Communication is key for customer satisfaction, and I am very frustrated at the moment with the whole non flight situation.
The aircraft had a loud weird noise for the whole time, it was scary and uncomfortable.

The flight we booked that left at 10 am was canceled without explanation at 4 am the flight they moved us to was 9 hours later.
The flight from CNF to VCP was delayed and I had to rush to catch the next plane. It was strange, since the boarding in CNF was done in due time.

During boarding the company said that the plane didn’t have enough space and required to dispatch any luggage. But in reality the plane was with a lot of luggage space in the overhead bins. So it just took a lot of additional al time, specially considering that it took around 30m for the luggage to arrive in the retrieval belt in the airport.
When you buy your ticket, there is a message for a free cabin luggage and a bag. While boarding, they push you to dispatch you hand luggage. When you enter in the plane, you realize that the place to accommodate the hand luggage is empty. In the arriving, you take a long time waiting for your hand luggage which should fly in the cabin.
No entertainment available on this flight. Only crackers and juice were served too.
Pontualidade continua sendo o ponto forte da Azul. Quando ela não desmarca o vôo, é claro. Na ida foi tudo bonitinho: tv, wi-fi... Na volta eqtos não funcionavam. Importante é chegar bem.
There was a mechanical issue with the plane that they had to work on before we could take off. That's fine, by all means, PLEASE make sure the mechanics are functioning properly. What was a problem was the fact that we sat on the tarmac for 4.5 hours without moving, without letting us off the plane, and without climate control and air running through the plane. There was no explanation as to what was going on; they just kept promising that it would be "15 minutes, then we are on our way." At one point, they even switched the entire crew out and told everyone we just needed to wait for new employees to show up. Then, as the 4 hours were not moving, an hour before the full refund, they made a big show about "the flight starting and the doors are locked, so you have to sit down." We didn't move for another 40 minutes; they were just trying to skirt around legalities that entitled us to restitution. When the flight finally was underway, the plane was gigantic but cramped in design, my entertainment screen kept freezing and glitching, and subtitles didn't work, and the crew was passive-aggressive. Terrible flight.
Poor, the airline was not able to help me move flights.
The way the Pilot made all announcements, specially the way he congratulated the entire crew as the best team ever, making a comment that due to them they were able to shorter the delay to the destination. Amazing flight .
Just to drop my already labeled bag it took 50 minutes inline. Completely disappointed with Latam operation at GRU
I’m entitled to a refund per LATAM due to the mid flight itinerary change and being stuck in São Paulo for 24 hours and needing to get a hotel. The airline was dismissive and of no help.
Boarding was confusing with a delayed flight because there was no English translation
Bought a ticket that included a bag and they still charged me to check it in, latam is the worst airline.
Lost ,y connection due to a mechanical delay, huge line to get new connection and vouchers
The Flight was delayed in 2,5 hours. 1 hour inside the airplane then we passangers were not allowed to receive food as the local regulariam determines (for delays bigger than 2 hours)
My experience it was okay but have many thinks to be better. For example the food, the comfort.
I really didn't like anything 😕...it was an horrible experience, the personal is rude and lower in IQ ,the food ⁉️ there was no food, and all the rest forget about it 🤮❗️....they don't know what hell they are doing......
Flight on time, check in and flight attendants courteous and helpful. Smaller plane for international flights, tight space, no comfortable.
I did not like the way that baggage fees were charged. When I signed up for the flight, I knew that there were bag fees. However, the bag fees were so confusing that it felt like I was paying for overweight bags rather than just for having brought a bag with me. Also, the bag fees were based on the pair of tickets rather than per person. It seems to me that it should be first bag fee for passenger 1 and then first bag fee for passenger 2. I eventually got away with only paying $100 for two bags, but it was a struggle to understand the process. As for the flight, the seats were the standard uncomfortable seats that are on most Boeing aircraft. The airline aims to accommodate the standard height people, so us tall people are stuck. There was never an option to upgrade for leg room. It did not appear that there were any seats on the whole plane that had a little more leg room to even try to get. Other than that, I completely ignored the food for this red eye flight. I am not one to eat "dinner" at 2 am. They did not offer any drinks in the morning before landing. I recommend that you bring a bottle of water on board.
They are not ready for international flights, poor service and food, no screen info on the seat.
Gol has an interesting choice of words. When they say “priority access”, this means you’re boarding on the seventh or eighth group.
Obviously it would be better if we had screens available.
La aeronave estaba averiada, 4 horas adentro con diferentes problemas técnicos pero igual querían volar.
They are a mess. It appears they hired a third party to staff their check in desk and simply did not train them. I will avoid flying with them in the future. It took 50 minutes for them to check in 3 parties on front of us. On the way back. It took just under one hour for our luggage to show up...
Os passageiros ainda não estão habituados a respeitar o embarque por grupos, que é a melhor maneira de embarque, na minha opinião. Então faltou pulso para impor a regra de embarque e desembarque às pessoas.
The aircraft is really unconfortable. Even the premium class the seats are narrow and hard. There are no screens to watch movies, we have to use our phones. The food is ok in the premium class and really BAD in the economy class. The crew is lovely. I do not intend to travel Gol internationally if I can possibly avoid it.
