand, the plane is nice and clean, the menu is well presented; unfortunately, the food is not fantastic, but it's not bad either but nothing to rave about. I am still rating it as excellent because I loved everything else; food improvement will be great!
My flight was delayed by 8 hours I arrived at airport 4hrs earlier but to see if they can reroute me to get my connecting flt to Hong Kong. They auto rebooked my flt. With no chance. Which I missed this entire reservation through kayak. My next flt they got me on was at 6 am. Misses an entire day of my trip abroad all my accommodations seat assignments were missed and missed adding my TSA precheck to my ticket as well as my vegan meal request so I didnt have meals on any of the flight....so not a comfortable experience. Please help me with accommodations upon my return.
The plane was dirty, the seats were torn and broken, the service was the most terrible ever, the bathroom dirty, they will not even serve water you had to request it, the meals were terrible, overall less than Zero, I will never fly Cathay Pacific again.
Was not able to board flight because boarding pass name did not match passport name and no one caught it.
Seats in the absolute back row of the plane even though we booked ages ago :( Crew was awesome though
From BOS to HK, the crew had pushed me to choose the pasta for meal multiple times. It was a bad experience. Without this, everything was good.
The overall flight went well and the aircrew was pleasant.

My first time in business class The in flt staff was outstanding in every aspect of service, the food was amazing, the business seat space made the 11 hour journey easy peazy

I flew Business with my daughter and son. The service, friendliness of the staff and the comfort of the fully flat beds were phenomenal. Would definitely fly Turkish again soon.

As a first time flyer with Turkish Airlines. My experience was very good due to the factor that there were to many passengers on the my first flight compared to my connecting flight. However, I know that nothing is perfect and all companies are trying to accommodate their passengers to the best way possible. I will always say, a FEW INCHES will go LONG WAY. That's something all airliners should consider, and not only the money aspect!!! A long time commitment is better than one time service! Thank you
My experience with Turkish airlines has been pretty good. I connected from Istanbul to Tirana Albania. One of my luggage ’s didn’t come. Very disappointed with that, we had our year old grandson with us! Babiest things were in that bag . Hopefully I get the bag tomorrow or next day !
We were traveling first class. Checkin counter lady and her manager, both were in bad mood and did not treat us well about checking in the handbag. The gate agent took care of it right away. I travel Turkish twice a year in first class. No one has ever refused to check in the hand bag. Not sure, why this agent and her manager refused. Everything else was excellent.
The cabin crew was excellent. They were fully staffed and very helpful. The food on the fight was quite good for surpassing my expectations of “airline food“

The app logs you out right when you are boarding requiring all passwords and reservation number for the flight. Super annoying

Flight was 2.5 late. Maybe not United’s fault but late none the less. We were late as well on the first leg. WiFi quit working with an hour left.
I would have preferred a flight voucher and to hop on a different flight. Delayed over 6 hours.
Boarding was great, and the crew were very friendly. The seats must have been a bit on the older side and you could feel some of the seat components through the padding. Also, the plugs did not work on the row's entertainment screen or charging ports. Checked bag was transferred for connecting flight, and we appreciated how early we had the connecting gate information.
It was Swiss. Our kosher meals were literally frozen solid and therefore inedible, and the crew didnt care.
Food was great. Staff was phenomenal. Seats were a bit hard and could use a lot more entertainment options as far as movies to choose from. WiFi was good. Overall great trip.

The plane was very cramped and no room to move. Other passengers brought suitcases that didn't fit in the overhead bins. This made boarding and departing extremely slow.
I bought a ticket from Kayak. When I got to the airport, the was no ticket. I had to pay 5X to get to my destination. No response received from Kayak. I will NEVER use them again.
everything was fine. but paying for 1 piece of check-in luggage and denying passengers to board with carry-on luggage which by air line's standards does not fit is not acceptable. when one travels for a longer time one needs to have some essentials
Pearson Airport could not properly handle all the passengers who they needed to process in order to properly get them on board. As a result, I missed the departure of my flight from Toronto. The only saving grace is that Air Canada found a flight that only delayed me by one hour. However, this was no thanks to Pearson Airport!
