Because I bought my ticket from Underpricer, I could not check in online. I could only check in at the airport and that was deeply frustrating because I had to arrive very early. The flight also departed 45 min late and passengers were given no explanations about why we were delayed. I was worried I would miss my connecting flight. Once on board, however, the flight was fine.

Terrible boarding and first class experience. Nice staff but overall disorganized, dirty plane.

The flight was delayed significantly and we sat on runway after landing for awhile. Best thing was the flight attendant, Jenny, in first class, who was very professional and attentive. She was excellent - the rest of the flight was not.

Early departure meant on time arrival. Only real problem was free internet had issues, although chatting with the internet help desk (you can do this via aainflight.com) got the issue resolved.

The seat was quite comfortable. The recline was enough that I could sleep a little. The crew was professional and good.

The staff and service on American Airlines were truly outstanding. I had requested wheelchair assistance for my mother due to her knee issues, and the team went above and beyond every step of the way—from boarding in Boston to our arrival in Chicago. Their care, professionalism, and attentiveness made the entire experience smooth and stress-free. I’m very grateful for the support they provided.

Found that the plane used for this short flight is smaller and therefore the seats are really squeezed tight.

Tv screens and movie selection v good. Friendly staff. They were really worried about max capacity and room for carryons. That is never fun but i had no problem finding space when I boarded.

Great experience. Good dinner and service. FA's were very nice and attentive.

Jill was the flight attendant in first class she was fabulous!! Best flight attendant I have had in years.!! And I fly every other week. Other can learn from her!!

The flight was canceled on a Thursday last minute. I lost thousands of dollars in hotels and car rental

Really like the idea experience on this airline I will use again

We liked the flight but while we purchased an aisle seat, our seats had a different configuration on this flight. A fellow passenger suggested that the airplane had been changed. Too bad we were not informed and had no chance to modify our seat preferences. We were stuck in the window and middle seats with no chance to walk around and go to the bathroom without disturbing our sleeping fellow passenger.

This was a short flight. We sat in business class so we we were served a warm meal, which was nice. The flight attendants were very attentive, professional, and kind.

Not having to check carry on bags when plane wasn’t full. (The told us it was)

The connection required us to travel from terminal A to terminal E with very little time in between flights. While waiting in line, we were called to the service desk to provide our passports. We provided our passports at time of check in, assuming that American Airlines doesn’t communicate well with Iberia, this was a headache.

Outstanding. plane was a bit dated but safe and clean

First flight was 5.5 hours delayed, the notification came within 2 hours of the flight (bags already checked in). connection missed- no one working on getting us on an alternate flight, knowing where our luggage will be. It was chaos figuring out how to get to our final destination. Customer service throwing us into nowhere on the phone- all while we have 2 small kids on us. It will take the whole vacation to recover from this experience. I am scared how the return flight will go in August. Check-in staff (not sure if they are airport hires or iberia hires- beyond rude, especially in Madrid.) On-plane staff, food and entertainment were good.

Iberia is an excellent airline, I spent years flying with them and I recommend them 100×100, both locally and internationally.

I didn't expect food on this flight but they give us breakfast, they also check in our hand baggage for free
