The crew in Mexico City was terrible! Thank stood in line for two hours to drop off my bags. I had already checked in and had paid for two suitcases. They had a huge line, minimal staff, and did not move quickly. They would all huddle and chat, close down their station while we waited. Then when someone finally helped me, they were not friendly at all. They seemed forced to help me. I was also charged again for my suitcases. I chose to fly with Aeromexico because it was The cheaper choice. I will never fly with them again.

Me parece una falta de respeto y mal servicio, ya que si uno paga por viajar en Priority es para gozar todos sus beneficios sin costo alguno. Me molesta ya que en la ciudad de Boston estuve en el vip lounge sin costo extra alguno, además tienen personal muy arrogante y clasista dentro del Lounge de la Ciudad de México"

The guy didn't tell that we had to pick our luggage in Mexico City and put it to the connecting flight."

Cons: "They took so long to board that our flight departed later than expected. They also didn’t let me check in for my flight through the app, although I was trying to pay for priority seating. I was double charged on my debit card for priority seating and I still had to sit in the main cabin."

They never mentioned I had to be 2 hours earlier to be on board, I didn't got heads up, i came like an hour and 15 minutes, and they told me I was not able to go in, because the gates were closed. I told them about my situation that I was late because I was in a funeral, and they didn't really care about it. Customer service was not really nice to me even though when I got there not to late. They didn't really care. Sad about it. I though they were going to considered my case. The attitude of some employees were unacceptable."

I had a first class ticket and all I got was someone in the airport will help you. But there was no one at the counter! More rhan 2 hours on the phone and they would not even let me talk with the supervisor. All I got was wait for someone in the counter... No one ever showed."

Pros: "The flight attendants were so nice, and although our flight was delayed and hour and fifteen minutes and our layover was an hour and fifteen minutes, we were able to make our connection! Since our connection to Portland in Denver was the last flight of the night, they were able to hold it for us. This was wonderful because there weren’t many flights out that weren’t booked solid for the next day. The attendants on this flight were great about updating us with information for the connections and telling us when we would land in Denver."

I am an average size person and I felt very cramped in my seat. My shoulders and neck are killing me after a 2 hour flight. I know that I chose the economy seating but I don’t remember the seats being quite so narrow or the leg room being non existent."

I understand that the FAA levies heavy fines on planes every minute that they are late. If so, how does it explain the delay in Boston of almost an hour? Needless to say, I was NOT happy."

Pros: "Flight was stuck on the ground for 2 hrs because of a generator issue, so I missed my connection. The United app nicely pre-booked me on the next flight to my destination without my having to do anything, which was cool. Internet didn't work but they refunded my purchase."
Cons: "The legroom is so much worse than jetBlue (which I usually fly) I almost couldn't believe it. Because of the generator issue the flight ended up being almost 9 hours. They ran out of ALL FOOD for purchase except chips (which they didn't even offer for free despite everything), so those of us in the back of the aircraft had our choice of a bag of chips for $4, or no food for 9 hours. Also, I paid $20 for the internet for the entire flight but it only worked for the first hour so I couldn't do any work."
Pros: "I was so impressed with the captain and flight attendants handling the engine problems we had that sent us back to the gate for maintenance at Boston. They were calm and professional and (as a fearful flyer) I felt confident the captain was absolutely making sure we were safe to progress."

Nobody was remotely professional and we landed after our rental car company closed so we had to go back to the airport the next day. NEVER FLYING UNITED AGAIN!!!"
