Cons: "It was so dirty! The flight attendant who spoke over the PA mumbled and was not clear at all in anything she said. Maybe she was tired and had a long day but she definitely didn’t seem to want to be there. I didn’t know that you got a receipt with your seat number on it because it wasn’t explained and that was my first time flying Delta in years. Overall one of the worst flights but thankfully it was fast!"
Cons: "Very cramped for overseas flight Coffee is never hot, never served in timely fashion"

Cons: "Really everything. Love the Korean airport, There was a small capsule room I rented for the time between flights ,,,,, and not have to leave the airport .....took shower and nap. Just what I needed, Then got me three sandwiches and big thing of orange juice at Seven Eleven,,,,, Ahhhhhh happy happy happy."
Pros: "Tried the free WiFi and movies"
Pros: "This was our first time flying Delta and it was a very pleasurable experience. Boarding was very straight forward and the seats allocated comfortable. A surprise for us was being asked if we would like to move seats from the back of the aircraft to Comfort Economy (we think it was to do with weight balance! but appreciated very much none the less). The flight attendants were very professional and helpful, as you would hope all attendants on all airlines would be. We'd gladly fly Delta again anytime."
Pros: "The crew made a really uncomfortable situation (maintenance on an antenna for an hour after we had boarded the plane but before we left the gate) bearable. All flight attendants and the pilot and co-pilot were pleasant and sympathetic to the frustration."
Cons: "I think there needs to be an additional element to the seat selector that does not allow two very big guys to sit next to each other, thereby making all three seats very unpleasant- and I say this as one of the big guys."
Pros: "The fact that there was a screen for movie selections and a charging port for my phone and the flight attendants were super nice"
Pros: "liked the main meal"
Cons: "didn't like the pastrami sandwich snack before landing."
Pros: "NOTHING"
Cons: "Delayed 15 hours because of a mechanical issue, spent the night in Cancun. Customer service and communication throughout was terrible."
Pros: "Nothing"
Pros: "The seats"
Cons: "We purchased tickets together and our seats were not together when we checked in. We had one small roller bag for the two of us and we ended up having to gate check it along with 3 other people and then there was clearly enough room for it once we were boarded."
Pros: "Everyone was friendly and the beverage service was very quick for such a big flight that was full. It was a great flight crew."
Pros: "quick trip, no problems"
Cons: "Hurricane Irma, I was lucky enough to get a refund do to the natural disaster."
Pros: "Free earphones"
Cons: "Delayed boarding Delayed flying after boarding Delayed in flight service"
Pros: "Flights were both on time and boarded quickly. Crew was wonderful!"
Pros: "I board sky priority or sooner so it always goes well."
Cons: "Delta could do a little more to align people behind the right zone pillars when lining up for boarding. Passengers especially those not used to flying or flying with Delta are always confused. Maybe some stripping on the floor could help or pillars at the front and midway back."
Pros: "The airline crew seems to be getting better, although I can't say that they are super helpful"
Cons: "The seats, just water offered, the bathroom, no Wifi, extremely crowded and small plane. Seriously, I don't understand what is all the money payed used for since I just heard that the crew members might be actually underpaid"
Cons: "All "carry-ons" were taken at the jetway, which was fine. But, when we landed, as passengers were trying to get off of the plane, the attendants were putting all of the collected luggage at the entry to the jetway. It created congestion. Then, anyone who had luggage, had to lineup against the side of the jetway, awaiting their luggage, and increasing the congestion. First, it was inconvenient. Worse, if there was any kind of emergency, I believe it would have created a unsafe environment. Very Poor Design & Process ! ! !"
Pros: "Comfortable aircraft with tv in the seats"
Cons: "Huge delay on my flight and most other flights from LaGuardia that day, lack of information on reasons for the delays ."
Pros: "Great service and amenities for a low cost"
Cons: "Nothing"
Pros: "Left ontime, arrived 30minutes early."
Pros: "I didn't like anything because the fly leat 3 hours"
Pros: "Boarding was a breeze and the staff at Delta was nice and courteous along with being clear for boarding zone instructions. Haven't had a problem yet with Delta! Also the pilot was great at landing so it was not as jerky as some flights I have been on."
Cons: "No complaints!"
Pros: "Friendly crew, navigation around storm, comfortable flight"
Pros: "Gave plenty of food and snacks"
Cons: "Seat didn't recline, no changing station for my child onboard (but charged me a full price ticket)"
Pros: "There wasn't much to like. Just about everything was wrong. The plane was a newish 787, so it didn't feel old. Boarding went well because we complained about how tired we, at 70+, were because the flight was late and we'd been standing up; this resulted in us being boarded with some of the latish priority passengers."
Cons: "Everything, really. The plane was very crowded; small seats, little leg room. The meals were mediocre and the cabin staff were just barely the good side of unhelpful, officious and unfriendly The flight was inexplicably 2 hours or more late in excellent weather. No apologies given, the flight that was originally scheduled for 8 pm left close to 11 pm. While boarding the only light is a purplish ambient lighting that made it impossible to read anything, including the safety material, until the inflight entertainment was loaded up (the lights are only controlled through software-actuated virtual buttons on the screen). The inflight entertainment system is hard to use, too, designed by idiots for use by geniuses. But the very worst thing was the stress caused by Virgin Atlantic in just about guaranteeing that we would miss this flight. On our outbound voyage in January, VA, for reasons nobody knows, booked an ADDITIONAL leg from JHB to CPT on BA at 12:30 pm, even though we were already ON the earlier 9:30 BA flight we'd booked and paid for. Then, when we didn't show up for this spurious flight (because we were already in the air) we didn't book (BA swears they have evidence that VA made this booking), our return flight CPT to JBG three months later was cancelled WITHOUT OUR KNOWLEDGE. If I hadn't been interested in knowing, the day before the flight, if the return BA flight had a meal, I would have showed up at the CPT airport in April and discovered that I had no way to get to the VA flight in JHB! As it was I spent an entire day trying to get back on the flight I'd already paid for. I advise EVERYONE who uses VA to reconfirm flights over and over. There is still no explanation for this. I will never NEVER fly VA again. They are not to be trusted."
Cons: "No seat assignment prior to arriving at the gate"
Cons: "Flight cancelled at 8:30 p.m. the night before when we were going to bed at the airport. Ability to get rebooked a nightmare."
Cons: "1- 2 hour delay in Atlanta, 2- Missed my RJA international connection from JFK, 3- My luggage was not delivered to me by Delta in New York. 4- Had to spend one night in a NY hotel, and pay $185 for it, and I was told that Delta doesn't pay for the hotel because the delay was caused by New York Air Traffic Control. 5- After Delta re-booked me on Air France the next day, I made it to Amman, Jordan a day late without my luggage; which arrived another day late."
Pros: "Crew was friendly."
Cons: "Seats are uncomfortable. Very little legroom."
